For a moment, all was quiet.  All that could be heard was the breathing of
five people.  The sixth wasn't.  The shocked silence gave way to a flurry of
activity as panic set in.

"Call an ambulance!"  Giles barked out the order as he turned Willow onto
her back.  Buffy ran for the office, but at the last minute she remembered
that Angel or Angelus was still locked in.

"What about..."  Before Buffy could finish, Cordelia thrust her phone under
her nose.

"You do compressions."  Xander shrugged off his Batman cape and fell to
his knees beside Willow.

As Giles and Xander worked on Willow, Angel paced the small office,
wondering what had happened.  His soul had been returned, but without
the usual pain.  It was more of a gentle caress.  He banged on the door.

"See if that's Angel."  Buffy ordered Cordelia as she continued to get
instructions over the phone.

"Right."  Cordelia headed towards the door, before stopping and turning
abruptly.  "How am I meant to do that?"

"Improvise."  Anya supplied helpfully.

"Ambulance is here."  Buffy ran towards the door and led the paramedics
to Willow.

"How long has she been down?"  The first paramedic asked.

"About five minutes.  She just collapsed."  Giles answered as he surrendered
his position and pulled Xander away.

"We need to get her to the hospital."  The paramedics continued CPR as
they moved Willow and began to wheel her away. Cordelia had been
conducting a suspicious interrogation of Angel, and was as satisfied as she
was ever going to be.

Without Willow, however, she couldn't open the door.

"Guys, how do I let him out?"

"Willow's spells shouldn't be holding now.  Where's the key?"  Giles asked, anxious to get going.  They needed to follow Willow.

"Inside."

"Tell Angel."  Giles ordered.Angel had overheard the conversation, and suddenly the door swung open.

"Where's Willow?"
