Part Ten:
WILLOW'S
Xander and Buffy headed to the porch of Willow's house, they scanned the house for any sign of life and found none. Worry shot through both the slayer and Xander. They pushed open Willow's front door.
"Willow." He called loudly into the emptiness of the house. Buffy paused by the answering machine and noticed that there was a message that hadn't been gotten. She shrugged and walked up the stairs following Xander. "Oh My GOD, BUFFY!" Xander yelled as he stepped into Willow's room. The French doors were closed, and while some things had been hastily straightened one could tell that a struggle had definitely gone on in the room. Buffy started looking around, the large mirror was cracked in a number of places, and stuffed animals had their fluffy insides on the out. She followed the mess down the hall, where one side of the wall a picture now stood leaned up against it but the glass broken. Buffy could see that the fight had been brought back into Willow's room and following the trail she stopped in front of the French doors. She was noticed for the first time that cloths were thrown all over the place. It looked rather like a hurricane in the room.
"Do you think she's with Angel?" Xander demanded. Buffy shook her head silently. Angel had been there. She was sure of it. She stood up and grasped Xander's hand and looking back at Willow's room she paused glancing at the clock. Buffy didn't know what time, Willow's parents were supposed to get home but decided that she and Xander had better pick up the best they could.
It took a little while but Willow's room began to look as if it had
some semblance of order and the two friends headed into the hall. Looking
at the drawing they knew they would have to just hope that Willow's parents
accepted that they had an accident.
ANGEL'S:
She woke up slowly, her body ached in places that she had never ached before, and she was aware of strong arms holding her against an equally strong chest. She turned her head to look into his eyes. He was smiling warmly down at her. The events of earlier came tumbling back over her. Oh goddess I slept with Angel. She started to disentangle herself from his arms when he tightened his hold. She looked up at him remotely shocked because for once in his eyes all she saw was playfulness and tender warmth none of the normal guilt that she was so used to. For a second she stiffened before she realized that she had nothing to fear.
"Willow." He whispered her name before he claimed her lips in a tender kiss. She smiled against his mouth and kissed him in return. Wondering how she had gone from thinking that Angel might be using her for a substitute to being in his bed. She looked up into his eyes when he drew his lips from hers for a moment.
"Um . . . Angel?" she whispered.
"Where you expecting someone else?" The vampire asked playfully nipping at her lips.
"Yes . . . er . . . no it's just well . . . " She stammered before trailing off. She sighed in frustration she couldn't think of single thing to say that wouldn't sound like she regretted making love to him. She didn't, she regretted the added complication the pain that she was sure that she would inadvertently cost others with this new facet to their relationship. Goddess do we have a relationship, what if . . . her thoughts purposely scattered as he leaned down and kissed her hungrily. His tongue demanded entrance to the warm cavern of her mouth his teeth nipped along the outside of one lip worrying it. He suckled her tongue into his mouth, while his hand slipped lower over the swell of her breast making the hacker gasp and offer up even more of her mouth to him. He released her lips only to trail hungry kisses down her neck and settle on the crest of one breast. His mouth worried the puckered bud greedily until Willow was withering beneath him her hands buried in his dark locks. She whimpered her mind clouding with desire that she hadn't even known she could feel till hours before. She arched her back trying even then to heighten the nearly insanely powerful contact between them. Willow moaned helplessly as he continued to feast on the soft flesh of first one breast then the other.
He left no patch of skin untouched. No part of her unmarked by his lips. She moaned as he moved lower placing kisses on her abdomen and lowered over her navel, then finally stopping at the burning curls at the apex of her thighs.
"Angel," she moaned helplessly as he pushed his tongue into her hot depths. "Angel . . . Angel" she moaned his name as he continued to lick and nip at her slick heat. His tongue slid upward to lash gently at her engorged clit. She whimpered even more loudly the sound music to Angel's ears. Earlier he hadn't really gotten a chance to learn her music, now he wanted to he had all the time in the world to make her scream. Her hands were locked in his hair pulling him deeper into her, he wondered fleetingly if she was even aware of the death grip she had on his locks. He growled lowly against her drinking in her hot silky juices. She cried out hoarsely as she was pushed closer and closer to the edge.
"Please." She begged, arching against him trying to heighten the pressure where she needed it, but he always drew back at just the right moment. She whimpered and moaned under the vampire's talented touch, promising herself that she would find away to make the vampire feel every incredibly pleasure filled thing she was.
She screamed at the top of her lungs as he pushed her over the edge suddenly. She lay there gasping as he slowly moved up her form, his dark eyes locked on her lighter ones, and he smiled a slow sensuous upturning of his lips. She leaned up wanting his lips, needing to taste him again. She opened her mouth after a moment at his gentle nudging. He slipped his fingers between them, to guide himself home. She whimpered as he thrust cleanly into her damp depths. She moaned softly, hips and back arching off the bed, as she took him even deeper. She whimpered and moaned in along symphonic string the sounds arousing the vampire even more. She moved sensuously against him, her hips matching his harsh, nearly brutal rhythm. She moaned helplessly as he arched her hips to another angle with his hands leaving marks in his hunger. He nipped gently at her neck his hands sliding up to cup her breast to pinch gently on her nipples. She gasped her breath coming in short rasps as he pushed her resolutely toward their combined release. "Angel, please!" She cried out against his neck. Angel turned into her neck his lips catching her flesh in a soft kiss, he trail light kisses from one side of her neck to the other. He nuzzled her neck before drawing the flesh into his mouth.
His thrusts had become harder and even less controlled as his pleasure rose higher, he bit into her flesh, sending them both over the edge. She screamed out his name. Angel lay limply against her for a moment before lifting himself on his arms. She stared up at him as her breathing began to return to normal. Angel slid his hand up to caresses her cheek. She offered him a tremulous smile before leaning up and catching his lips.
THE PARK:
Buffy settled herself on the park bench and reluctantly admitted to herself that Angel had clearly moved on. He had told her she needed to do not so long ago, she had known that her believing that the double was him had been the last straw. She had not however been prepared for him to go after her best friend. A part of her wanted to believe it was a rebound thing and he was simply mistaking the friendship that she knew Willow and Angel shared for something more. The double had a thing for Wills and Angel had saved her that was all, she kept telling herself. She decided she would just have to talk to Angel later. She glanced at the sky thinking that it would soon be dark. Dusk played across the sky and she hadn't seen Willow sense last night and had only a short time ago been assured by Giles that Willow was fine and with Angel. She gasped there she felt it again. There was a vampire near. She turned and sighed in relief she recognized the feeling and the sigh. Angel.
She caught sight of him as he was walking. He's alone so she assumed that Willow has been left at the mansion. She stood and started after him calling to him after a few moments.
"Angel." He stopped on his track and looked at her.
"What do you want?" he demanded coldly. He was still angry over what had happened last night she realized.
"Angel come on I messed up. I just lost sight of things." Buffy defended.
"That's right you did you got jealous and angry because I wasn't following you around like a lost puppy." Angel spat out angrily. "You are going to have to get over it , Buffy I won't be following you around at all anymore." Angel said cooly. He wasn't going to fight with her, these were the facts and she would have to accept them and move on.
She opened her mouth to speak but no words emerged. She didn't know what to say in response to that. Angel was leaving her, had left her a long time ago if she was truthful with herself. She looked down her eyes tearing, then back up at Angel.
"You and Willow." Buffy started, her voice broke on her best friends name. "How could you, I mean she's Willow." Buffy managed. "What the double said was true, you've wanted her ever sense you came back haven't you?" Buffy demanded. Her voice quivering. She wanted answers and now. Not later when he wanted to.
"Buffy this might not be the best time to discuss what is or isn't going on between Willow and I." Angel said trying to hold onto his temper.
Buffy eyes locked on the vampires once more.
"What do you want me to say to you. Buffy?" Angel demanded looking at her.
"I want you to tell me that I am wrong that you aren't sleeping with her, that you haven't risked you soul for . . . for that." She said angrily. She couldn't figure out what hurt more the fact that he would risk that for a tumble with Willow but he hadn't even touched her in months.
"What happened between Willow and I is our business I assure you that my soul is mine own and fully intact and will stay that way." Angel said turning his back on the slayer, to head in the direction he had been first going.
"You don't love her." Buffy said suddenly, "If you did I would be talking to Angelus right now not you." Angel spun on his heel and grasping the slayer by the back of her head he pulled her up to him.
"Just how the hell do you know you're not." He growled out before pushing her brutally away. He moved then disappearing before she had even recovered.
She froze not sure what to do. Should she follow Angel, was he baiting her was he Angel or Angelus, should she check on Willow, what if . . . She growled softly to herself turning on her heel she headed toward the mansion.
