~Part: 11~

Buffy smiled at Riley as they drove back to her house.  She'd really had a great time. He was absolutely perfect and she couldn't be happier then she was at that moment.  As they pulled up to her driveway, Buffy felt butterflies in her stomach all of a sudden.  She waited as he walked around the SUV and opened her door for her.  They walked up to her door hand in hand

and stood there quietly for a few minutes, just enjoying each other's company.  Neither noticed how the other's eyes were wandering around the area, making sure there were no threats.

"I had a really nice time tonight." Buffy smiled up at him.

"So did I." Riley smiled back.

They stood there staring at one another and it seemed like the most natural thing in the world as their faces inched toward one another and their lips met in the most gentle of kisses.  Riley pulled away after a moment and looked down into her beautiful hazel eyes He couldn't get enough of her. He felt like it was just so right, being with her in this way.  He smiled at her

and hoping he wasn't over stepping his boundaries leaned in for another kiss.

Buffy melted into his arms.  He felt so good to her and she was so happy he had taken the opportunity to kiss her.  They hadn't touched besides holding hands all night and while she thought it was sweet she wanted more.  Knowing he wouldn't make the next move, Buffy opened her mouth to him and invited his

tongue in to play with hers.  She sighed happily as he took the invitation, his tongue stroking against hers and setting off wonderful feelings that shot

down to her toes.

Riley almost pulled back in shock as he felt her tongue licking his lips. He'd been content with the closed mouth kisses they were sharing, but as he opened his mouth and met her tongue in a battle for dominance he realized this was better.  Normally he wouldn't have made such a move on the first date.  But he quickly realized he didn't mind.  There was just something about this girl that made him want to lose control.

Pulling away they both gasped for breath.

"So can I see you again?" Riley asked.

"Well I don't know, I think I should check something first."

Riley stared at her for a moment before he finally understood what she meant.

Smiling as she pulled him down for another kiss.

"Yes, I defiantly want to see you again." Buffy purred.

"Good, I was hoping you'd say that." Riley said, pulling her into him for one

last kiss.

"So I'll call you tomorrow?"

"I hope so."

Riley smiled and nodded, "I will."

Buffy nodded and opened the door. "Night."

"Goodnight." Riley said, leaning in and brushing a light kiss against her cheek.

Buffy walked inside and closed the door.  She stood there for a moment until she head the car pull away before running upstairs.

~~~*~~~
Angel broke away from the heavy kissing session he and Willow were sharing as
the phone rang off the hook.
*This better be good.* Angel thought to himself.
Picking up the phone, Angel growled, "What?"
Buffy laughed and shook her head. " Angel, is Willow there?"
"Buffy, hi." Angel said sheepishly.
"Hi, so is she there?"
"Yes, she's here, hold on."
Angel handed the phone to Willow and sat next to her on the couch. " It's Buffy."
Willow grabbed the phone and put the receiver up to her ear. "Buffy?!"
"Hey Wills."
"What happened?" Willow asked, smiling as Angel rubbed her free hand, before bring it up to his mouth for a light kiss.
"Lots.  He's so nice Will.  We talked about anything and everything.  He kissed me! Oh my god, he's such a great kisser.  I thought I was gonna pass out."
"Really that's so cool!" Willow exclaimed excitedly.
The girls talked for a few minutes, Buffy telling Willow all about her date and the promise of another to come soon.  Willow was excited for her friend.
Things were working out great.  Buffy was happy and she was happy.  This was wonderful.  After they ended their phone call Willow looked at Angel and smiled.
"She had a great time."
"I heard."
"Huh? Oh right vampire hearing."
Angel smiled and nodded. "Well I guess I better get you home now."
Willow looked down at her watch and noticed it was still stuck on 3:00. She shook her head and took it off.
"Well, I guess it's kinda late.  My watch is still stuck."
Angel took the watch from her and nodded. "It's almost midnight."
"Wow, time flies when you're having fun."
Angel smiled slightly, pulling her into a passionate embrace. "I'd say so."
~Part: 12~
The next day Riley walked out of the elevator and made his way through the Initiative to Professor Walsh's office. Knocking quietly on the door he sighed as he was told to come in. He had no idea why the professor wanted to see him. He'd been typing his report on Buffy when Graham had entered his dorm room, telling him he was needed down stairs. He wasn't sure what was going on but he just knew it wasn't good.
"Ah, yes, Agent Finn. I understand you were on a…date last night?" Professor Walsh asked, looking up from her paperwork.
"Yes, ma'am." Riley said, standing in front of her desk.
"How did it go?"
"Very well." Riley answered, staring straight ahead.
"Good, now did you find anything out about Miss Summers?"
"Only that she appears to be a normal teenage girl, ma'am "
"I see." Maggie said, leaning in on her desk, clearly not happy with this response.
"She's a senior at Sunnydale High and lives with her mother on Revello Drive. Her parents divorced a few years ago and they moved here from L.A. She
doesn't seem to have many friends. I've met two, Willow Rosenberg and a boy named Xander. Willow is seeing another of their friends but so far nothing else on Xander."
"I see. Good work Finn. I expect a written report on my desk by this afternoon." Writing something in her folder.
"Yes, ma'am."
"Good. Now I'm sure you can find out more for me Agent Finn. Do you have plans with her tonight?" Maggie asked, leaning back in her chair.
"No, ma'am, not as of right now."
"Ok, I expect her followed when you're not with her. Have either Agent Miller
or Gates tail her. They are still included on this mission. Now you are dismissed."
Riley nodded and left the office. Sighing he made his way back toward the elevator. There was nothing going on with this girl. He knew that, yet Professor Walsh was failing to see that.  He'd never had doubts or thought bad about the Initiative before, but there was something going on. Why was Maggie so interested in Buffy? Because she was in the cemetery? No, there was
something else going on. Maybe it was just because he was starting to have feelings for the petite blonde. It just didn't make sense to him; did she know something he didn't know?
"Ri, what's up?" Forrest asked, as Riley stepped out of the elevator.
"Hey, Forrest. I just had a meeting with Walsh. She couldn't wait for my written report this afternoon, so I had to give her details in person." Riley
said as they continued down to the kitchen.
"Well, she just wants to know what's up with this chick. I mean even you have
to admit it's kinda weird she was in the cemetery, alone, in the middle of the night."
"I do. It's just I don't think there is any reason to tail her. She's a senior in high school. What could possibly be so dangerous about her? She's not a vamp. Even if our sensors were wrong that night, I took her out in the middle of the afternoon. I just don't get it." Riley said shaking his head.
"I don't know man, just be careful. She's just an assignment, remember that."
Forrest said patting his friend on the back before turning to make himself breakfast.
Riley shook his head and continued with his own meal. *She's more then an assignment*, he thought to himself. *Much more.*
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Willow sat up in bed, gasping for air. She wasn't sure if she'd had a nightmare but it certainly wasn't a good dream. Everything had happened in flashes. She saw herself the night she was attacked. Then she saw Angel and the demon fighting, after she'd been knocked out and after that, lights. Bright lights that had blinded her for a moment before her eyes had gotten used to them. She heard people calling out her name. Angel telling her he was
sorry. She tried to ask him what was wrong. What was he sorry for but he didn't answer. She heard Buffy and Xander, but their words were mumbled and she couldn't understand them. It made no sense.
She got out of bed and quickly made her way into the bathroom. After splashing some water on her face, she looked up at the mirror. She looked like she hadn't slept at all that night. Her eyes were puffy with dark circles under them and her body felt exhausted. Sighing to herself she turned
the water on and set it for her shower. Quickly undressing, she stepped under
the hot spray and felt her body start to relax. The dream seemed to fade away
and she could no longer remember what exactly it was about anymore.
Willow stepped out of the shower and wrapped herself in a dark blue bath towel. Quickly making her way into her room she stopped in front of her closet and tried to decide what to wear.  Nothing seemed to be jumping out at
her. She settled for her normal attire and after getting dressed she made her
way back into the bathroom to do her hair.
A half hour later found Willow just sitting down to eat breakfast. Pouring herself a bowl of cereal she proceeded to eat. A few minutes later the phone rang. Sighing she got up and answered it.
"Hello?"
"Hey Wills, you almost ready?"
"Yea Buffy, I'm just finishing my breakfast."
"Ok so I'm going over to Xander's to get him and we'll be over your house in say 10 minutes?"
"Sounds good."
"Ok, see you then."
Willow hung the phone up and cleaned up her mess. Running upstairs, she made her bed and got her books in order. After packing them in her bag, she headed
downstairs just as the doorbell rang. Opening the door she smiled at her friends.
"Hey guys."
"Hey wills." They chorused.
The three friends slowly made their way to school, while talking and catching up.
~Part: 13~
"So Willow, what did you do yesterday?" Buffy asked, with a smirk as the entered the library.
"I watched a movie."
"All day?" Xander asked, his mouth full of Twinkie.
"Chew Xand!" Buffy laughed.
"No not all day. We watched a movie and then we did other stuff and Angel made me dinner and…"
"Other stuff? What other stuff? Other stuff like playing cards or shoots and ladders or something right? Not other stuff like kissing and doing grown up other stuff? Right?" Xander asked in a hurry.
Willow smiled to herself and sat down at the table.
"Wills." Xander whined. "C'mon you're not supposed to do grown up stuff. That's for...well grown ups."
"Xander shut up. Willow can do grown up stuff if she wants to."
Willow slowly felt the blush creep up her face as she noticed the shadows start moving in the stacks. Knowing Angel was there and had heard what they were talking about made her insides all tingly.
Buffy, having noticed the movement also, decided to have some fun.
"Now Xander, it's perfectly normal for Willow to want to do, grown up things with Angel. They are grown up enough to know what they should and shouldn't do. So just because Willow wants to suck face with Angel doesn't mean she's doing something wrong. I'm sure she enjoyed it very much, right Will?"
"B-Buffy!"
"What?" Buffy smiled innocently.
"That's not funny! W-What Angel and I do is our business so…hush!"
"Ok Willow, whatever you say."
Willow slowly started to slump back into her chair. Her face was burning and she was sure it was as red as her hair. Could this get any worse? Willow thought to herself.
Just then they heard a throat clearing behind them. Quickly turning, Willow decided it could.
"Hey G-man."
"Xander, must I tell you over and over not to call me that ridiculous name?" Giles asked, setting his cup of tea on the counter.
Xander just smiled and nodded.
"Yes, well, I should have expected that. Now, Buffy if you would be so kind as to not talk about whatever it is you were talking about before, while I'm in hearing distance I'd be very grateful."
Willow folded her arms over the table and thumbed her head on them.
"Sure Giles."
"Yes, thank you."
Angel, knowing he should make his presence known, descended from the stacks, making sure to keep out of the sunlight. He made his way over to Willow, whose head was still on her arms. Taking a seat beside her, he pulled the chair closer and rubbed her head.
Willow picked her head up and looked over at him.
"Hi."
"Hi." Angel said, smiling down at her.
Xander gagged and started making faces at them as they continued to look at each other and talk quietly. Buffy rolled her eyes at his antics and turned to Giles.
"So any new baddies besides our psycho Mayor?"
"Um well…no not as of right now."
"Great so I can Bronze it tonight?"
"Ugh well yes, I don't see a problem with that, after you patrol of course. We must still be on the look out for Faith." Giles said, taking his glasses off and cleaning them before putting them back on
"Of course." Buffy said happily.
"So G-ma…I mean Giles…do we know anything else about this little shin-dig?" Xander asked, facing away from the couple.
"Well, besides that it's happening on graduation, which we already knew then no." Giles answered.
"So we're still in research mode?" Buffy asked.
"Yes apparently."
Just then the bell rang and the three had to go to class.
Willow smiled at Angel.
"I have to go to class."
"I know."
"So I'll see you later, at the Bronze?"
"I'll be there." Angel nodded.
"O-Ok" Willow said, getting up.
Angel grabbed her hand and pulled her back. As she turned he pulled her into him so his lips met hers in a tender kiss.
Xander and Buffy who were waiting at the library doors had two very different reactions. Buffy smiled and thought it was adorable, glad that her friend was finally happy. Xander on the other hand started to make coughing and gagging sounds, which earned him a glare from Buffy. As Willow came up to them she was smiling and had a dazed look on her face.
"Well I don't know about you, but I've seen my ick-factor for today." Xander quipped.
Willow turned to him and with the smile planted firmly on her face, socked him in the shoulder.
"Ow! Wills!" Xander whined as they made their way out of the library.
Angel smiled and turned to Giles. Seeing the other man busily cleaning his glasses his smile widened and he made his way back in the stacks and out the back door before Giles realized he was gone.
~Part: 14~
Three months later found Willow and Angel sitting quietly in his apartment watching a movie.  They weren't talking, just snuggling close and enjoying each other's company.  Things were just starting to calm down after the whole graduation day fiasco.  Everything had gone according to plan. Faith had finally managed to come to her senses and returned to the side of good. Together, she and Buffy had defeated the mayor turned demon snake, but not before the mayor got his final revenge.  Just as the school was set to blow up Faith was caught in the library by two vampires who had managed to escape the outraged crowd of students.  After dusting them she wasn't quick enough to escape before the building went up in flames and was caught just as she was running out.  Although she survived the blast she was sent into a coma where she rested still, three months later.
Buffy and Willow's friendship was thankfully back on track.  They often spent their free time together doing the normal teenage things. They made it a routine to visit Faith as often as they could, hoping she would make a full recovery soon.  Angel often visited with them, but still found it hard to believe Faith had been taken down after just returning to the side of good.  The rest of the gang had not been as forthcoming with forgiveness toward the once rouge slayer as the trio, and still held grudges, although they asked about Faith's health more then once.  Buffy and Riley often double dated with Willow and Angel, their friendships growing causing them all to become much closer.  The girls were undoubtedly happy their men got along so well.  Riley never noticed Angel only came out at night and still had no idea he was a vampire.
Willow and Angel's relationship was also growing. They were steadily moving closer to professing their love physically, and it made Willow a little nervous.  She was no longer afraid that Angel would leave her and she never doubted his love for her now.  She knew with all she was, that he loved her.  She just wasn't sure she was ready to take such a big step in their relationship.  On one hand she knew she loved him and he loved her. He would never hurt her or force her into anything.  But she knew he wanted this. She knew he wanted to step up their relationship and she felt bad for holding back.  She'd felt how aroused he'd get during their many kissing sessions. Willow knew he wanted her and was sure that's what scared her.  She knew nothing about the wonders of making love to a man.  Angel had years, decades, even centuries on her! How was she, little Willow Rosenberg supposed to please him?
Angel watched the movie through unseeing eyes.  He could feel how tense Willow was as she leaned against him and knew she was thinking about something important.  Of course he had no idea what that could be.  She wasn't in school at the moment, so he knew it wasn't that. So much had happened graduation day, maybe the stress of the Mayor had finally caught up to her. Blowing up the school had obviously taken a lot of out everyone involved. On another hand maybe she was feeling the stress of the upcoming school year weighing in on her. She would be a freshman at UC Sunnydale, and he could understand if she were worried over that. But as he sat there, feeling her tenseness and emotions he knew it was something deeper.  Had she had another dream?
She hadn't told anyone about her dreams, and he only knew by chance. One night about a month and a half ago he'd been spending the night at her house and she'd started whimpering and crying in her sleep. Her heartbeat had been beating a mile a minute and her pulse was racing. And he'd felt this all the way in her parents' room.  When he'd entered her room he was taken aback.  Willow was thrashing around her bed, the covers half on half off and her fingers clenching at the sheets.  He could almost taste her fear and it scared him.  Not sure what to do, he'd sat beside her and pulled her into his arms. She instantly woke up at the contact and wrapped her arms around his neck. She'd pleaded with him not to leave her and kept saying it wasn't his fault.  He hadn't known what to think at that moment and just set about trying to calm her. Since then she would tell him bits and pieces of her dreams before she'd push them to the back of her mind.
Just as Angel was about to ask her what was wrong, Willow stood up and went into the kitchen. Frowning he got up to follow her.  As he entered, he stopped short and stared at the sight before him. Willow was leaning against the counter with her head in her hands, taking deep breaths.  He wasn't sure what was going on with her, but he knew it was something serious. Angel had never seen her like this before and it scared him.
"Willow?" Angel asked, slowly making his way toward her.
Willow spun around and looked at him. "Angel, I was just um…getting a drink…did you want something?"
"For you to talk to me…"
Willow watched him for a moment.  Seeing what her silence was doing to him she took a deep breath. "I just have a few things on my mind is all."
"Ok, is there anything I can do to help?"
Images of him *helping* flashed through her mind and caused Willow to blush. "I uh don't think so.  I'll be fine. I just need to sort it all out in my head."
"Willow, I'm worried about you…are you having the dreams again? Is that it?" Angel asked, pulling her into his arms.
"Um well I have been having the dreams again but that's not it exactly.  Angel, I want to tell you, I do. Its just I'm not ready for that conversation yet. Just give me a few days ok? To sort it all out?" Willow asked, wrapping her arms around his waist and looking up at him. Angel dropped a kiss on the top of her head and nodded.  "But you will talk to me right? As soon as you sort it out?"
"I promise." Willow said, resting her head against his chest.
They stood there for a few minutes, just enjoying the feel of each other's bodies.  Angel looked down at the girl in his arms and smiled slightly. As soon as she worked whatever it was out, she would talk to him, and things would go back to the way they were.  He gently lifted her chin and lowered his head, kissing her lips lightly with his own.  After placing a few more kisses on her lips he moved to her cheeks. Then up to her eyelids before making his way back down to her lips.  This time he kissed her like a man kisses a woman.  Passionately pressing his lips to hers, invading her mouth with his tongue. He never wanted to let her go.
Willow moaned into his mouth.  What he did to her.  One kiss from him could turn her to jelly.  She could feel her stomach clenching and her body heating up.  This was all so new to her, she wasn't sure what she was looking for in him, but knew only he could give it to her.  Willow pressed her body against his and moaned again as his hand slipped under her shirt.  His hands were cool against her skin and it felt delicious on her heated flesh. Suddenly, Willow felt herself being lifted off the floor. Breaking away from the kiss she noticed she was now sitting on the counter top.  Just as she was about to question his actions, he hit a sensitive spot on her neck and she could no longer think of anything but his mouth and hands on her.
Angel slowly started to move his hands up her back.  Her moans and breathy pants were like music to his ears.  He knew this was starting to go farther then they had taken it before, but he wanted her so much.  His body ached for her and he needed her like he'd never needed anyone ever before.  He moaned a little when his fingers encountered her bra.  Lightly tracing the clasp his lips found hers again and he proceeded to make love to her mouth. He quickly snapped the clasp between his fingers and felt her bra give way.  Slowly he brought his hand around her body and to her stomach. Her body was on fire and he felt her body tense wherever he touched her. He gently brought his hand up to her breast and pushed the bra up, before cupping her in his palm.
Willow jerked back as she felt his hand on her breast not realizing he'd undone her bra. "No."
Angel quickly pulled his hand out of her shirt and took a small step back.  Willow looked around while straightening her shirt out, trying to remember what had happened.  She couldn't believe she had let things go this far.  She needed to think. Her gaze rested on Angel and her eyes widened in shock.  His Shirt was un-tucked from his pants with two buttons open in the middle.  His hair was sticking out all over the place and his lips were swollen slightly from their kisses.
"Oh god." Willow groaned, making her way down the counter.
"Willow…" Angel started, but was cut off as she pressed against him in order to hop off.  As Willow was pushing off the counter she accidentally pushed herself into his body, feeling his arousal and she made her way to the floor.
With a quick "Eep" Willow ran into the living room, and started collecting her things. Angel followed her and watched in silence as she put her shoes on and grabbed her bag.
"Willow…"
"I-I have to go Angel…I'll talk to you later." Willow said, quickly making her way outside and into the evening sun.
Angel growled as he watched her dash out if his door.  He knew he wouldn't be able to stop her.  He just wasn't sure what had happened between them.  He thought she'd been enjoying her self. He hadn't felt any fear or nervousness until after she had stopped him.  She knew he would never force her.  So what was the problem?
Angel growled again before making his way into the kitchen.  As he opened the fridge and pulled out two bags of blood, he realized he could still smell their arousal.  He could smell his Willow in the room, smell her desire and love, with a tinge of fear to highlight it.  Quickly he drained the bags without heating them, grimacing at the coldness before making his way into his room.  He would sit here until one of two things happened. Her scent left the apartment or she came back to talk to him.  Knowing neither would be happening soon Angel settled back against his pillows to wait.
~Part: 15~
Willow ran through the streets of Sunnydale, hoping to make it soon.  This wasn't good.  Why hadn't she had more control?  She just needed a few days to sort it all out! Why did they have to lose control like that?
Coming up to the house Willow frantically rang the doorbell. *Please be home!* Willow thought anxiously waiting for someone to answer the door.
Joyce Summers looked out the window before opening her door to a somewhat hysterical Willow.  The girl was visibly shaking and wringing her hands in front of her.
"Willow! What's wrong honey?" Joyce asked, ushering the girl inside.
"I um…is Buffy here?"
"She's in her room, is there something the matter?"
"No…I-I just need to speak with her. Can I um go up?"
"Of course." Joyce nodded worried something was wrong with her daughter's friend.
"Thanks Mrs. Summers." Willow said, running up the stairs.
Willow quickly opened her friend's door and slammed it shut. Leaning against it she looked at Buffy, who was now watching her with wide eyes.
"Willow?"
"I don't know what to do Buffy!" Willow cried, throwing herself on the bed beside Buffy.
"Oh Will…What happened?" Buffy asked, trying to comfort her friend.
"I'm so confused.  I love him, I know I do but I don't know what I'm doing and he's gonna think I'm a little girl."
"Willow…What happened? I don't understand."
Willow took a deep breath and sat up, facing her friend.
"Buffy, I want to make love to Angel. But I'm scared."
"Willow, that's normal.  You just need to talk it out with him, tell him you're scared."
"I know. And that's what I was going to do.  But we were, and then we…and it happened so fast!"
"So you…did it then?"
"No…almost. And it's not his fault because I didn't tell him I needed time. We were kissing and we just started to go further and I didn't realize it at first but then I felt him…he started to… and I got scared and when I was getting down off the counter I felt his…um…and then I felt bad, but I was still nervous so I ran out and came here…"Willow rambled.
"Will?"
"Yea?"
"Breathe."
"Oh." Willow said, calming down slightly.
"Ok, now it's not a big problem ok? Angel will understand."
"But Buffy…I wanted to.  I mean I didn't want to stop.  I can't explain it, but I felt…it was so powerful.  When it was over I could still feel this…tension and I wanted to run back in there."
"Well, Willow, it sounds like you have it all figured out then."
"W-What?"
"Willow, you want him. *You* want to make love to Angel and *he* wants to make love to you.  You both love each other, so nothing else matters."
"But I…"
"No buts…do you love him?"
"Yes, but…"
"Does he love you?"
"Y-Yes."
"Then there is nothing to worry about.  Willow he loves you and the fact that you've never done anything like this isn't changing that.  He isn't exactly running for the hills you know. So he must want to be here, with you."
Willow sat there for a moment.  Letting Buffy's words run through her mind. She had a point.  As long as they both knew they loved each other, nothing else should matter.  But the question was; could she do it? Could she get over her fear and make love to the man of her dreams?
"Thanks Buffy!"
"You're welcome…so you've made up your mind?"
"Yea, I'm going to talk to him, tell him what's going on and we'll see what happens.  I'm still nervous, but it isn't going to stop me anymore. I love him and I know what I want now."
"Great!" Buffy said, hugging her friend tightly.
"Buff…slayer strength, bad." Willow squeaked.
"Oh! Sorry." Buffy said loosening her hold a bit.
Willow smiled and pulled back.  Noticing for the first time how messy the room was.
"Buffy? Are you cleaning out your closet?"
"Ugh no…just trying to find something to wear."
"Oh no! You have a date with Riley tonight?
"Uh yea, we're going to LA for the night."
"For the night?" Willow asked, wide eyed.
"Yea. We're staying over night at this bed and breakfast."
"Oh!" Willow exclaimed with wide eyes.
"We're not really planning anything, but whatever happens happens you know?" Buffy said, picking invisible dust from her blanket.
"Well I'm sure you guys will have fun.  Just do what feels right."
"Exactly.  We'll see what happens, but I'm still going to be prepared for anything."
"That's good."
"Yea." Buffy said, with a dreamy smile.
~Part: 16~
Riley pulled up in front of the Summers' residence and sat there.  What the hell was a slayer?! He thought to himself.  Resting his head on the steering wheel he thought back to his conversation with Professor Walsh early that morning.
*~*~*
"We have news on Miss Summers, Agent Finn. Please sit down." Maggie Walsh said, pointing to a chair in front of her desk.
As Riley sat down, Maggie stood and crossed over to stand in front of him, leaning against the front of her desk.
"We had another operative following our target, just to make sure she wasn't… giving you the slip to say…"
Riley sat there, his head swimming with what he was being told.
"It turns out our Miss Summers, is a Vampire Slayer."
"A what?!"
"Yes, there was a myth, about a girl who has the strength and power to fight vampires and other such demons.  Apparently it's a lot truer then we thought.  Our Agent found her, in the cemetery of all places, killing a vampire with a stake.
"But this is impossible.  I've been with her for over three months now.  I've never seen her fight a vampire."
"Yes, well be that as it may, she was spotted and recorded.  I'd be happy to show you the tape. She's quite impressive."
"No. I-I don't need to see it right now."
"Fine then.  Now I have a new mission for you Agent Finn.  It's very similar to that which you've been doing.  First, I need you to find out all that you can about her slayer duties.  Then once we know exactly what we're dealing with I want her to join the Initiative. She will be a great asset to out facility. I trust you will be able to…persuade her?"
"I…permission to speak freely ma'am?"
"Go ahead."
"I think this is a waste of time.  Buffy is a normal girl, she doesn't have magic powers and she isn't this…slayer you think she is.  I want her to be left alone."
"Riley, I understand you have feelings for her.  You don't want to believe this and that's fine, but as an agent you are ordered to do this. Put your personal feelings aside and do your job. If you give me any problems with this …well I'd like to think it won't come to that."
"Fine." Riley said, before walking out.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Riley was startled out of his reverie by someone knocking on his window. Looking up he saw the worried face of his girlfriend's best friend.  Sighing softly to himself he grabbed his keys and opened the door.
"Hi Willow."
"Hey Riley, is something wrong?"
"Ugh no not really."
"Oh, so do you often sit in your car with your head on the steering wheel?"
"It's actually much more comfortable then it looks."
"I'm sure it is. But if something is wrong, you can tell me.  Especially if it's about Buffy because there isn't much I don't know about her." Willow said smiling slightly.
*I'm sure there isn't.* Riley thought.
"So then would you say you know just about everything about her?"
"Sure, we tell each other everything."
"Really so then you would know just about all her secrets then.  Even say if she had a secret identity."
"Riley?" Willow asked, worried he knew more then she thought.
"Say if she were…a vampire slayer?  Would you know that?"
"I'd say you were a pretty good guesser, except that I think there's something else going on here."
"Well then you'd be correct, but right at this moment I just want to hear that its true.  Tell me my girlfriend has been lying to me for the past three and a half months. Tell me that she goes out after our dates and kills vampires and demons.  Tell me Willow.  Tell me that Buffy Summers, normal high school student is really Buffy Summers the vampire slayer."
"Riley I think we should go inside.  You need to talk to Buffy about this."
"You're right Willow.  I should just get the truth from the horses mouth right?" Riley said, before stomping over to the Summers front door.
Willow followed Riley as he opened the front door and took the stairs two at time.  Quickly racing up the stairs she stopped short, watching as Riley stood in Buffy's doorway just staring at her.  There were no words spoken and the tension in the air was thick enough to taste.  Buffy, having no idea what was going on was shocked to see Riley storm into her room with Willow fast on his heels.
"Guys…what's going on?"
"Funny you should ask that Buffy.  I was wondering the same thing."
"Um, I don't know what's happening right now, but you're really creeping me out Riley."
"Well I'd say that makes two of us then."
"Wills?  I don't understand…"
"Buffy he knows…"
"Knows what?"
"About your extra curricular activities."
"My ex…oh…Riley I can explain."
"Please do.  Because honestly I don't know what to think right now."
"It's complicated.  I wanted to tell you but I didn't think you would understand." Buffy said, reaching out for him, only to have him back away.
"What I don't understand is how this is possible.  How is it possible that you can fight vampires and be afraid of spiders? Or be strong enough to bend an iron bar but you can't open the pickle jar? Or wasn't that real? Just something to make me believe you were normal?"
"I'm sorry.  Riley, I promise I never lied about anything other then that.  I just couldn't tell you.  I wanted you to know, god, so many times I wanted to tell you but I didn't want to put you in danger.  You don't understand how this works.  You find out and you die.  I love you Riley. I didn't want you to get hurt.  I was trying to protect you."  Buffy cried, hoping to make him understand.
"What does this mean Buffy?  What exactly is a slayer?" Riley asked, sitting on the bed with his head in his hands.
"I fight vampires and demons.  I stop the world from ending every few months and hopefully save lives. We-we live on a hell mouth and every kind of baddie you can possibly think of lives here or is on its way.  There is just so much you don't understand about Sunnydale and I wish I could have told you long before this. I wish you didn't have to find out this…" Buffy trailed off as something occurred to her.
"How did you find out?" Buffy asked.
"I saw you."
"What? When?"
"Buffy, I can't do this right now.  I need to think about what's happening and what this means." Riley said, before getting up.
"Riley wait!"
"Buffy, please.  Not now.  I need to think.  I-I'll call you." Riley said as he walked out.
Buffy collapsed on the floor as he left, crying her eyes out for what she felt was her lost love.  Willow rushed to her friends' side and tried to comfort her.  This didn't make any sense.  Things were going so well, how had it just turned upside down?
"Will it's not fair.  I was only trying to protect him.  I never meant to hurt him."
"I know Buffy. Riley knows it too."
"What if he doesn't? What if I lost him?  Willow I can't go through this again.  I love him so much.  I know it hasn't been that long but he completes me.  He's my life, my soul mate."
"I know Buffy, I know."
~Part: 17~
Willow quietly let herself into the dark apartment.  Frowning slightly, she set her things by the door.  The living room was exactly as she had left it the previous day.  Soda cans were piled in one spot on the otherwise neat coffee table and a half eaten bowl of popcorn sat on the end table.  Angel was normally so neat, Willow thought to herself, wondering what had made him ignore the small mess.  Quietly, she gathered the unneeded items and took them into the kitchen.  As she walked in the room her mind started replaying her and Angel's activities from the day before.  Now was not the time to be thinking of this, Willow chided herself.
After disposing of the trash, Willow again made her way to the living room.  Thinking it was odd she hadn't heard from Angel, she decided to check his bedroom.  Quietly, incase he was sleeping Willow opened the bedroom door.  Spread out over the bed sleeping soundly was Angel.  Willow smiled softly to herself and decided to leave him alone.  As she was closing the bedroom door she heard his quiet voice.
"Willow?"
"Morning sleepyhead." Willow said, making her way over to sit beside him on the bed.
"Are you ok?"
"Sure."
"So you've thought things over then?"
"Yes, I'm sorry about yesterday I just…"
"No it's ok, as long as you've worked it out."
"I did."  Willow said, leaning down for a tender kiss.
Angel gently pulled away and looked at her.
"What's wrong?" Angel asked, resting his back against the headboard, pulling Willow with him.
"Riley found out."
"Found out?"
"About Buffy, he knows she's the slayer." Willow said, sighing softly as she thought of her heartbroken friend.
"Oh."
"He's so confused Angel. He doesn't understand what she does and why she didn't tell him."  Willow explained, resting her head on his chest.
"It's a shock at first.  But he'll learn to deal with it soon."
"I hope so, Buffy is so upset.  She can't loose him now."
"I doubt Riley will give up on her.  He loves her too much."
"I hope you're right." Willow said, looking up at him
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Buffy sighed as the phone rang off the hook yet again.  She hoped this time he would have picked up, but it looked like that wasn't going to happen.  Maybe it was too soon; maybe he needed more time to get used to the idea.  Buffy sniffled and curled up on the bed once more.  Willow had left a little over an hour ago to go see Angel after Buffy had made it clear she needed to be alone.  In that time Buffy had called Riley at least eight times.  She'd left five messages, begging him to call her so she could explain.  She felt like there was a gaping hole in her chest where her heart should be. If only he would call her back, she knew she could explain everything to him and make him understand.
"Buffy…"
"Riley! Oh my god! I was so worried. I thought you would hate me and…"
Riley gently pulled back from the hug she'd pulled him into when he'd entered the room and led them over to the bed.  There were so many thoughts running through his head, but he knew he had to talk to her.  He had his own secrets after all and he needed her to understand.  He just didn't know how he was going to tell her.
"Riley I…"
"Buffy I have to talk to you." Riley cut in.
"Ok…"
"Buffy, I've been thinking it over.  I understand why you didn't tell me.  Don't get me wrong, I would have rather I knew before, but I do understand you were trying to protect me.  The fact that you're a slayer doesn't bother me as much as the thought that I could lose you.  I want to be honest with you Buffy. I have some things I kept you in the dark about too and I think now would be a good time to tell you."
"Ok."
Riley took a deep breath and looked into her eyes.  He searched them for a minute. Not knowing exactly what he was looking for, but knowing he had to find it.  What he saw there surprised him.  He saw guilt, apprehension, happiness, love and loyalty.  A truckload of emotions passed over him as he gazed into her eyes. He knew she would understand, she was going to stick by him no matter what.
"I'm…I'm involved in an organization Buffy.  We hunt demons also.  We're a government agency that patrols the streets and protect the innocent."
"You're a commando…"
"A what?
"The solider guys that wear the masks and camouflage, you're one of them." Buffy realized.
"Ugh, yea…"
"Oh my god! You're the guy that let me go that night in the cemetery! You tagged two vamps with those taser things!"
"Um yea that would be me."
"I-I don't know what to say." Buffy said, frowning slightly.
"I'm sorry Buffy.  I really never meant to keep it from you."
"No, it's ok. I kept the slayer thing from you.  I understand." She promised, looking up at him.
"There's something else I have to tell you Buffy." Riley explained, looking away.
"O-Ok"
"Buffy, I was sent to follow you, after that night in the cemetery. My commander thought it was suspicious that a girl was in the cemetery at midnight alone.  She sent me to gather information on you and see if you posed a threat or not.  I never once thought you were the slayer. I insisted that you were a normal girl, that there wasn't anything to find out about you. I thought the assignment was over. But Professor Walsh had you followed by another operative and they caught you on tape staking a vampire."
"So you were just following me? I was just an assignment?  Was dating me part of the plan and was that just a sick joke on your part? Did pretending to love me get you bonus points with your boss or what?!" Buffy accused, snatching her hand away as if she were burnt.
"Buffy no.  I swear what I feel for you is real.  That wasn't part of the plan.  I didn't mean for you to get in the middle of this. I love you Buffy, with all my heart. Please believe that." Riley begged.
"I want to Riley…" Buffy said, trying to stop the tears from falling down her face.
"Then do it. I've never felt the way I feel about you.  We both kept secrets and we both did it to keep each other safe, but we're out in the open now Buffy and nothing can come between us if we don't let it."
Buffy looked at him for a long minute. She knew in her heart he loved her, he was too nice to play with her in that way. She trusted him with everything she was and while learning this bit of information changed things, it didn't make her love him any less.
"I do believe it Riley. I love you with all of my heart and I trust you with my life, so from now on we're completely honest with each other and hide nothing."
Riley smiled and kissed her passionately. He'd been prepared to grovel and beg on his hands and knees for her forgiveness. He knew she was the one for him and knew that he couldn't lose her over this. The Initiative wasn't worth nearly as much as she was to him. He would die for her and knew if she asked him to leave the Initiative he would, without ever looking back.
Buffy poured everything she had into their kiss. She wanted to make sure he knew she forgave him and loved him no matter what. That she wasn't ready to give him up and would fight to the death for him.
She felt him lean her back on the bed and gently cover her body with his own. She knew what this meant, knew they were about to make love and put the past behind them. She wanted this and felt like this was the purest most wonderful thing to ever happen to her. She moaned softly as his large hand covered her small breast and his mouth kissed her neck. Buffy couldn't help it when her hands found their way under his shirt to roam over his muscular back, rubbing and scratching her way around. Finally she abandoned the smooth white expanse of flesh and moved to tug his shirt up. After it was finally removed, Buffy made short work of her own top and bra, leaving them both topless, free to feel flesh upon flesh.
Riley slowly bent to take a pink nipple into his mouth. He circled it with his tongue a few times, delighted at each of Buffy's breathless little moans. He made sure to show the same amount of attention to its twin before slowly making his way down her body. When he reached the top of her pants he lightly traced his fingers over stomach, tracing the edge of her jeans. Buffy arched up into his caress and moaned softly, telling him to continue. Riley smiled and unzipped her pants before moving to pull them down and off her shapely legs. After he disposed of both of their pants and underwear, Riley settled himself between Buffy's legs. Lightly he traced his fingers over her hip and down to her curls and following the path that led to her opening.
They made love soon after that in a tangle of sweaty limbs. Neither of them had ever experienced such deep feelings for another person as they did then. Buffy with her limited experience had no hint as to the pleasures she felt with Riley. He took her to places she only dreamed of and hoped she did the same for him.
Riley wasn't as experienced in love making as most men his age, but he knew one thing was for sure. Buffy was the most passionate lover he'd ever had. His love for her only multiplied ten times after this encounter and he realized he could never let her go. Not just because she was good in bed, but because she obviously loved him as much as he loved her. She proved that without a doubt.
They lay together for a few moments, catching their breath and kissing tenderly before Riley had to get cleaned up. He returned to bed to find Buffy slipping under the covers. Quickly, he joined her and pulled her into his arms.
"I love you so much Buffy."
"I love you too Riley."
Riley placed a small kiss on her head and pulled her tighter against him. He knew everything would work out, he just hoped nothing else popped up to get in their way.
~Part: 18~
Angel looked down at the redhead who was snuggled closely against his body and sighed softly. She still hadn't said anything about what was bothering her and why she had run out the way she did. He didn't want to push the issue, but he was worried. He wanted to know what was going on so he could fix it.
"Angel?" Willow said, without turning her head to look at him.
"Yes?" Angel said, stroking her hair lightly.
"I'm sorry…about yesterday."
"It's ok Willow."
"Can I tell you what was bothering me now?"
"Of course."
Willow sighed deeply and pulled herself out of his arms so that she was sitting across from him. Tucking one leg under her, she let the other hang off the bed as she prepared herself for the explanation. She closed her eyes for a moment and took a deep breath before looking down at her nervous hands.
"I-I love you Angel and I know you love me. That has nothing to do with why I ran out yesterday. I was more confused about what was happening then anything else. We've been getting closer and closer to…you know." Willow blushed, "and the whole problem was I wanted us to. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it and there is nothing more I want then to…be with you…like that. But I'm also scared."
"Wil…" Angel started before he was cut off.
"Wait please…I-I know you would never hurt me. That's not what I'm scared of Angel." Willow said, meeting his eyes for a moment before they darted back down to her hands. "I'm scared of…of not being good enough I guess. I don't have any experience with making love and I know that you do. I don't know how I can compare to your other…girlfriends."
Angel stared at her bent head in shock. Could she be serious? She was worried about not being able to please him in bed? He had no doubt in his mind that she would take him to new heights and pleasure him beyond belief.
"Hey" Angel said, tipping her head up to look at him. "I'm not worried about that Willow. I love you and you couldn't do anything wrong with me. You please me everyday that you're here with me and give me your love.  I may be experienced Willow, but I have no doubt that you'll show me a thing or two. You never have to compare yourself to my past. They mean nothing to me and the only woman I ever think about is you."
Willow smiled slightly." I just want everything to be perfect and…"
"It will be perfect. We only need to love each other and everything will be fine. I promise." Angel said, kissing her softly.
Willow closed her eyes and smiled. She gave in to her desires and kissed him for all she was worth. He was right, they only needed to love each other and everything would work out.
Willow stroked her hands through his thick mass of hair and their mouths made love together. She loved kissing him. It was so easy to lose herself in him while they were kissing. He was so talented with his mouth.
Angel broke the kiss to allow his love to breathe and made his way down her neck. He licked and nipped his way down to where her neck and shoulder met before sucking the bit of flesh into his mouth. He knew it drove her crazy when he did this and decided that was just was he was striving for. The moans and gasps of his name drove him wild and he laid her back on the bed for a better position.
Willow arched her neck and moaned softly. She felt Angel settle some of his weight on her and sighed happily as she let her hands roam his back and under his shirt as he continued to greedily lave her throat. Her fingernails scratched a happy trail down his back as he hit a sensitive spot.
"Mmm…" Willow moaned appreciatively.
Angel smiled and raised himself up, removing her shirt and baring her to his hungry gaze. She wore a modest white bra, which molded itself around her small but perfect breasts and drove him crazy. He couldn't wait to see what was hidden underneath. Angel slowly brought his right hand up, bracing most of his weight with his left and covered her right breast. He smiled at the small gasp she let out as she pressed herself into his palm.
"Angel more…" Willow moaned.
Angel grinned slightly and looked at her flushed face, "More of what?"
"Just…more please?" Willow begged, blushing profusely under his intense gaze.
He smiled at the shy girl lying beneath him and lifted both of them so they were sitting face to face. Gently he reached behind her and unhooked her bra. Slowly, so as not to startle her, he pulled the straps down her arms and removed the garment.
Willow kept her eyes focused on Angel's. She tensed as he removed her bra and brought her arms up to cover her naked breasts.
"Shh, it's ok."
Willow nodded and let her arms drop to her side again. She watched as Angel stared at her and felt her breathing speed up under his scrutiny.
Angel groaned as her breasts rose and fell, in time with her labored breathing. Quickly, he leaned in and captured her mouth with his own, pulling her up so she was pressed tightly against his chest and comfortably settled on his lap. Angel was so focused on loving her with his mouth that he never noticed her trying to remove his shirt until it was caught between them. He broke the kiss and roughly pulled the offending piece of cloth over his head. He'd no sooner thrown the shirt behind him before Willow was kissing him again. Wrapping his arms around her small form, he returned the kiss whole-heartedly.
Willow moaned into his mouth and tried to push herself closer, which only resulted in a strangled cry from both of them as she ground herself against his hard length.
"Willow, you feel so…"
"Angel…please…" Willow moaned, rocking her hips against his.
Not able to control himself anymore, Angel pulled her away and laid her back on the bed. Quickly he removed the rest of their clothes and kissed his way up her body. Starting at her feet, he kissed and licked his way up her legs before stopping at the juncture between her thighs.
He moved his hands up and down the inside of her thighs, hoping to relieve the tension he felt there. Her scent was driving him crazy, being this close and smelling her womanly aroma was making him lose control.  He had to taste her.
But first he wanted to ready her. His left hand traveled down to tangle in her curls and he slowly teased her.
Willow moaned at the first touch of his hand down…there. She blushed as she realized what was happening.
She was being made love to, tenderly, by the man she loved. She bucked her hips slightly as she felt a cool finger tease her entrance before it was slowly pushed in. Her stomach clenched and she tried to clamp her legs together as it made its way deeper.
"I won't hurt you Willow."
"I-I know…it's just…"
"Relax. I promise you'll enjoy it."
Willow nodded and lay back down, determined to relax and let herself be loved. She couldn't believe the wonderful feelings she was having. Her body was slowly tightening up and she felt herself getting ready to spiral out of control. This was unbelievable; she'd never experienced such pleasure before. Willow tried to keep her eyes open but couldn't. As soon as they were shut she saw bright white flashes. She moaned loudly, thinking it had to do with the powerful feelings she was having.  But the flashes didn't stop and suddenly she remembered all of her dreams. It was frightening how the flashes told a story she didn't understand. And now instead of pleasure she felt pain. She tried to call out to Angel, tell him something was wrong, but couldn't. She was so confused. What was going on? This wasn't supposed to happen. She and Angel were making love; he was pleasuring her and making her feel like the most treasured being in the world. But now she was in pain, nothing excruciating, just a dull throbbing in her head and sore muscles. But so much worse then what she was feeling five minutes ago. Finally she found the strength to open her eyes.
Blinking a few times to clear her vision Willow looked around. She wasn't in Angel's room anymore. She was in…the hospital? Willow's mind swam with all kinds of horrific thoughts. Had Angel lost control? Was that the pain she felt? Had he brought her here to save her life after what happened? And what did happen? Where was he? Shouldn't he be here, keeping her company?
"A-Angel?" Willow croaked out, frowning as her throat refused to cooperate.
"Here, this will help your throat." A woman said, slipping a few ice chips past her lips.
Willow swallowed gratefully as her dry throat was coated with the cool melted liquid. She cleared her throat a few times and turned her head to look at the woman standing beside her.
"Where's Angel?"
"The young man that brought you in here?" The nurse questioned, as she checked Willow over.
"I think s-so."
"Hmm well the last time I saw him was last night. He usually comes in around 8 o'clock or so. It's only 6:30 now."
"Call him please?"
"Sure honey. Just let me check the files."
Willow nodded and settled back to wait. How long had she been out for Angel to have an established a visiting schedule?
~Part: 19~
Angel sighed softly as he buttoned his shirt. He had a few errands to run before going to the hospital for the night. He briefly wondered if Buffy and Riley would be there. He really wasn't in the mood for them tonight. He sat on the bed, ready to put his shoes on when the phone rang. Quickly, Angel made his way to the kitchen and picked it up.
"Hello?"
"Hello, I'm looking for a Mr. Angel…"
"Yes, that's me." Angel said, frowning slightly.
"I see, well this is Sunnydale General and we have you listed as a contact for a Miss Willow Rosenberg."
"Yes, Is she ok? Did something happen?"
"She's fine Sir. She woke up this evening and has asked for you. She refuses to see anyone but you."
"Ok, I'll be right over."
"Thank you, we'll see you soon."
Angel hung the phone up and sat down, staring blankly at the wall. She was awake. She was awake and was asking for him. Did she remember what happened? Did she blame him for everything? He knew it was his fault. He didn't deserve her forgiveness. He should have been in more control, should have thought things through more.
Shaking his head, Angel stood and made his way into his bedroom. He quickly finished getting ready and dashed out the door. He would make it up to her. Somehow he would earn her trust back and make everything right again.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Willow sighed again. This is really becoming a bad habit, Willow thought. The nurse had informed her that she was not allowed to leave the bed under any circumstances. That was over an hour ago. Willow felt like she'd been in that bed for months and just wanted to get up and stretch her legs. But no, the evil nurse wouldn't let her. Every time she scooted just a little bit, Nurse Meanie would glare at her and tsk. She actually tsked at her! How rude…
Willow looked up as the door opened and another nurse came in. Probably here to take Meanie number one's place, Willow thought grumpily.
"Miss Rosenberg?"
"Yes?" Willow asked tiredly, she was so sick of being asked questions and told what to do. She just wanted to go home.
"You have visitors."
"Who?"
"Two young men and a girl. I didn't catch their names."
"Oh, just send them in I guess."
The nurse smiled gently at her and held the door open. Nothing could have prepared Willow for the blonde whirlwind that flew into the room and wrapped itself around her.
"Buffy geez, I'm ok, nothing big really."
"Nothing big? Willow…"
"Willow! God I'm so happy to see you. Man, I didn't know what I was gonna do with out you."
"Oh Xander, you act like I was dead or something. I'm fine, really. Besides I don't want you guys to say anything like that in front of Angel."
"What? Why? It's his fault!" Xander yelled.
"No it isn't. Now shut up. I don't know…" Willow yelled back before she was cut off.
"Willow…"
"Angel!" Willow said happily. "I was so worried when I didn't see you when I woke up and I wasn't sure what was going on. I don't remember leaving the apartment and…"
"I'm so sorry Willow."
"Angel, no. It's ok." Willow said jumping out of bed. She pointedly ignored the outraged nurse and threw herself into Angel's arms. "It doesn't matter Angel, I'm ok now. You have nothing to worry about."
With that she leaned up and kissed him gently on the mouth.
Three things happened next, none of which Willow expected. Xander and Buffy gasped, Buffy sat heavily on the bed and Angel pulled away.
"What…"
"Angel?"
"Willow I don't know what came over you but…"
"Came over me? I was just making sure you wouldn't blame yourself." Willow said confused.
"But wh…"
"What dead boy is trying to say is…why the hell would you want to kiss him?" Xander said, coming out of his shock.
"Because that's what girlfriends are supposed to do Xander, and don't call him that."
"G-Girlfriend?" Buffy stuttered.
"Yea, why are you guys acting like you don't know this already? And why are you acting like you've never kissed me before Angel?" Willow asked, with tears in her eyes.
"Because we didn't know you were going out, Angel never said anything after the accident."
"Accident? What are you talking about?"
"The demon, the one who attacked you that night on your way back from the library…"
"But that was almost four months ago." Willow said, her mind trying to understand what was going on.
The three others in the room each looked at each other and then back to the confused girl leaning weakly against the bed.
"Willow it was only a month ago. You've been in and out of a coma since that night" Buffy explained gently, trying to lead her to the bed.
"What?!" Willow hissed, yanking her arm away from her best friend. "How is that possible. I've been awake since the day after that happened. I only had a bump on the head. I-I was ok…A-Angel tell them. You took me back to your apartment and I was fine. Tell them!"
"Willow I…"
"No, I don't believe you! We're in love, we've been together for four months, Angel don't you remember? Buffy, we made up after that night. We're best friends again. We're getting ready for college in a few weeks. Xan? You and Angel have started to talk more; we're all friends now. We do everything together. Don't you remember? Please…remember." Willow cried, as she slid down to the floor.
Buffy rushed to her friends side and hugged her tightly. "It'll be ok Willow, I promise." Buffy said, stroking her weeping friends hair. "It'll be ok."
The End
