~Prologue~

He’d been watching her for days, every night she would come into his club and sings. She never waits for her reading, always leaving before he can reach her. The redhead had the voice of an angel, and the destiny that was so intertwined with his friends that it was sometimes scary. Tonight seemed to be no different, he was beginning to wonder if the girl even knew that this was a demon bar. He had a plan however; tonight he’d called Angel and company to hear her. He knew she’d be in sometime around eleven and would sing just once.  Now all he had to do was wait for her and Angel’s group.

~Part: 1~

Angel Investigations was on a down swing Angel had noticed when he’d gotten a call from Lorne earlier that day. He knew Lorne didn’t like them conducting business in his club so if he was calling it had to be important. He’d sent Cordelia home about an hour ago though and didn’t really want to call her back into the office, she tended to get cranky if he did. So he figured he’d handle it himself and save the hassle. Entering the club Angel spotted Lorne right away at the bar drinking his usual Sea Breeze. Walking up he noticed Lorne’s pained look as a Gravlar demon sang ‘Like a Virgin’ by Madonna and now would be a good time to interrupt the reading.

“Lorne.” Angel said getting the green demons attention. <Good God, neon Pink and Orange suit. My eyes hurt, can he dress any worse?> Angel thought taking a better look at him.

“Angel cakes, where’s the rest of the gang?” Loren asked grateful for the break.

“Their not coming tonight, it was kind of slow so I sent them all home before I got your call.” Angel explained.

“Oh, she should be here soon. I really don’t know what to do. I know she’s important but I don’t know how important but I do know she is to you or your group.” Lorne tried to tell him but confused even himself.

“Do you know her name?” he asked.

“No, all I know is that I can’t let her leave here again without talking to her, but she’s always gone before I can. I need help, Muffin.” Loren said.

“Alright, just tell me when you see her and I’ll block the door.” Angel told him.

~Part: 2~

45 minutes later…

She couldn’t believe she was going to do this again, this bar gave her the creeps but it was the only one with Karaoke every night.  She left Ohio not more than a week ago after returning from Germany and just needed to relax. Singing had always done that for her and ever since he’d left her in Germany alone, she needed to sing almost every night. This place Caritas held some of the most unusual people she’d ever seen, except for him. The bite mark that she still bore on her neck made her realize this world held many secrets and she’d bet most of them were in this bar.

Sarah had lived most of her life in Ohio, with her younger brother, mother and abusive stepfather until her mother’s divorce. Getting the job in Germany after she'd graduated from High School and Vocational School was relatively easy with the help of her friend's computer and the internet. That had been where she’d met him, the vampire who had opened her eyes to the creatures of the night.

Tonight she’d felt compelled to where a dress that she normally wouldn’t be caught dead in the Emerald silk halter dress was something she hadn’t even bought it was a present from him. Putting her hair up she walked out of her hotel feeling the pull back to Caritas.

Walking into Caritas tonight she knew just what song she was going to sing. My Immortal by Evanescence had been on her mind all day long. She was beginning to wonder though why she never had to wait for her turn since that first night, when ever she came in they would wave her up front and ask for her song and let her sing.

Tonight was no different, she walked into the club and the green guy waved her up. When he asked her name she shook her head and told him her song.

I'm so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
And if you have to leave
I wish that you would just leave
'Cause your presence still lingers here
And it won't leave me alone

These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase

Lorne had seen the girl just after she walked in and waved her up to the stage ahead of a vampire waiting his turn. When she got up on the stage he asked her name like he’d done every night so far and got a shake of the head. Putting on the song she requested he moved to sit back next to Angel and listen.

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me

I saw Lorne moving back after setting the girl up and knew this was who he’d called me about. She called to his demon, like he knew her personally. Her voice rocked him though, he’d never heard anyone who could sing with so much passion. When Lorne got there he’d ask about the song.

You used to captivate me
By your resonating light
Now I'm bound by the life you left behind
Your face it haunts
My once pleasant dreams
Your voice it chased away
All the sanity in me

These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase

I told Angel cakes she was something else while we waited for her but he didn’t believe me until now. I’ve seen flashes of her future but no matter how many times she sings I just don’t get all the pieces of the puzzle. I know Angel’s family or friends are involved in this girl’s life but I don’t know how.

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me

Sarah could still feel the pull of this place as she sang, it seemed to be coming from the bar and that scared her, the last time she’d felt it was with him and he couldn’t possibly be here, could he?

I've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone
But though you're still with me
I've been alone all along

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me

All of me…

I saw her making for the way towards the exit where I was standing looking down at her hands, fidgeting with a ring on her finger. I grab her arm as gently as I could as she attempted to pass, pulling her to face me I finally got a good look at her face. Her hazel eyes stood out, and so did the scared bite mark on her neck. I knew that mark. Damn him, claiming a human is serious shit. Spike was going to have to answer for marking this girl.

~Part: 3~

Same time in Sunnydale…

He’d been staying in the Watcher’s tub for the three weeks, being tortured by the bloody slayer and gang. The only one not treating him like a chained puppy was Red. Yesterday, Red had called the Poof and told him what was going on, what shocked him though is that she’d done it while everyone was out patrolling.

About ten minutes ago, there was an intense wave anger that came from his sire; something was definitely up in LA. Red was the only one here again. One of her spells had gone bad and since then they’ve stuck her with just about all the brain work, even the Watcher did it. (Not that I care, I’m a bloody demon. Stupid tub…)

The phone ringing broke Spike from his musing. He could hear Willow’s side of the conversation and bits of what Peaches was telling her.

(The Call)

“Hello. Oh hi, Angel.” She said.

“Willow, is Spike still there?” Angel asked her.

“Yeah, they won’t let him out. I told Giles you said to send him to you, but he wouldn’t listen. Buffy keeps teasing him, if she’s not threatening to stake him, which is just wrong. I mean…” Willow babbled away until Angel interrupted her.

“Will…Will, please. I need you to bring him here.” He asked.

“Why?” She asked getting curious as to why he’d called.

“I found something that belongs to him and I need to talk to him about it. You’re the only one I trust not to stake him on the way. I want to see you too.” Angel tried to explain without details, whispering the last part.

“Alright, but I’ll have to sneak out before Giles gets back, or else they’ll never let us out of here. We’ll leave in a few minutes.” Willow told him.

“Alright, I’ll see you in two hours, Little One.” Angel told her.

(End the Call)

As soon as they hung up Willow grabbed the keys to the chains and quickly unlocked Spike.

“Spike, Angel found something of yours and he wants me to bring you to him. I didn’t want you chained in the first place, so don’t make me regret not putting you in the trunk on the way to LA.” Willow told him as they got into the car her parents had just gotten her.

“Sure thing, Pet. Peaches say what he’d found?” He asked.

“Nope, just said he needed to talk to you about it, but he sounded impatient.” She told him as they drove past the now leaving Sunnydale sign.

~Part: 4~

Caritas, a few minutes ago…

Lorne had finally caught up with Angel and the girl at the door. He watched the two of them stare at each other as he walked up.

“Angel cakes, you caught her, good! Look sweetie we need to talk.” He said when he reached the two.

Angel released the girl, now that Lorne was there to help him. He was fighting to control not only his anger but his demon as well. His demon demanded that we beat Spike for claiming this girl without permission, but he knew that would have to wait.

Lorne escorted them into his apartment in the back of the club for more privacy.

While Lorne and the girl talked, Angel called Sunnydale to try and get Spike there. After a five minute call with Willow, Angel listened to the conversation the other two were having. Angel found out some of the answers he’d been waiting for by listening to Lorne talk to the girl.

(She’s twenty years old, a nanny between jobs, just back from Germany, where she probably met Spike. Her name is Sarah Smith and she’s from Ohio.) Angel thought as he rattled off the list of info he had on the girl in his head.

“How did you find my club?” Lorne asked.

“I don’t really know. I was walking around and felt, I guess you could say, drawn to here. Singing’s always been a relaxation thing for me. There’s not too many places where karaoke is an every night thing.” Sarah explained.

“When did you meet Spike?” Angel finally asked.

“Spike, I don’t know anyone named Spike.” She said confused.

“The vampire who’s mark you carry on your neck.” Angel said.

“Oh, William, I met him about eight months ago, in Germany.” She said with a smile.

“How long were you two kids together?” Lorne asked catching on to what Angel was doing.

“About two and a half months, then one night he just didn’t come back. We had a date planned but he didn’t show up.” Sarah explained.

“You were together for that long and you’re still alive. Have you seen him since?” Angel asked wondering why Spike hadn’t killed this girl.

“No, last I knew things were really good with us. I don’t blame him though, probably sounds cold or something but, I’m just mortal. I really didn’t expect him to stay that long. I’m probably lucky to be alive, so why be mad.” She told them.

“Would you like to see him again?” Angel asked.

“Yes, after all I belong to him. He told me what a claiming was when he did it.” Sarah told them.

“So, he claimed you, did you sleep with him?” Angel asked trying not to get angry.

“That’s a rude question. How do you know Will?” She asked just about ready to leave.

“I’m his sire, which makes us family. I called where he’s staying and told him to get here, but I didn’t tell him you were here. Do you think you can answer my question now?” Angel said.

“Angelus, oh well, I guess so. Yes I did, I gave him my virginity since you needed to know.” Sarah sighed looking down at her lap trying to straighten her dress.

“You love him, don’t you?” Lorne asked.

“Yes, but like I said, I’m mortal and human. Loving him just made it harder to deal with when he left. I’m used to men I love leaving, anyway.” She told them quietly.

“He should be here I about an hour, would you like to go back to my place and wait for him?” Angel asked her.

“Can I change my clothes first, if it’s going to be a long night, I’d like to be comfortable?” Sarah asked.

“Sure, why don’t I drive you there and that way you don’t get lost finding my place.” Angel told her after they’d said goodbye to Lorne and walked outside.

“Okay, let’s go.” She said getting in Angel’s covertable.

~Part: 5~

Willow and Spike had, had a surprisingly quite drive to L.A. To Willow’s surprise, Spike had fallen asleep. (Guess sleeping in a tub is hard at least my car’s seats are padded.) She thought as she pulled up in front of the Hyperion.

Inside the Hotel

Sarah had been sitting with Angel in his office, talking about Angel Investigations and how she became a nanny. Sarah could feel William’s approach and knew he would be here soon. She hadn’t mastered judging the bond when he’d left so she was a little shocked when Angel suddenly left the room.

Angel had been shocked to find out more and more of the girl’s life and that he was actually enjoying talking with her. He was just about to ask her about time with William when he’d heard Willow’s car. Hearing the doors open Angel left Sarah in his office and went to wait in the lobby.

Standing in the lobby, Angel began to think about Willow and how they’ve changed in the last few months. Since graduation he and Willow had been talking either via email or on the phone and had grown closer. He knew he that Oz’s leaving had broken Willow’s heart but he couldn’t help but to be glad he no longer had to worry about that damn pup. He hadn’t left Sunnydale because of Buffy, no that honor belonged to the innocent little witch. Oh, he knew she wasn’t a virgin, he’d smelt that the night Buffy had forced him to drink from her to live. After coming to L.A., he’d come to terms with the fact that Oz was her love and lover, but at least he could be her friend. His thoughts were interrupted by his childe and his love walking  into his lobby.

“Bloody hell, he’s brooding again, Red.” Spike said spotting his Sire.

“Spike, behave.” Willow said coming over and hugging him.

Sarah had heard William’s comment and come out of the office quietly watching the greeting. It had been months since she’d seen Will and he looked so tired. It was obvious to her something was terribly wrong with him. Staying quite, Sarah stood in the office waiting for either William to sense her or for Angel to make her presence known.

“So Peaches, you told Red you found something of mine.” Spike asked, he was still feeling a little off from falling asleep in the car, he could almost swear he felt another presence.

“Spike, where did you go when you left Sunnydale last time?” Angel asked, walking over towards his office.

“I was going to go and look for Dru again but instead I went to London and then Germany, why?” Spike replied running his hands through his hair.

“Meet anyone while you were away? Maybe a girl, human too? Did you add anyone into our family without permission?” Angel asked trying to control his demon.

“Bloody Hell, yes okay? Dru fucking messed with my head, I didn’t bloody remember until two days ago, chained up in the Watcher’s tub. Can’t go anywhere let alone know where she is now, could I?” Spike nearly shouted plopping down on the lobby couch.

“What!” Sarah shouted, just before she fainted.

~Part: 6~

Twenty minutes later, in the lobby…

Spike and Angel had been in the office for about fifteen minutes, leaving Willow and Sarah a lone.

Willow had listened to Sarah talk about her time with Spike in amazement. Every once in a while, her mind would wonder to the other vampire in the building, Angel. With Oz gone her feelings for Angel that had started, as two friends needing to pass information on the latest “Big Bad”, had grown to just needing a shoulder to lean on so to speak. When Oz left, Willow called Angel and cried. As always Angel had been there for her, even if it was through the phone lines. She was pulled from her thoughts when the office door opened.

In the office…

Angel had been trying to comprehend his childe’s behavior towards the girl in his lobby. Finding a mate was a rarity among demons and even more rare finding on with a human; the fact that William had found his scared the hell out of him. He knew Willow was his, he just hadn’t claimed her (yet). He’d been thinking and watching Spike pace his office for a while now, finally he decided to break the silence.

“What happened with Drusilla, Spike?” Angel asked.

“She took off with a fungus demon, after I’d come back for her. All I could remember, until a couple of days ago was being in Germany one day and not know why, and the next I was on a plane back to Brazil. I get there and as usual made a complete arse of myself, and Dru left again. I couldn’t remember clearly what had been going on in Germany so I of course blamed the slayer and headed back to Sunny Hell.” Spike told him flopping down into the chair across from the desk where Angel was sitting.

“You went back to hunting Buffy again, because you didn’t know what else to do, then the soldiers caught you? Why did you go to Willow’s room?” Angel asked worried about his childe.

“Red’s a smart bird figured she could help me out, but then I was pissed and ended up acting like a wanker. I wasn’t going to hurt her, I was just going to take a sip. I like Red, she’s the best one of that damned group, but I know she’s yours.” Spike said hoping that Angel wouldn’t stake him for busting in on the witch.

“So, if you had remembered, what would you have done? Would you still have gone to Sunnydale?” Angel asked wondering if  his William was giving up on hunting slayers.

“Hell, Angelus. I wouldn’t have this bloody chip in my head if I had remembered my girl. Locked in that damn tub was killing me, not being able to be with her was bothering me all along I just didn’t know why. No, I would have went straight back to my girl and begged her to forgive me.” Spike said standing and moving towards the door with Angel hot on his heals.

Out in the lobby a few minutes before…

Sarah just kept yammering on, she knew the other red head, (Willow, I think) wasn’t  really listening to her anymore. She didn’t know what to do; she was nervous. When she had woken from fainting, Angel had pulled Will into the office leaving her to wonder what he was thinking and feeling.

When the door from the office opened, she almost felt like running, but she just sat their waiting for some one to do something. A few seconds later, before she even knew it she was in his arms again, and he was ravishing her mouth.

~Part: 7~

Willow watched almost paralyzed as Spike tried to eat off Sarah’s face or at least that’s what she thought was happening. She was contemplating the likelihood that Sarah would smother before Spike stopped kissing her when Angel’s voice interrupted the happy couple.

“Spike, she’s human and needs to breathe sometime tonight.” Angel shouted finally getting pissed at Spike behavior.

“Bloody Hell, must you interrupt a good snogging with your prattle?” Spike asked coming up for air at least in Sarah’s case.

“Yeah, I think I do when there are still questions to be answered.” Angel insisted.

“Hmm, questions? Huh?” Sarah asked a bit dazed from lack of oxygen and kissing William once again.

“Like what are you doing in LA, Pet? How did you find Angelus? What happened in Germany that made you leave, Luv?” Spike asked his mate leading her back to the lobby couch.

“Vacation, I’m here on vacation after my job in Germany ended. I’ve applied for a few jobs, but I don’t really need them anymore. I was singing in a club, he was there. Umm, What time is it?” She asked feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything that was happening.

“About four in the morning, Sarah. Why wouldn’t you need a job anymore?” Angel asked getting curious again.

“Won the lottery in Ohio when I got home from Germany, there was more money than I can spend this year let alone in the next twenty like it pays out. I paid off all of my debt, my mom’s and grandma’s debt as well, then made planes for the vacation of my dreams. I’m supposed to be leaving for Hawaii in a week, for fun and sun. Don’t think I want to go right now though.  I was thinking of applying to UCLA for the fall semester and studying, if I liked it here.” Sarah babbled.

“Hawaii that would be nice. What do you want to study at UCLA? I got in there, I was thinking of leaving UC Sunnydale this fall and transferring to LA.  How much did you win?” Willow asked babbling herself.

“It pays out about nine million a year, and I already put my application there yesterday. I was to study science and computers. My laptop runs well, but I would like to know how to repair it if need be. Biology and physics are another one of my interests.  Music too, but I want to keep my options open so I said undecided. Things have been so much up in the air lately, that I just needed something stable, and school is a stable, everyday thing.” Sarah said at full speed babble.

“Luv, you want to stay in LA of all places? Why? Why not go to school near your family?” Spike asked hoping she wouldn’t change her mind. He wanted her close but he had to know.

“I thought about it, but I seriously wanted to get away from Ohio and old memories. I wanted to go to Hawaii Pacific University when I was first looking at colleges but they don’t really have all the classes I want to take so, I looked at UCLA and noticed the wide range of class selection they have. I like this city, don’t really know why. Do you want me to go back home? Do you want me to leave?” She asked after explaining herself.

“No, NO! I just had to know your reasons for leaving. I love you, I didn’t want to leave. I hated that I was locked up in the watcher’s tub and not knowing where you were. Do you have any other planes that I should know about?” Spike said.

“Well, I was looking at properties to buy. I mean I have all this money and I don’t really want it to just sit around waiting to get spent. I have an appointment with a realtor in a few hours to look at possible sites. I was looking at houses too, someplace to live. Do you have any suggestions?” Sarah told the group.

Through all the talking Angel had remained mostly silent, until she asked the last question did Angel get an idea.

“Well, I am only renting the Hyperion, maybe you could buy it. You could live here with Spike, and I could still pay you rent. That way you kill two birds with one stone. Someplace to live and a business, plus I could get to know you and Spike, again. What do you think?” Angel asked.

“That would have to be up to Spike, about living here. I like the hotel, or at least what I’ve seen of it. You live here too, right? Won’t that be difficult for us all, I mean Will told me you two didn’t really get along? I’ll have to know prices and such, but I’ll think about it.” She told them waiting for William to speak up.

“I think that would be safest for you, Luv. Peaches here won’t let anything happen to you, and I can’t feed so it should take some pressure off. I’ll even try to get along. I may not be the most happy about it but, I’m willing to try, Sweets.”

Spike told her.

“I’ll have to think about it. I have a ton of things to do tomorrow, it’s late. I really should be going back to my hotel.” Sarah said rising to retrieve her bag from Angel’s office.

“You could always stay here tonight, and have your agent meet you here in the morning.” Angel told her seeing the pissed off look Spike was getting.

”I would if I had a change of clothes with me, but I don’t. I guess we could run over there and collect my things. It would only take a few minutes; I never unpacked, if that’s okay with you?” She said smiling at her Will.

“Luv, We can go and get your things, where’s your car?” Spike asked not liking how she looked at Angel when she said we.

“At my hotel, I needed to change clothes, after leaving the club. Angel didn’t want me getting lost so he drove me here.” Sarah tried to explain, but before she could finish her cell phone rang in her bag.

Ten minutes later…

Willow had been watching Spike and Angel work to convince this girl to calm down for the last ten minutes every since she’d hung up from her call. The call had been from her hotel to tell her that her room had been broken into and all of her things were missing. Sarah had dropped the phone and started hyperventilating, while she talked to the hotel, Spike had been trying to get Sarah’s breathing back to normal and find out what the problem was. Angel on the other hand was listening to the phone call holding a bottle of water for their new friend. She had remembered during their earlier conversation Sarah mentioned a laptop, she was starting to think that their might have been something on it, more than the normal thinks.

“Luv, come on tell me what’s wrong?” Spike tried again, he knew his mate was troubled but come on already.

“I…was working on some things…now their lost…My laptop is gone. My clothes, hell my presents from you were in that room. The clothes you had bought for me, jewels too. Will those where the only things I had of you when you left and now their gone. What will I do if you disappear again?” She had begun to cry when she asked that last question, throwing Spike for a loop.

He’d never seen his childe so tenderly kiss someone, not even Dru, as he did when Spike kissed Sarah’s tears away. Looking over at Willow he could tell she’d seen this Spike more than he’d had the privilege of seeing. Seeing the couple together he wanted so badly just to kiss Willow the same way, well without the tears. Maybe one day soon he’d have the courage to tell her how he felt, and just maybe not get laughed at or turned away.

~Part: 8~

Hours later, the four people in the Hyperion were asleep, one couple in one room, but the other two were in separate rooms. Unknown to them however was the three humans now entering the lobby, Cordelia, Gunn and Wesley had shown up at the same time outside and were talking about their latest case when the entered the lobby and started their day as usual. Five hours later, Spike was headed downstairs to the kitchen that Angel had shown him, or more specifically the blood supply located there. It felt good to be free of the Watcher and those damn chains. He knew his girl would be sleeping for a few more hours and hoped to be next to her when she woke. Wearing only his jeans Spike made his way down the stairs lost in though, he was so lost in though he neglected to sense the humans occupying the lobby. Cordelia jump when she saw Spike coming down the stairs, and the only thing she could think was that he’d killed Angel. Grabbing her crossbow and yelling for Wesley and Gunn, she started to panic. It was only after the three had Spike pinned to the ground did she notice how he was dress or well undressed, did she start to yell for Angel. Angel had been sleeping in his bed, dreaming about his redheaded witch friend when he heard Cordelia’s shouting. He raced down the stairs without even dressing himself to see what was wrong. When he got there he noticed his childe being pinned to the ground by his seerer, the ex-watcher and a street kid, and couldn’t help himself started laughing. Spike couldn’t believe he’d been so stupid as to not think about Angel’s employees when he left his room, he also couldn’t believe his sire was laughing about his situation in only his boxers.

“Could you bloody, tell them to let me the bloody hell up?” Spike asked bringing Angel out of his laughing fit.

“Cordy, Spike’s not going to hurt anyone, let him up.” Angel said.

Cordelia didn’t like it but let him up anyway looking at Angel, finally she asked, “Hey, Angel did you know you’re only wearing your boxers?”

“Shit…” Angel shouted racing for the stairs to get dressed, passing a sleepy Sarah on her way down the stair. When Sarah got down the stairs she went straight to William and kissed him, not noticing the others in the room. She wasn’t surprised that he’d been running around half dress, she knew that if he had a choice he run around naked. She was still tired from the grand totally of four hours she’d actually slept, so it took her a few minutes after their kiss had ended for her to notice the people staring at her.

“Ah, hi!” Sarah said at the gaping people looking at her.

“Luv, meet Peaches people. Wussy, Cheerleader, and Gunn, everyone this is my mate, Sarah.” Spike said with a smirk.

“You’re mate?” Wes asked quietly, still not sure about Spike.

~Part: 9~

“Mate, What are you talking about?” Cordelia asked tactfully, so unlike her.

“Lover, wife, mate; Pet; Mate means lots of things all of which means mine.”  Spike told them, pulling Sarah closer to him.

Looking up at William, Sarah asked where her bag was. After collecting it from Angel’s office she called the hotel to find out how bad the break-in was now that she was calm. The hotel told her that her door was busted and that it was trashed but nothing seemed to be missing, much to her relief. Coming back from her call she sees her mate still trying to explain mating to the group.

“What William is trying to say is that we’re more than married in the vampire community and less than in the human world. Now can I please have a moment alone with what’s mine?” Sarah asked getting frustrated at these people who she didn’t know wanting information on her love life.

“Wow, she has tact, even Princess here doesn’t have that.” Gunn said backing off the couple. He didn’t leave the room not trusting the vampire.

While the rest of A.I. went back to their daily work she and William talked about her going and getting her things.

Meanwhile… Somewhere in Europe…

“That Bitch will pay for running, she may be mated to a master but she has no idea what another can really do to her.” A voice said.

Meanwhile… Upstairs in the Hyperion…

Willow had heard Angel running up the stairs back to his room and cracked her door open to see him running around in his boxers; she couldn’t help the smile that spread across her face before the blush that blossomed over her whole body.

Picking out what he wanted to wear was harder than yesterday due to the fact that he knew Willow was in the building. He was temped to go to the Oracles and ask for his soul to be secured, so he could tell her how he felt. Now that he thought about it, that might not be a bad idea, at least he could continue to fight for good with out worrying about one day Angelus might get loose. He’d have to think about that somemore.
