Angel knocked on Cordelia's door again, his growing anger making the
knocks
more aggressive. He frowned as he listened at the door. Silence. He
searched
his pockets for his keys, finding the one for Cordelia's apartment
easily. He
slid it into the lock, opening the door to a dark room. He walked inside,
shutting the door and flipping on the switch. Everything was neat and
tidy,
something that surprised him. Cordelia was not the world's best housekeeper,
often leaving things a mess. Yet, her entire apartment was straight
and
orderly, as if she had spent hours cleaning. OK, now he was worried.
Something was obviously wrong.
"Cordelia?" he called out, knowing that she wasn't there. He didn't
hear her
heartbeat, though her scent was covering everything. He moved towards
her
bedroom, walking in and flipping the light on. It, too, was neater
than
usual. The bed was made, no clothes left laying on the floor. His dark
eyes
did a sweep, catching on the slightly open closet door. He looked around
then
laughed, wondering who he was afraid would see him. He went to the
closet,
opening it, his laughter fading. Empty hangers met his eyes. True,
the entire
closet was empty, but several hangers in the center stood alone. He
glanced
at the shelf on top and saw that her suitcase was gone. The little
brat had
left without calling. No, she had taken the time to call Wesley and
Gunn,
just not him.
"God damn it, Cordelia, when I find you...." he let his threat fade
as he
tried to understand why he was so angry. She was just his secretary.
It was
her weekend, she could leave if she wanted too. True, she had obviously
decided to take a day off work without letting him know, but it wasn't
like
it was a real job. He growled when he realized that he was the only
one she
didn't call. Hell, if she had been able to stand Kate, she'd have probably
been called. Why not him? What was wrong with him? Why did he not register
on
Cordelia Chase's radar of notification?
He moved to sit on her bed, his eyes looking around, searching for any
idea
of where she might have gone. She didn't have any friends that he knew
of,
not around LA. She had packed, so she obviously intended to be gone
awhile.
"Where the hell are you?"
He slowly started to smile when he saw her tube of lipstick rise from
her
dresser. He watched as it moved across her mirror, writing out an answer
to
his question. It was a picture of a house.
"Home," he read with a puzzled look. "This is here home. She isn't here."
He
watched as the lipstick moved again, drawing a shape. He sighed when
he
realized what Dennis was trying to tell him without actually telling
him.
"Willow. She went to Willow. She's in Sunnydale."
He watched as the lipstick moved again, this time writing the word Bingo.
He
shook his head as he stood up. "Well, guess I'm headed to Sunnydale.
Need to
remind Cordelia just who the boss really is. Thanks, Dennis."

GET OVER IT (7/?)
"Where's Red?"
"Hello to you too, Spike," Buffy said, looking up from her cards to
stare at
the blonde vampire.
Spike rolled his eyes, "Where's Red?"
"Having naughty fun with some old girlfriend," Dawn said as she placed
her
cards on the table. "Ouch!"
Buffy smiled as Dawn rubbed her leg, "She has an old friend visiting."
"But Buffy told her to have fun and be naughty!" Dawn said, sticking
her
tongue out at her sister.
"What?" Spike said, almost snarling.
"Spike, cut the dramatics. She isn't here to witness them," Buffy said
with a
snort.
"Yeah," Dawn echoed, smiling at the handsome blonde. "You know, I think
it's
so cute that you have a crush on her. I mean, Willow is fantastic."
"I do not have a crush," he hissed, glaring at the young girl. "And
especially not on her."
"Sure you don't," Buffy said in a teasing voice. "That's why you're
trying to
make her think you like me, in hopes that she'll be soooo jealous she
pounces
on you and rips your clothes off. You know what, I just now realized
that
you're using me. You're playing with affections, making me think you
care for
me, all in an attempt to lure my best friend to bed. I should be pissed
off
or at the least bit upset."
"I have not been trying to make her think anything, much less that I
like
you. That's a laugh," Spike said, shifting in place at the truth of
their
remarks.
"That's why the first thing out of your mouth was where's Red, right?"
Dawn
asked, "Because you don't care about her and didn't throw a huge party
when
she dumped Tara?"
"One of these days, I'm gonna skin you alive, brat," Spike warned, frowning
at the Summers women.
"Don't threaten my little sister," Buffy said, throwing a chip at him.
"That's my job."
"You know, you're probably already too late," Dawn said in a serious
voice.
"You didn't make a move over the last THREE months when she's been
practically single. Now, she's getting all naughty with some old girlfriend.
Poor Spikey."
"Annoying little wench," he said, cursing under his breath. "You're
both just
playing. There is no way that my Red is getting naughty with anyone
but me."
"I don't know, Spike. She seemed awfully excited to be having a visitor,"
Buffy warned with a smile. If anyone had told her that one day she'd
be
assisting a former enemy in wooing her friend, she'd have laughed herself
silly. That had been before Spike had come to her nearly a month ago
and
confessed his attraction to Willow and asked for her help. Well, you
could
have knocked her on her ass at his confession and she'd refused at
first.
Then, she'd thought about it and watched Willow around him and realized
that
her friend felt the same way. She'd enlisted Dawn's help and they'd
been
trying for nearly a month to get their friends together. Willow seemed
entirely oblivious to their efforts.
"Who is it?" he demanded, wanting to know who had caused so much excitement
in his Red.
"Cordelia," Buffy said.
"The cheerleader?" he snorted, "And here I thought it was someone
threatening. She hated that little bitch. No way in hell she's getting
naughty with that uptight priss."
"Well, I don't know, but Dawn and I are going out of town for the weekend
so
you're on your own, Romeo. Good luck," Buffy said, moving to stand.
"You
ready for patrol?"
"Why not? Don't have anything else to do," Spike said, frowning.
"Can I come?" Dawn asked, looking at her sister.
"Sure, why not," Buffy relented. "Let's go."

GET OVER IT (8/?)
"He slept with Darla?" Willow repeated in a whisper.
Cordelia nodded, "Yep. Fucked her something good, I'd wager."
"I'm so sorry," Willow said, moving from her chair to sit beside Cordelia.
"Not that bad," Cordelia said, smiling. "I mean, it's not like he knows
I
exist anyway."
"You're too good for him," Willow decided. "If he's sticking it to that
nasty
old bitch, he doesn't deserve you."
"He probably doesn't. Spike doesn't deserve you either," Cordelia said.
"I
mean, how could he want Buffy over you?"
"I know he doesn't deserve me, but I still love him," Willow said, sighing
as
she sat back on the couch. "Stupid, isn't it?"
"Not as stupid as me wanting Angel," Cordelia said, laughing softly.
"What a
pair we make."
"That's it. This is the only time that we're talking about either of
them all
weekend," Willow decided. "Push them out of your head."
"Easier said than done, but I'm game," Cordelia said, smiling at the
pretty
redhead. "So, what do we do now?"
"Hmm....I don't know," Willow said. "Sit here and relax?"
"Yeah, sure," Cordelia said, wondering how she was supposed to relax
with
Willow's leg touching hers. Also, the thin white tank top the redhead
was
wearing was molding pert breasts and showing the hint of a rosy nipple
underneath. It was taking of all her efforts to keep her attention
off of
Willow's breasts. Then there were those legs. Long and nicely shaped,
Cordelia got tingles imagining them tightening around her body as she
did
things to Willow with her hands and mouth that made the redhead ask
Spike
who.
"Delia, can I ask you something?" Willow asked softly, licking her lips
as
her eyes moved over Cordelia's long tan legs.
"Anything," Cordelia said, tearing her mind from the forbidden fantasies
and
looking into Willow's green eyes.
"Have you ever..um...well," Willow's face started to turn red as she
realized
that it was easier to say she was going to seduce someone than it was
to
actually do it.
"What?" Cordelia asked, moving her position until she faced the redhead.
"Have you ever thought about kissing girls?" Willow finally managed
to ask,
her eyes wide as she waited.
"Um...well," Cordelia suddenly found the back of the couch interesting
as she
played with a stray thread. "Not really."
"Oh," Willow said, disappointed more than she wanted to examine. It
had been
nearly three hours since Cordelia had arrived. They had easily slid
into
conversation and were soon acting as if they had never been separated
for
years. Willow had made some deliberate movements, a few comments dropped,
and
Cordelia had been receptive to them, or so Willow had imagined. For
awhile,
it had been almost as if they had flirting with each other. Now, it
seemed
she was wrong. "Sorry..."
"No, I mean," Cordelia gulped before taking a deep breath. "I've thought
about kissing a certain girl, but not just girls in general."
"Oh," Willow said, her eyes meeting uncertain dark eyes that were watching
her with curiosity mixed with desire. She tried to keep the excitement
from
her voice as she asked, "Really? Who?"
Cordelia smiled sheepishly as she whispered, "You."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
GET OVER IT (9/?)
Willow smiled slowly at Cordelia's words, feeling a rush of confidence
as the
brunette beauty looked at her with such deep emotions. "You want to
kiss me?"
Cordelia laughed softly, "Oh yeah. More than just about anything at
the
moment."
Willow felt pleasure at Cordelia's honesty, saying, "You've never kissed
another girl, have you?"
"No," Cordelia said quietly.
"I get to be your first then," Willow said with a satisfied smile, rather
liking the idea of being Cordelia's first female lover. Oh, she knew
they
were talking about a kiss, but there was no doubt in her mind that
once they
started, they wouldn't be stopping. There was a huge attraction between
them.
She had always had a bit of a crush of Cordelia, but never given it
any
thought. Now, well, she couldn't ignore it any longer. Cordelia wanted
her.
"My only," Cordelia whispered softly, her dark eyes moving over Willow's
lips. She felt a tingle in her stomach as Willow's tongue ran over
her lips,
wetting them, green eyes watching her with lust.
"Remember that, Delia," Willow said, getting off on the control that
she was
being given. With Tara, the other girl had been the experienced one.
Now,
Willow was being the teacher. "You're mine if we do this."
"I think I'm yours even if we don't," Cordelia said softly, having felt
more
at peace with Willow that night than she had in years. It felt right,
being
with the redhead. She felt nearly complete. It seemed that when she
had been
battling her love and lust for Angel, somewhere along the way after
dozens
upon dozens of e-mails, she had started to fall in love with Willow
too. Did
that make her a bad person? To love two people at the same time? Both
with
such intense, deep emotions? She knew that Willow was in love with
Spike, yet
those green eyes were looking at her with love. Could Willow care about
her
the same way she cared about Willow?
"Yeah, there is something happening here isn't there?" Willow asked,
smiling
sheepishly. "I've felt it since I saw you on the porch tonight. At
that
moment, I wanted nothing more than to kiss you and take you to my bed
and
just hold you. Does that sound silly?"
Cordelia gulped, shaking her head, "Not silly....nice. I wanted that
too. I'm
just scared. I mean, I've never felt like this before for another woman.
OK,
so maybe I had a bit of a crush on you in high school. Trust me when
I say
that I never would have actually considered making a move. Not back
then.
Now, well, I can't seem to think of anything else. I haven't even really
thought about Angel since I got here."
"Me either," Willow said, pleased at Cordelia's admission to liking
her back
in high school. "Thought about Spike that is. I do love him though.
Whatever
is happening between us hasn't changed that. I just really want to
be with
you too."
"Yeah, I understand that. I still love Angel," Cordelia said. "You know
what.
I think we're thinking too much about this! So we have this attraction
that
has been building since high school. So I might have started to fall
for you
over the last year and a half. Why spend all this time talking about
it?
Nothing is going to change it."
Willow smiled, "You've been falling for me?"
Cordelia felt a faint blush cross her cheeks as she nodded, "Yeah, kinda."
"Cordelia," Willow said in a teasing voice as she stood and moved towards
the
brunette.
"What?" Cordelia asked, looking up into green eyes that promised all
sorts of
wicked things that caused her entire body to heat up.
Willow kneeled in front of Cordelia, her hand covering her old enemies
as she
looked up and said, "Kiss me."
GET OVER IT (10/?)
Cordelia smiled as she leaned forward, drawn to Willow by a force she
didn't
understand. Their lips brushed together softly, once then twice. The
third
time, Cordelia deepened the kiss. She opened her mouth, her tongue
prying at
Willow's lips. The redhead's tongue met hers. Cordelia felt as if she
were on
fire, her entire body tense. She moved against Willow, feeling the
smaller
girl's breasts brushing against her own. So warm, she thought, her
hand
moving behind Willow's back. She felt Willow's teeth scrape against
her lips,
a jolt spreading along her nerve endings to settle between her legs.
Willow used her tongue to tease Delia, her right hand moving along the
other
girl's ribcage up to caress her full breast. She heard a gasp as Cordelia
strained forward, the brunette's nipples pebbles against her palm.
Too many
clothes, she thought to herself as she continued to make love to Cordelia's
mouth. Kissing Cordelia felt right. She had loved both Oz and Tara,
but she
had never felt this intense of a reaction to either of them. It was
taking
all of her control not to push Cordelia against the couch, spread those
glorious thighs and fuck the girl silly. She had never felt this need
before.
As if she was going to explode if she wasn't touching her partner.
Had this
attraction always been there and she'd just ignored it? She didn't
think she
could have been that blind. Sure, there had always been a bit of an
attraction, but it had never been like this.
Cordelia was going to kill her. That was all there was to it. She was
going
to put her hands around Willow's slender neck and squeeze. And she
knew that
any judge in the world would see that it was justifiable homicide.
Or would
self defense be the right word? She'd have to pay Lindsey a visit when
she
returned to LA, ask for his advice. All thoughts of the obnoxious lawyer
left
her mind as Willow's fingers twisted her nipple. She cursed Willow
as the
redhead chuckled softly, her hand dropping as her tongue went back
to
teasing. Yep, justifiable indeed, Cordelia decided as she moved her
hands
along Willow's back.
Willow pulled back, her green eyes lit with mischievousness and lust,
"Was it
good for you?"
"You brat," Cordelia said, a husky laugh following her words. "That
was some
kiss."
"You're so beautiful," Willow said softly, a smile on her face.
"That's my line," Cordelia said, a slight blush crossing her cheeks.
"You act as if you've never heard that before," Willow said, laughing.
"You've never said it before," Cordelia whispered.
"Delia," Willow smiled, moving her hand along the other girl's thigh.
"Yes, Willow?" Cordelia asked, squeezing her legs together and catching
Willow's hand between them.
Willow laughed, "I think we have too many clothes on."
