She frowned suddenly. She wouldn't have any grandkids. Spike wasn't human. He was a vampire. Why did she have to remember that? Her good mood suddenly fell. She realized what he had been trying to say. They had no future together. She would grow old and die. He'd live forever a handsome sexy man. She could spend her life with him, while he wanted her, but she would lose him in the end. If she let him turn her one day, she'd be like that skanky version that had been brought over that time last year. She somehow didn't think Spike would like that version very much. She seemed a bit promiscuous, to say the least. If she were cursed like Angel, she would never be able to be with him this way. She'd lose her soul as soon as he touched her...looked at her...She would have to look through Giles books and see if she could find something for when the time came. She didn't want to grow old and lose him.
Spike saw her mind working as he watched her. She hadn't realized he was awake. He could imagine what she was thinking about. Their future. He had tried to tell her. She hadn't listened. Now, he knew he could never lose her. They would think of an answer when the time came. They had several years ahead of them without having to worry. He kissed her before she thought to much. She moaned and reached up behind his head, bringing him closer. They'd find an answer together.
He entered her slowly, teasing her. All thoughts
fled her mind. She wanted him. She wrapped her legs around his ass and
arched up, taking him fully. His mouth captured her breast. She moved up,
meeting his thrusts as she felt the tremors starts. She bit into his shoulder
hard as she came. He returned the favor, biting into the flesh above her
breast. She felt herself enjoying the licking and sucking of her wound.
It was the first time he had bitten her. It wasn't as bad as she had feared.
She felt him spill into her as he took her blood. She cradled his head
on her breast as she fell asleep. She'd worry about the future tomorrow.
Right now, she had him. That was all that mattered.
