SWORN ENEMIES (10/?)

Willow laughed as Cordelia grabbed another pair of shoes. "My god, there is
no way you can possibly wear all those."

"What?" Cordelia said, smiling. "I'll only take one or two pairs. Doesn't
mean I can't try them on."

"You're awful" Willow said, shaking her head.

"Here, try these on" Cordelia said, handing Willow a pair of black heels.
"They'd go great with that shirt and skirt I chose for you."

"I already have black shoes" Willow said. "Besides, those heels are
ridiculous."

Cordelia just smiled as she took the heels she was wearing off and then
kneeled in front of Willow. "Give me those."

"What do you think you're doing?" Willow asked, looking around then back at
Delia's amused face.

"You won't try them on, so I plan to do it for you." Cordelia said, taking
Willow's shapely leg in her hands and balancing the girl's foot on her upper
thigh. She let her hand caress Willow's leg as she took the first shoe in her
hands. She heard Willow's gasp as she teased her foot. She smiled as Willow
giggled as her finger tickled the girl's instep. So, Willow was ticklish. She
would store that away for future reference.

"Delia" Willow said, her voice breathy even to her own ears. She couldn't
believe the girl was turning her on. She met Cordelia's eyes, glad in a way
that she saw similar desire in the dark brown depths. She hated Cordelia. Why
then was she wanting nothing more than for the girl to lean forward just
slightly and kiss her.

"They fit" Cordelia said, moving back and taking a deep breath. She had
almost kissed Willow. In public. She ran a shaky hand through her dark hair
as she removed the shoe and took her own seat. She was suppose to be making
up for the bad way she had treated Willow, not practically raping the girl in
a shoe store. She stood, looking at Willow and smiling, "Come on. I think
we've gone far enough. The boys will be waiting. I can't wait to see Spike's
face when he sees you in that outfit."

Willow stood, following the brunette as they paid for their purchases.
Cordelia was right. They had gone far enough. She needed to think about
Spike. He was the one she was in love with. Of course, being in love didn't
mean she didn't have lusty feelings for Cordelia. Cordelia of all people. She
must be a masochist, she decided. "Yeah, well, I somehow doubt a new outift
is going to convince him that he loves me and wants me."

"I don't think the outfit is necessary at all" Cordelia said, her eyes
looking over Willow's frame. "It just might convince him to confess his
feelings."

Willow snorted, "I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. But, thanks for
saying it anyway."

"You definitely need to work on that confidence Wills" Delia said, shaking
her head. "Come in. Let's go home."

Willow looked at the girl, her gaze appraising, before she followed her to
the car. They put their purchases in the trunk, filling it easily. They
laughed as they realized everything they had bought. Angel was going to freak
when he saw his bill for the credit card, Willow knew. She sat in the
passenger side and made small talk as they drove back towards home...towards
Spike.
