A sleek Black Porsche stopped at the corner of Main and Second in downtown Sunnydale. The door opened and a man stepped out. Several women passing by stopped to stare as did a few men.
He stood around 6'3". His skin a golden brown. His hair as dark as the midnight sky. He took his sunglasses off and put them in the pocket of his maroon silk shirt. His eyes looked over the town. They were the color of the ocean, blue with tinges of gray. He was amazingly good looking. He looked at the name above the building in front of him. Jason Gray Real Estate. The man smiled, his teeth even and flashing white. He moved with the grace of a jungle cat stalking his prey as he went to the door of the office.
A woman was seated at a desk. "Sir, we're closed" she stopped as he smiled at her.
"I just arrive in town and thought I'd take a chance. Is there any way you could squeeze me in?" he spoke in a seductive tone.
The woman just nodded. It was rare that she ever came across a man this attractive. She looked at his hand. There was no wedding ring. And here she thought it was going to be a slow night. She tried to place the accent that he had used. Greek....maybe Italian...she knew it was European.
"Um, yes sir. Are you looking for a house for just yourself?"
He smiled. "No. There are several members in my family that will be joining me shortly. I want the biggest house you have. Money is no object, Jade." He said, reading the nameplate on her desk.
She felt shivers of excitement as he spoke her name in that sexy voice. "Yes sir."
He sat and looked out the door as she searched her records. He watched the people walk by without a care in the world. He felt amusement at their actions. When he heard her call to him, he turned.
"I found the perfect thing. It's right over on Mariah, a mansion actually. Fifteen bedrooms, seven bath, three half bath. I've even got the key, if you'd like to see it tonight?"
He looked at the picture in her hand, breathing in her scent. He smiled. His teeth extended as he bit into her neck. She gasped as her life was slowly drained from her, the key falling to the desk. He straightened up, licking the blood from his mouth. He picked up the key and the information from Jade's desk.
He put his sunglasses back on and stepped back onto the sidewalk. He smiled. He knew that he was going to really like this town. Whistling, he got into his car and drove to Mariah to see his new house.

Willow shot out of bed, screaming. Spike grabbed her and pulled her against him.
"What is it luv?"
She looked at him, her eyes worried. She hugged
him tightly "He's here. Damien is in Sunnydale."
