Chapter 5

Willow and Spike walked to her house in silence, both of them reflecting on the newfound information on the origin of
vampires. Spike had taken up residence at Willow's house until her parents returned from the East Coast. They entered
the house and Willow leaned against him exhausted. "I hurt." She mumbled.

Spike put his arms around her. "A little sore are you? You fought well tonight luv." He kissed her forehead and smiled at
her nearly limp body. He scooped her into his arms and climbed the stairs leading to her bedroom. He laid her on the
bed and left to draw a bath in the adjoining bathroom. He returned to find her staring up at the ceiling pensively.
"What's the matter pet?" He asked as he removed one of her tennis shoes.

"Just thinking about all the things that have happened this year."

Spike removed her other shoe along with her socks and crawled up the bed and unbuttoned her pants. "Like what?"

Willow lifted herself off of the bed so he could pull her pants down and shivered pleasurably as he lightly traced his
callused fingertips across her stomach. "You know, starting college… Oz leaving… me having a lesbian
fling…"

"Wish I was there for that one." Spike smiled as he carried her into the bathroom.

Willow smiled back at him. "And then of course there's the time that a certain blonde-haired vampire tried to kill me."

Spike gasped, "NO!"

"YES!"

Spike set Willow down on her feet and watched carefully as she pulled her shirt over her head, revealing satin covered
breasts. He growled desirably.

Willow continued, "And then you get chipified, causing you to help out those you hate the most…"

"I never hated you Red." He said as he reached behind her to unfasten the clasp of her bra.

Willow stepped back and allowed Spike to get a full picture of her newly toned body. She slipped out of her panties and
stepped into the steamy water of the tub. Bubbles spilled over the top as she sank into its depths, she reveled in the
sensation of the tension fleeing from her aching muscles. She closed her eyes and continued to reflect, listening to the
sounds of Spike undressing himself. "Then Buffy turns bitchy and pretty much flat leaves us… you teach me how
to fight… among other things…" She opened one eye and watched as Spike stepped out of his black jeans,
heat spread to her loins when her eye fell upon his large cock. "…And now we find out that not only were the
demons of the world here first, but vampires are not even from this world."

Spike stepped into the tub, sending another wave of bubbles over the side and began kissing her neck. Willow leaned
her head back and closed her eyes, encircling his neck with her arms. "Spike?"

"Mmmm?"

"Where do you think they came from?"

Spike moved to her earlobe and scraped his teeth over it. "Who?" He whispered in her ear, sending shivers up her spine.

"The Unnaturals. Do you think they're from another planet? Like came over on a spaceship?"

Spike sighed and looked into her eyes. "Willow, have you noticed I'm busy seducing you here?"

"Sorry." Willow apologized.

"No, I don't think they came over in a spaceship, otherwise they would have completely dominated the world because of
technology. They probably came through some sort of gate."

"Willow thought out loud, "A gateway through the stars…"

Spike arched his scarred eyebrow and said firmly, "Now, one more word about this stuff before I'm through and I'll really
teach you a lesson."

"What makes you think I wouldn't fend you off?" Willow teased.

Spike firmly grabbed the back of her hair suddenly, eliciting a gasp from his lover; "You will never dominate me luv. Is
that quite clear?"

Willow's heart rate raced excitedly and she ground her hips against him. "Yes Spike." She hated to admit it even to
herself but she loved when Spike asserted his dominance over her.

The vampire heard her heart beat wildly and responded with a demanding kiss. She always reacted this way when he
played a little rough. He wondered just how far he could go before scaring her away; he planned to find out as time went
on. He covered her body with his and positioned himself outside her welcoming entrance. He thrust into her and let out
a loud groan.

Willow met Spike's thrusts and held onto his neck tightly. Water splashed all around them and she felt her climax
building deep within her. "Yes Spike… Oh goddess… Spike, harder!" She panted.

Spike grabbed her firm ass and slammed into her. His demon visage came to the surface and he plunged his fangs into
her neck, sending them both over the edge. Her heard Willow cry out and felt her walls squeeze him dry. He pulled his
fangs from her delicate skin and lapped up the blood that trickled from the shallow wound.

Willow gasped for air and slowly unwrapped her legs from his waist, continuing to hold him inside of her. "Oh
Spike… that was… that was…soooooo… so good. Every time with you is like the first time, I
never… thought it could… be so, so good. So… amazing."

Spike looked at her and smiled lustfully as he watched her come down from her powerful orgasm. Her eyes were closed
and her heart began to slow to a normal pace. Listening to her ramble on about how great their sex life was caused his
cock to twitch inside of her. She must have felt it because she purred at the apparent sensation. Spike thought of all the
things he wanted to do to her, chains, leather, blindfolds… the list went on. His thoughts made his now hardened
cock ache for more and he began to move inside her again. This time he took his time, the urgency the demon felt to
dominate her gone.

Willow's eyes were still closed and her breathing once again went ragged. "Oh… Spike…" Her womb filled
with heat and somewhere in the back of her mind she wondered how he could always make her cum so easily when she
faked it most of the times with Oz. She felt him pull out of her and shift in the tub to get out. Her eyes flew open and she
grabbed his strong shoulders. "No, no, please don't stop! I need you… Please…"

Spike looked into her lustful gaze and smiled evilly. "C'mon pet, let's move to the bed." He started to get out again when
he was pulled back down and suddenly flipped over so that Willow was straddling him. "Willow…"

She put her finger to his cool lips, "Shhh, don't say anything. We can move to the bed later. Right now I want you inside
me." She impaled herself on his awaiting cock and cried out as he filled her completely. She moved against him and
hissed in a gasp of air when his talented fingers found her swollen clit. He pinched the nub and Willow responded with
more urgency.

Spike watched his witch ride him and held onto her thigh with one hand as the other worked on her clit. His grip
tightened as she picked up speed and her cries became higher in pitch. Her eyes flew open when she came and she fell
upon his wet chest. He roared her name as he spilled his cold seed into her for the second time that night. He embraced
her collapsed form and kissed her tenderly.

Chapter 6

Spike wandered alone through the deserted streets of downtown Sunnydale. It was 3:00 in the morning and only the demons of the hellmouth were out on this Tuesday. He had begun to feel a pull toward a place at the edge of town; not a strong one, but if he concentrated he could just barely feel it. He remembered the watcher telling him of The Unnaturals and how powerful they were and he wondered if that was who he felt ever so slightly. He didn't feel a calling so to speak, just a presence. He hadn't told Willow about their plan to try to find them, agreeing with the watcher when he said that Willow would only try to go with him. The sensation grew stronger as Spike entered the rich part of town. The street he found himself standing on was littered with immense dwellings and fancy cars. Many of the homes had gates at the ends of their driveways. Spike stopped and looked around at the small neighborhood. "Well, well, well; Snob Hill. Wonder what these wankers do for fun?" He began walk ing again to the end of the street continuing to talk to himself in a falsetto voice, "Oh Jeffrey, could you call my manicurist and tell her that I'm on my way? My nails are simply horrid!" He chuckled to himself and stopped in front of the last house on the block. The gates were open at the driveway and Spike let himself through them.

He walked slowly up the old driveway, taking note of the nicely manicured lawn and animal-shaped hedges. The presence he had been feeling grew stronger and he cringed inwardly at the hesitation his own demon felt. Part of him wanted to run from this place and cower in some dark corner far away, but the cockiness in him rolled his own eyes at the cowardice of his demon and went up to the front door.

Just as Spike was about to knock the large oak door opened before him. A man glared at him from the doorway and waited silently. Spike shifted his weight and cleared his throat, not really knowing what to say. Then, clarity reached him as he realized that the man before him was a human. He relaxed a little and found the courage to talk, "'Ello mate, the master of the house in?"

The small gray haired man looked Spike up and down and then nodded knowingly. "Wait here." He commanded before closing the door in Spike's face.

Spike lit a cigarette as he waited on the huge porch looking out on the spacious grounds that lay before him. He turned when he heard the door open behind him and once again came face to face with the human servant. "The master will see you now." The elderly man walked away and Spike attempted to follow before he walked straight into an invisible barrier.

Spike rolled his eyes, now thinking that he had the wrong place after all, <if vampires live here then why can't I walk in?> He thought to himself. "Um… mate?" he called to the servant. "I need a bit more of an invite than that."

The old man sighed and invited Spike in. Spike wondered at the man's bravery; he was a human who obviously knew in an instant what Spike was, had invited him in and turned his back on a vampire. Spike once again felt his demon cower in the home of such power. <Maybe I'm not so far removed as the watcher thought.> Spike followed the human into a large sitting room where a fire burned steadily in the fireplace. On the mantle were small knick-knacks, mostly statues of dragons. Heavy drapes covered the windows and no mirrors were visible. <Ok, maybe they are vampires.> Thought Spike. He stood in the center of the dimly lit room.

A tall, dark-haired man entered gracefully into the room and extended his hand. "Hello, I'm Julian, what can I do for you?"

Spike shook the man's hand, wincing at the shrinking demon inside of him. "Name's Spike."

Julian sat in a black leather armchair and gestured to a seat across from him. "Spike, please sit." He said smiling. A brief silence fell between them and was broken by Julian, "So, what brings a vampire such as yourself to my home?" Spike looked up surprised, making Julian chuckle. "Don't look so shocked Spike. I know what you are just as you know what I am; or rather think you know what I am."

Spike cleared his throat and asked, "Are you a vampire, like me?"

"We prefer to call ourselves Kindred, different than yourself, more like your ancestors. There are some differences between us, one of them being that unlike myself, you have been embraced into this life you now lead, I have not."

"Embraced?"

"Sired, you used to be human."

Spike rolled his eyes as thoughts of Angelus filled his head, "Right, I was sired. I know a little about you too."

Julian raised a curious eyebrow, "Please." He beckoned Spike to tell.

"Well," Spike began as he got more comfortable in his chair, "I know that you age, you're not immortal. And that demons were here first before mankind. And also that you can have families in a more… let's say… natural way."

"Very good Spike. And now I repeat my original question, what can I do for you?"

"Well, I hear you're having a spot of trouble with the slayer."

"Not much, I've instructed my men not to kill her during their searches. I am aware of her necessity to keep your population down."

"What about your own population mate?" Spike nearly yelled, angry at the other man's presumptuousness.

Julian laughed, "I assure you Spike, the slayer is of no real concern of ours."

Spike sat back thoughtful. "What exactly are you searching for?"

"Why are you interested?"

"Well, it seems to me that you've lived here for quite some time but have managed to remain completely unnoticed by the slayer and other demons. Now suddenly your henchmen are out there fighting Slutty--"

"Slutty?"

"Yeah, y'know, the slayer."

Julian nodded thoughtfully, "Her name is… Slutty?"

Spike smiled evilly, "Yeah," he agreed, "Stupid name eh?" When Julian nodded again Spike continued; "I'm not worried about the slayer, she could die for all I care, the only one I care about is Willow, and she's out there fighting too. Now, I don't want none of your men attacking her."

Julian held up his hands, signaling Spike to stop. "Again Spike, I assure you that we have no intention of attacking any innocent humans."

Spike sat quietly for half a minute. "Then who's out there that's not so innocent?"

Julian sighed heavily; "There is a group of humans that has been taking demons in the area all year."

"Ha! Don't I know it!" Spike pointed to his head. "Who do you think put this bloody chip in my head so's I can't even step on a rat much less feed on anybody anymore. Those soldier boys and they're mad scientists are in for the awakening of their lives when I get this bloody thing out of my head." He seethed.

Julian sat forward, suddenly serious. "Scientists?" he breathed.

Spike sat back comfortable, happy to have the upper hand in the conversation finally. <Looks like you don't know everything.> He mused. "That's right. The soldier boys nab you with some laser gun and then bring you underground in some lab where the scientists perform all sorts of experiments on you. I happened to have escaped, and I'm the only one that I know of who has. Who do they have?"

A look of angry terror crawled onto Julian's face; "They have my niece." He stood and walked over to the fire. Quickly he turned to Spike; "You will help us."

Spike stood, suddenly nervous again, "Um… well mate… you see… I don't really have the time; I'm training someone you see. And it's nearly sunrise and I've got a long walk back…"

Julian approached the blonde vampire and stood nearly a full head taller than him. "It wasn't a request Spike. You will help me get my family back." Julian paused, collecting himself. "I'll see you soon Spike." With that he turned and walked out through a set of double doors.

Spike stood there for a moment before letting himself to the front door. He took one more look around the brightly decorated mansion and walked out. The elderly servant was waiting for him in the driveway. Upon Spike's exit from the house, the human opened the back door of a sleek, black limousine and stared at Spike. Slowly the vampire made his way over to the car. He looked at the human warily before entering the automobile.

Chapter 7

Spike had the old man drop him off at the watcher's place. He hated the idea of not being there when Willow woke up but it was nearly sunrise and he needed to talk to Giles. He entered the quiet home and threw himself on the couch to get some sleep before the human awoke.

It was 7 am when the two finally got to talking. Giles took a sip of his tea. "Let me see if I understand this correctly Spike," he said. "These… Kindred, as you call them, have been here all along and we've never even known of their existence?"

Spike nodded from his horizontal position on the couch. "Yep, and the only reason that they've come out of hiding now is because Julian's niece got captured by the Initiative and they've been out there looking for them." He sat up to emphasize his next point; "And let me tell you, Julian was mighty pissed off when he found out about the experiments and all."

The phone rang and Giles picked it up. "Hello?… Yes, good morning Willow… Yes, he's here. Perhaps you should come over. We have some new information on our Unnaturals…Okay… Bye." He looked at the vampire; "Willow's on her way."

Spike couldn't help but smile at the thought of seeing his lover. "So anyway Rupes, Julian wants me to help him find his missing family member. And by the way, they don't even think your little slayer poses an ounce of a threat. He even promised not to kill her." He added with a laugh.

Giles sighed heavily, "I suppose I should call Buffy and have her come over. She really needs to know this information. If all they are after is retrieving this girl and they pose no real danger to the population, then maybe we should assist them." He picked up the phone and dialed.

Spike walked to the kitchen to get a mug of pig's blood. "That Julian would be a good ally to have if Angelus ever decided to show up again I'll tell you that much."

-----------------------------------------------------------

Willow enjoyed the morning sunshine as she walked to Giles' apartment. When she turned the final corner she noticed the shiny black limousine parked just outside the walkway that led to the watcher's door. She slowed when a tall dark-haired man stepped out of the back seat and looked up at the warm sun. He glanced at her and smiled, causing her to blush. He was very attractive and appeared almost regal in his tailored suit. She continued her walk and was a bit surprised when the man fell into step behind her. She turned to him, her mental defenses going up. "Can I help you?" she asked sweetly.

"I'm looking for a Mr. Rupert Giles." He smiled.

Willow smiled back, sensing no danger from the handsome stranger. "I'm going there now. It's this way." They walked together to the steps. "My name's Willow by the way."

Julian shook her hand and noted the name Spike had mentioned only hours before. "Hello Willow, I'm Julian."

Giles stood to answer the door and Spike followed him to greet Willow being sure to stay far enough behind as to not stand in the sunlight. Giles opened the door and smiled, "Hello Willow. Oh, can I help you?" He asked the man beside Willow."

Spike's eyes narrowed and he growled softly, "Willow get inside now!" He commanded.

Willow looked at him confused and let out a startled yelp when Spike reached out and pulled her in by the wrist, setting his own hand on fire from the direct ray of sunlight that caressed him. He cursed loudly and beat the flames out with the afghan that covered the back of the couch. Willow was beside him examining the damage when he glared up at the man in the doorway. "How the bloody hell did you find me? And just what were you doing with Willow?" He demanded.

"Spike, what's going on?" Willow asked. "I just met him outside."

Giles took off his glasses and stared at the man, "Julian, I presume?"

"Yes Mr. Giles. May I come in?"

"Well, I think perhaps it would be best if I withheld my invitation as of yet."

Julian smiled and reached through the doorway and touched Giles' shoulder; "I am not bound by that rule Mr. Giles. I assure you I come as a friend."

Giles took a deep breath and exchanged a worried glance with his friends. "Yes, well, I suppose that remains to be seen. You might as well come in then." He stepped aside and allowed Julian to pass, shutting the door behind him.

"Can someone please fill me in here?" Willow asked.

Ignoring her question, Spike walked over to Julian, "You're a day walker?"

"Only after I've just fed." Julian explained.

"Then I guess offering you some pig's blood is out of the question." Giles muttered under his breath. "Julian, what other things are different for you? Holy water? Stakes?"

"All of those methods are the same, plus we age and die naturally. I am not bound by an invitation and I can survive on the blood of other Kindred, I don't need to feed on humans."

"Oh," Willow gasped, "Now I get it. You're one of the Unnaturals, wow."

"What exactly can we do for you Julian?" Giles asked.

"My niece Sasha has been captured by the army unit--"

"The Initiative." Willow offered.

Julian nodded, "The Initiative. And I need your assistance in located her. I am aware of your slayer's involvement with one of the soldiers."

"Well, actually, Riley is kinda AWOL at the moment." Willow said.

"All I need is to be shown the way in, the rest will be taken care of."

Giles sat on the back of the couch. "What exactly do you mean taken care of?"

"I think perhaps it's best if you don't know the details Mr. Giles." Julian insisted. He turned a the sound of a brief knock at the door followed by the entrance of a small blonde girl.

"Hey guys!" She greeted. "What's all the important info I need to know? Oh, sorry, didn't know you had… other company." She looked at the stranger warily, sensing something powerful about him.

"Julian, this is the slayer…" Giles began.

Smiling, Julian extended his right hand, "Ah, you must be Slutty."

"What!?" Buffy glared daggers into a chuckling Spike.

"Spike!" Willow smacked his arm.

"It's Buffy. Who are you?" She ignored Julian's hand and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Eww!" Willow yelled. "Can you be any ruder? It's not his fault Spike told him the wrong name."

Buffy turned on the redhead, "What is your problem lately Willow?"

"My problem? What's your problem? You… you're… so rude these days, I can't stand it!"

Spike put a reassuring hand on Willow's shoulder and leaned in closely to her ear. "It's okay pet, we really don't have time for this right now."

Buffy glared at the blonde vampire, "Get you hands off of her!" she commanded. "Don't touch her!" She pushed Spike away from Willow.

"Hey!" Willow yelled as she threw a front kick at Buffy's face, making her nose bleed.

"Uh oh." Giles muttered as he stood between the two girls. "Now that's enough!" he yelled at them. "I will not have you two fighting in my home."

Buffy got to her feet. "Whatever. I've got a date with my boyfriend, who happens to have a heartbeat, and then some new vamps to dust." She stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind her.

Spike looked at Julian. "You sure you don't want to let your boys kill her?"

"Spike!" Willow and Giles admonished in unison.

Chapter 8

Buffy entered Giles' apartment at 5:00 that afternoon. It had taken him all day to track her down and 20 minutes of
convincing to get her to come over and clear the air. Willow had been moping ever since their little fight, causing Spike to
prance around proudly. Even Giles had felt a twinge of satisfaction when Willow had let the slayer have it. But it was
necessary to include Buffy in on Julian's plan to get his niece back. Giles knew that before they could work together
effectively, Buffy and Willow needed to settle their differences. Buffy sat across from the redhead and they locked angry
eyes. Giles sat between them and prepared to act as mediator. "Um… Willow, why don't you start."

Willow crossed her legs at her knees and bounced her top leg at a steady pace. She sighed heavily and muttered
something under her breath. Giles raised one eyebrow at her and she spoke clearly, "I'm sorry I kicked you in the nose.
You just made me really mad when you attacked Spike like that. You've been so oblivious to us lately that you haven't
even noticed that Spike and I have been patrolling together for the past month now and I've learned how to fight…
and Spike and I… we're… y'know… together." She paused briefly missing her friend more now than
she had in the past 5 weeks. "I really miss you Buffy, and I'm sorry I gave you a bloody nose."

Buffy's mouth dropped at the sound of Willow's words. "Willow… I… I didn't know, about you and Spike,
I… I'm sorry too, for all the stuff I've missed, and for attacking Spike before. I'm just afraid he's going to hurt you."

"He's not going to hurt me Buffy. He's taught me how to take care of myself."

"I'm sorry Wills." The two girls hugged and smiled at each other.

Giles cleared his throat and started explaining the situation with Julian. Buffy sat back and listened quietly until he was
finished. "So these vamps have been around the whole time? And all they want is this Sasha chick back? Do you think
we should help them?" She asked her watcher.

"Yes." Giles answered, appreciating the fact that she had actually asked his opinion. "Riley must know of a back way in.
All Julian wants us to do is show him the door, he doesn't want us to help get her."

Buffy nodded, "He showed it to me once. I don't think we should tell him, especially if this Julian guy doesn't even want
us going in there with him."

Spike entered from his place in the kitchen and walked to the phone. "I'll ring him up then."

-----------------------------------------------------------

Buffy led Julian, Giles, Willow and Spike through the woods to the cave. She kept looking around nervously, feeling the
presence of others surrounding them. Julian nodded to her, letting her know that he was also aware and that it was
okay. She pointed to the opening of the cave. "In there. Follow the pathway and you'll come to a steel door; here's the
security override code." She handed him a piece of paper with 7 digits on it. "Once you punch in that code a computer
will ask you to do a voice match. When you don't give one within 20 seconds, the room will fill with poisoned gas. Once
the gas has cleared, the soldiers will come in to retrieve your bodies. That's when you'll need to act and get in there."

Julian smiled at the slayer. "Thank you… Buffy. We'll go the rest of the way ourselves. You should get to safety."

Buffy began to walk away, feeling the other presence move toward the cave. She stopped, watching her friends. She still
couldn't believe what Willow had told her. She hated that Spike had suddenly become more important to Willow than
her, making her feel guilty. Even Giles seemed more distant. Now that she thought about it, she hadn't even seen
Xander or Anya in weeks. She couldn't believe what a bitch she had been and vowed to herself to make it up to them all.
She leaned up against a tree and waited for her friends.

Willow held out her hand to Julian and he kissed the top of it. "Thank you."

Willow blushed, "Be careful. I hope Sasha's okay."

Spike moved next to his lover. "Give 'em hell Julian. Kill one of those bloody scientists for me."

"We'll meet again Spike. Take care of Willow." Julian turned to the cave and came face to face with Giles. He stuck out his
hand. "Take care Rupert."

Giles smiled at the man. "Good luck Julian. I wonder if maybe I could trouble you for a little bit of background on the
Kindred some day."

"When all of this is over we'll have dinner and discuss it."

Giles nodded his thanks. He shouted painfully as a knife was thrown into his shoulder from the back. He fell forward
into Julian's arms, grabbing the vampire for support.

"Giles!" Willow cried out, running to him. She looked up at the sound of a growl and saw three demons approach them.
Their skin was gray with red eyes and they were wearing army fatigues complete with an array of knives tucked into the
fabric up and down their legs. They growled savagely and advanced on the group. Spike jumped the one closest to Willow
and Buffy attacked the second. The third verged upon Julian who simply stood there. Out of the trees pounced a bald
demon with horribly white skin and sharp teeth. He jumped between the gray demon and Julian and proceeded to tear
the enemy apart within seconds. When finished he turned to Julian, "Are you all right my prince?"

"Yes Dadalus. Thank you."

"Spike! No! Spike!" Willow screamed as she watched one of the demons carry an unconscious Spike into the cave. She
attempted to run after them but Buffy held her back. "Let go of me!" She sobbed, collapsing against Buffy. "We have to go
after him."

Julian walked over and gently lifter Willow's face, "We'll get him back," he said, "I promise."

Buffy helped Willow to her feet and watched as Giles also stood carefully. "Let's go. We don't have much time." She
marched into the cave after the demons, the others following them.

Chapter 9

"Spike! No! Spike!" Willow screamed as she watched one of the demons carry an unconscious Spike into the cave. She attempted to run after them but Buffy held her back. "Let go of me!" She sobbed, collapsing against Buffy. "We have to go after him."

Julian walked over and gently lifter Willow's face, "We'll get him back," he said, "I promise."

Buffy helped Willow to her feet and watched as Giles also stood carefully. "Let's go. We don't have much time." She marched into the cave after the demons, the others following them.

-----------------------------------------------------------

The path through the cave was dark and damp and Willow felt a mixture of fear and anger rise within her. Somewhere in the back of her mind she wondered what the scientists would do once they got back their elusive Hostile 17. This time Julian and his bald companion led the way through the dingy cave. Giles brought up the rear, holding his wounded shoulder that Buffy had made a makeshift tourniquet for. They caught up with the demon just as it was opening up the steel door. The group hid behind a large stone nearby and watched as two human troops came to greet it. One radioed the base, saying that the Deeringin demon had retrieved Hostile 17. The demon passed through the doorway following one of the humans, the other taking its place as guard. Once the steel door had slid shut, Buffy emerged from the stone and tackled the sentry quickly to the ground before he could call for help. She lifted him up above the ground and slammed him into the wall. "Hi." She said pleasantly, "I nee d a favor, you see, I need you to open that door there so we can go in and save our friend."

"Fuck you bitch!" The man spat.

Buffy slammed him against the wall again, "Wrong answer, try again."

"Fuck you! And your friends!" The man spat again.

Buffy slammed him once more against the stone wall before Julian came up beside her. "Now, now Buffy, maybe I can help." Buffy didn't let go of the man but paused in her assault of him, allowing Julian to take over the persuasion aspect. "Now, my good man, you seem to have abducted my niece, causing me great grief and frustration. Normally that would cause some men to become violent, however, I am not a violent man, but he is."

With that Dadalus stepped forward, bearing a mouthful of jagged teeth. The front of the soldier's pants went dark with piss and he visibly began to sweat. "Oh my god" he breathed.

Julian continued, "Now if you would be so kind as to open the door for us so that we may retrieve what is rightfully ours, I just may be able to convince my friend here to not rip your throat out. By the way, the shredded remains of your loyal Deeringin demon are outside the cave if you'd like to see some of Dadalus' artwork."

The man paled as he nodded in silent agreement and Buffy let him go, keeping a close eye on Julian's colleague. She sensed powerful strength and anger pouring off of him in great waves. She had seen what he had done to the demon outside and knew she would never be able to fight him and live. The soldier said his name to the computer and the steel door slid open revealing a white walled hallway. Julian stepped inside and nodded to Dadalus who violently grabbed the human by the throat. "No!" Buffy cried out. "He helped us, you said you wouldn't kill him if he helped us."

Julian raised his hand, stopping his servant, he turned to Buffy, "What would you have us do? Let him go so that he can alert the others of our presence?"

"I'll tie him up. He's got handcuffs on him, we'll handcuff him and Giles can stay here and watch so that he doesn't get away or tell anyone. Just don't kill him Julian, please."

Julian walked over to the soldier and stared him straight in the eye. "Fine. Know this: you live because I allow it." He re-entered the white room with Willow at his heels while Buffy cuffed the thankful soldier.

"Maybe you should reconsider your career." Buffy whispered to the man. Giles nodded at Buffy as she left, staying behind to watch over the commando.

-----------------------------------------------------------

The large demon dumped Spike into a holding cell, knocking him awake with a growl. Spike immediately knew where he was. "No! Not again!" He ran up to the glass barrier and punched it with the bottom of his fists, receiving an electric jolt in response. "Fuck!" He screamed.

"It's juiced up, don't touch it." A quiet voice said from behind him.

Spike turned to find a young girl of about 18 sitting against a white wall of his cell. Her curly brown hair was strewn all over the place, making her look almost mad. She was cut and bruised in various places on her arms, legs and face. "What happened to you?" He asked.

"They don't like it when I fight them. They feed me and think that I sleep afterwards. I won't let them touch me." She stared blankly at Spike. "Who are you?"

"Name's Spike. You wouldn't happen to be Sasha would you?"

For a brief moment hope flickered in her brown eyes. "Yes. Did my uncle send you?"

"Julian's here. We got jumped outside by a couple of demons. He'll be here soon."

Sasha stood, suddenly looking taller than she was. She walked over to Spike and nodded slightly before standing in front of the clear barrier, watching expectantly.

Spike cocked a curious eyebrow at her and felt his demon stir in her presence. Even she was powerful. He wondered how many of these Kindred roamed the streets of the Hellmouth.

-----------------------------------------------------------

The four walked softly down the hallway and stood just outside the holding area. Willow tapped Julian on the shoulder and pointed to the center at a cell holding Spike and a young girl. "Sasha." Julian whispered. He turned to Dadalus who immediately left. Willow wondered where he was going but didn't bother asking.

Buffy tapped Willow on the shoulder and motioned for her to join her a few steps back. "Willow," she whispered, "I have a really bad feeling about this. My slayer-sense is going into hyperdrive and it's not because of the demons behind the cells. Something big is gonna go down here and I'm not so sure we should be a part of it."

"I'm not leaving without Spike." Willow vowed before returning to Julian's side.

"She's right Willow." Julian whispered.

"What?"

"Buffy, she's right. You should not be here for what is about to happen. Go back the way we came and wait in front of the cave with Rupert. You'll be safe there."

"I said I am not leaving without Spike and that's final."

Buffy came up to them, "Let's go Willow, this is Julian's fight, not ours."

Willow jerked her arm free from Buffy's grip. "No." she protested, "Spike…"

"Spike will meet you at the cave within half an hour. I promise nothing will happen to him." Julian swore.

"Promise?"

"Promise." Julian said. He looked at Buffy, "Go now while you still can."

Buffy dragged Willow down the hallway from which they came.

-----------------------------------------------------------

"He's here." Sasha said to Spike.

"Good," he answered, "I hate this bloody place." He waited for her to respond and when she didn't he felt his demon cower inside him. Something mean was out there and he could sense the fear in every demon that The Initiative held captive. He looked at the stupid unsuspecting humans and almost felt a sort of pity for them. He shook it off, cursing himself for becoming soft. "What happens now?" He asked Sasha.

"Now our Prince wields his power. Hope blood doesn't make you queasy."

-----------------------------------------------------------

Dadalus returned to Julian's side and nodded to the dark haired man. Julian stepped out casually from his hiding place and walked into the room. Immediately three commandos were aiming handguns at him. He smiled pleasantly and tore the arm right off of the first soldier. He pulled his body in front of his own. On impulse the remaining men fired their weapons, inadvertently killing their own man. Julian threw the corpse at the other two soldiers and grabbed the nearest human he could find. He held the blonde haired woman in front of him and whispered in her ear, "If you want to live do everything I say. Call them off or within 30 seconds every human in this compound will be killed." He pulled her hair back so that she could see above them, taking notice of the 40 or so bald, white vampires standing at the ready.

"My god!" she whispered."

"I don't think that it is Him you'll be meeting. Now, call them off."

She raised her hands at the advancing soldiers and ordered, "Stop! Put down your weapons! For God's sake put down your weapons, everyone!"

"We can take him out Professor Walsh."

"No Forest! Put down your weapons, that's a direct order"

"Good girl." Julian said releasing her. He turned to Dadalus, "If any of them move kill them."

"Yes my Prince."

Julian led Professor Walsh to the center of the room. "Now, Professor Walsh is it? You have taken from me what is most precious. My niece Sasha happens to be occupying one of your holding cells. Open it." He commanded.

"I… "She stammered, "I can't do that."

From behind them came a piercing scream as Dadalus shred one of the men to pieces. The vampire looked up at Julian almost apologetically, "He moved." He explained. Quickly he looked at the remaining commandos, who were backing away, one of them throwing up. "Are you moving?" They all stopped dead in their tracks.

Julian sighed audibly and turned back to the woman, "I'm sorry, you were saying?"

"Forest!" Professor Walsh breathed. Shocked, she looked at the tall man beside her. "I… I'll open it right away. Which one?"

"That one." They approached the cell together. "Hello Spike, nice to see you again."

"Nice to see you too Julian. Where's Willow." He walked over the threshold of the cell.

Sasha ran into her uncle's arms. "I knew you'd come for me." She said into his chest.

Julian looked at Spike over her head. "She's waiting for you at the cave with the others."

Spike sauntered out of the room, his leather duster flapping out behind him. He passed Dadalus and nodded at him. The bald vampire returned the gesture.

Julian glared at Professor Walsh. "I will give you 30 days to fully shut down this operation. After that, at some point, whether day or night, in three months or a year, I will be back to disassemble it myself." With that he walked his niece out of the compound.

-----------------------------------------------------------

"Spike!" Willow squealed when she saw him enter the cave from behind the steel door. She jumped into his arms. "I was so scared I would never see you again!" She kissed him full on the lips.

"Ewww!" Buffy yelled. "Can't you do that somewhere else?"

"I suggest we all go now, I think I may need stitches." Giles said, leading the others out of the cave. Buffy released the commando before leaving, watching him run wildly through the woods for safety's sake.

Willow stopped, "Wait, what about Julian?"

"Don't worry Pet, he's got everything under control, including that Sasha girl he was after."

Epilogue

Willow walked into her house and knew immediately that she was not alone. Softly, she closed the door behind her and took a sweeping glance of her livingroom. One of the windows had been left wide open, letting in the hot July night breeze. Leaving the room as it was, she slowly entered the kitchen, listening for any sounds out of the ordinary. She went over to the counter and opened the drawer where she kept the knives. Before she could reach in to grab a weapon, a pair of strong arms went under her arms and around her waist. On impulse Willow seized the assailant's right hand with her own and knuckle punch the top of it with her left. She heard a cry of pain as the hands let go of their grip on her. Keeping hold of the intruder's right hand she stepped out of his now weak bear hug, twisting his right arm, keeping his palm upwards. With her left hand she snatched his right arm just above his elbow and dragged him to the ground."OW! For bloody Christ's sake pet, let go!"

Willow gasped and released him. "Omigod! Spike! I'm really sorry! The livingroom window was open and… I thought someone had broken in… and… what are you doing crawling in through a window anyways?"

Spike rubbed his sore arm. "I forgot my key. Christ Red, you nearly broke my arm!" He glared at her as they both stood.

"I'm really sorry Spike. I did the move you showed me well though, didn't I?" Willow smiled.

The vampire's eyes narrowed. He grabbed her by the back of her hair and brought his face inches from hers. He could smell her fear and arousal and it intoxicated his demon's senses. "I think someone is getting awfully full of herself lately. Getting a little too big for your britches witch?"

Willow's breath caught in her throat but she managed to whimper out a response, "N-no Spike. I was just--"

"Didn't I tell you that you will never dominate me Pet?"

Willow winced as he tightened his hold on her hair. He was really starting to scare her now. "Yes but--"

"I think that maybe another lesson is in order. Just as a reminder." Spike kissed her savagely, not allowing her to break from the fiery kiss until he was sure she had no breath left. She gasped for much needed air as Spike lowered his head to her neck. Pulling her hair back, he exposed her white throat and grazed over her pulse points with his teeth, seizing one of her breasts in his other cold hand, kneading it furiously. He slammed her up against the counter; pressing his rock-hard erection into her. Spike pulled at her long skirt and tugged it down to the floor with his foot along with her underpants. Finally he released his hold on her auburn locks and trailed his hand down to her sex. He wasn't all that surprised when he found her wet and ready. He quickly thrust two fingers into her eager cunt and smiled evilly when she gasped and cried out. "I knew you would like it rough Baby." He sneered as he hammered his fingers in and out of her, all the while teasing her nipple with his cool, callused fingertips. Her shirt had since been thrown to the floor in various pieces, as well as her bra. He felt her walls tighten around his fingers and he added another digit as her orgasm built to a fast climax. Willow bit into his shoulder when she came, leaving indentations of her blunt teeth. Spike's eyes glowed with a golden hue as he picked her up and threw her onto the kitchen table, sending a bowl of fresh fruit crashing to the ground. With vampire speed he opened his pants, letting his aching cock spring free. He heard Willow gasp his name and he looked up into her frightened eyes; fear and… desire. For a brief moment he stopped himself and brought his lips down to hers passionately, this time allowing her to breath easily. He broke the kiss gently and looked deeply into her green orbs. He smiled slightly and watched as Willow took a relieved breath and nodded slightly before lying back across the table. Spike gripped Willow's hips securely and eased his swollen cock into her soaking pussy, letting out a loud groan of pleasure. He watched on wildly as Willow twisted her own nipples, quickening his pace. He pounded into her like a feral animal claiming its mate. He was so close; he pinched her swollen clit. "Cum Willow… Cum for me Baby…C'mon Baby… Yes!… Willow!…"

They both cried out as they came together. Spike threw himself across her body, sinking his fangs into her breast, drinking in her sweet ambrosia. Gently he retracted his fangs, lapping at the shallow wound before he looked up at her worried face. "What is it Luv?" he smiled satisfied.

Willow looked down, focusing on anything but his eyes, afraid that he would see into her soul all to well. "Nothing," she mumbled, "It's just… you never did it… y'know… like that before."

Spike tried not to smile but couldn't help a small knowing one surface. He kissed her wantonly on the lips and trailed his cool lips over to her ear; "You know you liked it." He whispered huskily, "Admit it. It doesn't make you bad Willow, it just makes you human." He sucked on her earlobe, scraping his blunt teeth over it, eliciting a whimper from her. "Say it Willow, tell me you liked it."

Eyes closed, head tilted toward his expert mouth, Willow hardly even registered that she had answered him, "Yes, Spike. Oh Goddess, I liked it."

He kissed a single tear that had made its way down her cheek, tasting the saltiness. He had frightened her more than he had thought he would. Maybe she wasn't yet prepared to know what sex with a vampire could be like. He carefully lifted her off of the table and onto the floor, knowing that she needed to see his tender side. He began raining kisses all over her face, professing his love for her. She would need a few more lessons in the way of kinky foreplay in the near future, Spike thought, the very near future.
