Bang, Bang, Bang.

The door shook in its frame.

The knocker was impatient that much was obvious the booming strikes were echoing around the small house <Thank god I have no neighbours. How impatient was the knocker? And what the hell do they want at 2 am? They were damn lucky I was still up and I was planning on an early night?>.

The person at the door continued the frenzied knocking, keeping the frail older woman up and around.

Bang, bang, bang.

Shuffling noisily and slowly down the stairs she pulled open the door to find a finely suited tall man with deep brown hair and piercingly familiar blue eyes but she couldn't place them, he looked exhausted like he had been running a marathon and judging by his next statement he had.

"Please miss, let me in there's a monster chasing me with..with. yellow eyes... God what is he..."

She broke him off "Come in, come in, quickly"

"Why thank you" he strode in no longer afraid. She slammed the door locking it against the monster. She turned around still trying to place the face she must have known so long ago. He appeared to be about to light a cigarette, grinning eyes sparkling; he confused her, frightened one minute and completely calm the next, he appeared to have caught his breath and leaned against her olive walls. She lead him into her newly decorated kitchen and seating him on her table, she thought she heard him muttering but it could just have been her hearing aid playing up, it was always doing that. "You really were a pretty miss" he was regressing and remembering a time when he had knew here yet she busied herself with tea, a calming drink if ever there was one. Something she'd got into after her last friends death. She placed herself next to him upon the comfy chairs and handed him some tea.

"I'm lost, I'm afraid shouldn't your monster be on us any minute?" she was curious did he remember her, as she thought she knew him.

Realisation hit her as he stood stretched placing the tea back down upon her patterned table cloth, fruit and grape vines.

"He's already here" he threw here one of his many mischievous smiles, she had invited a demon into her home, she was so stupid, she flinched as she remembered what he promised and why his earlier comment had made sense in an odd fashion. He grabbed her by the neck lifting her from her seat and pulling her hard against his body. "And I have waited such a long time for this; you'll be so memorable pet."

She felt the tears fall as she resided to her fate. "What no struggle, the others would be so disappointed" he mocked savouring this moment at last one of his enemies blood would pump through his veins god how he had waited for this moment.

"I'll make it quick" he promised dropping his voice to a whisper against her ear, reassuring her before dashing all hopes, "No , wait what am I talking about, I'll make it long, slow and painful". He bit down savouring this expensive moment, her elixir was as he remembered; it had perhaps bettered with age. He let go smiling as he dropped her empty corpse in an undignified buddle, he'd finally got them, the Scoobies were his. "Goodnight Willow"
