A couple of hours later, Willow and Cordelia made their way back to the hotel. "Do you think they dusted each other?" Cordelia asked almost cheerfully.

"Cordy, don't say that." They pushed the door open. "I'm sure." Both girls froze in sight. The place had been trashed.

"ANGEL!" Cordy screamed.

He walked out into the main room sipping on a mug of blood. "Back so soon?"

Willow couldn't help but to stare at the scene in front of her.

"Back so soon?" Cordelia repeated. "Back so soon? What happened? Were you attacked? Are you ok?"

Angel glanced around the room. "Spike and I.we talked."

"With what? The furniture?"

"Furniture was involved." In a blink of an eye, he saw Willow dart up the stairs.

~~~*~~~
Willow knocked softly on his bedroom door, pushing it open slightly. "Spike, are you in here?" she whispered softly.
"Go away, Red."
Willow saw his face. It wasn't that swollen but it was covered in bruises and a couple of cuts. "Spike."
"I said leave," he told her coldly. "You didn't want me before. Apparently I wasn't enough for you to fight for."
Willow knew he was lashing out but it hurt all the same. Turning around she walked out of the room and opened the door to hers. Willow willed herself not to cry, but all she could think about was Spike. She should have never left. She should have believed him. Changing quickly out of her clothes, she threw on a t-shirt and a pair of boxer shorts, making her way back to his room.
She pushed open the door and stared at him for a moment before shutting it behind her. Making her way to the bed, she pulled down the covers and climbed in next to him. After pulling the covers back up over their bodies, she wrapped her arms around him, nuzzling her face into his chest.
Spike heard her enter but wasn't sure why she came back. He lay still, wanting to know what she was going to do. Once he felt her arms around him, he felt her tears hit his skin. Spike wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "Sshh, pet. It's alright."
Willow lifted her head, looking into his eyes. "I'm so sorry, Spike. I should have."
"Sshh, that doesn't matter now. I fought for you, for us. Stay with me tonight?"
Willow nodded her head yes and leaned over to his face gently kissing the kisses that covered his skin. "You're hurt."
"You kissed me."
"Yeah. You're still hurt."
"I'll be fine by morning. Vampire healing and all that." He felt her place her head back on his chest. "I want you for mine, luv. Sleep now."
