Coupling: Willow/Spike and Xander/Anya

A/N: Well everyone, I wanted to thank you all for the wonderful feed back I have gotten over this series. Initially this was supposed to just be two stories from the prospective of Spike and Willow however after the feedback I have gotten my excitement grew and my muse inspired more. So I hope everyone is enjoying it. Feedback feeds the stories. Thanks again.

After Giles dropped Spike and Willow off at her parents’ house, Spike
prepared dinner for Willow. He made her a can of soup because he wasn’t
sure her jaw could handle anything else.
Willow had changed her clothes into a small tank top with a pair
of old grey shorts. She entered the kitchen to find Spike bowling up the
soup for her. Turning to her Spike gave her one of his thousand watt smiles,
where the corners of his mouth just turn up.
“Here, pet, come and eat. Then you can tell me what happened with the slayer?” Spike said.
Willow sat down and began to eat. Thinking about what happened in her dorm room. She decided to ask Spike what had been on her mind since she woke up in the E.R.
“Spike, do you think we should leave?” She asked.
“Yeah, Luv, I do. Even if we’re going to see my Poof of a sire, I think we should leave.” He answered.
On the other side of town another couple was having a similar discussion. In the Harris apartment Anya and her boyfriend were discussing what he had done to the slayer. Anya was jealous of his reaction to Willow getting hurt. After the last year of being human, however, she had come to understand that the Willow and Xander thing was never going to happen again. Xander told her tonight even that he was playing big brother. They’d been best friends since they were in kindergarten. She also knew that the relationships each now had where totally different than they had had with Cordelia and Oz. Spike was tons more possessive an Oz had ever been, plus greatly more loyal invoking more loyalty in others around him, especially Willow. However, now that she thought about what he’d told her, she now feared what the Buffy might do in retaliation. Finally she couldn’t take it anymore and asked Xander what she had been thinking.
“Xander, when did you make that promise to Buffy, about Willow?” She asked.
Thinking a moment Xander decided the truth was better.
“I told her that the day Cordelia, Giles, Miss Calendar and Willow were kidnapped to resurrect The Master.” He answered.
“Do you think we should leave?” Anya finally asked a few minutes later.
That question was plaguing the mind of four people that night,
Do you think we should leave…?
A/N: Well do these couples leave? What will happen to Buffy now that she’s attacked a human being? Will Giles contact the council? Will a visitor from the past change anything? Who’s the visitor?
