Notes 2: Should I write a sequel? Maybe a smut piece called "Flesh for Fantasy"? LOL! I'm just kidding! ; )

"Spike!" Willow called as she entered the house she shared with her lover of almost a year. "I'm home!" She frowned slightly when no bleached blonde vampire appeared to greet her. She frowned, setting her backpack down on the floor. "That's odd." She mused softly. "I wonder where he could be." She frowned again as she swore she heard music coming from upstairs.
On the floor of Tokyo
Or down in London town to go, go
With the record selection
With the mirror reflection
I'm dancing with myself
Willow moved to the stairs, going up them cautiously. Yes, the music was definitely coming from upstairs, growing louder the closer she got.
When there's no-one else in sight
In the crowded lonely night
Well I wait so long
For my love vibration
And I'm dancing with myself
Willow paused, listening to the song, frowning slightly. The tune sounded familiar...
If I looked all over the world
And there's every type of girl
But your empty eyes
Seem to pass me by
Leave me dancing with myself
Willow stopped on the top step, listening again. She was able to make out the lyrics more clearly now, the words more pronounced now that she was upstairs, instead of listening to the muffled music through the ceiling while downstairs. Her eyes widened as she suddenly recognized the song.
So let's sink another drink
'Cause it'll give me time to think
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
And I'll be dancing with myself
Willow made her way down the hallway, stopping in front of the bedroom door, where the music was the loudest. She put her hand on the doorknob, moving to open the door, pausing when she heard someone singing along to the song.
Oh dancing with myself
Oh dancing with myself
Well there's nothing to lose
And there's nothing to prove
I'll be dancing with myself
She arched a slender brow when she realized she recognized the voice singing along, and let out a giggle. Deciding she had to see this, she opened the door.
And almost fell over, laughing.
If I looked all over the world
And there's every type of girl
But your empty eyes
Seem to pass me by
Leave me dancing with myself
The Master Vampire named Spike, also known as William the Bloody, half the Scourge of Europe, was belting out the punky-pop tune at the top of his lungs, while singing into a hairbrush, totally unaware of his extremely amused audience.
So let's sink another drink
'Cause it'll give me time to think
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
And I'll be dancing with myself
Willow really wished she had a camera, and felt slightly disappointed when she realized he wouldn't of shown up in the photo, anyway. She sighed regretfully. She shrugged, and figured she might as well enjoy the show. She gasped as she suddenly realized something. How could she have not seen it before? It all made perfect sense! Spike, oblivious to her presence, continued to sing along with the song.
Oh dancing with myself
Oh dancing with myself
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
"A-HA!" A voice shouted triumphantly, causing Spike to jump almost a foot into the air, and drop the hairbrush he was singing into. He whirled around, startled, noticing his mate standing there, a small amused smile curling her lips.
"P-Pet!" Spike stammered nervously, kicking the dropped hairbrush away with a booted foot, hoping she hadn't seen what he had been doing. "You're home early." He looked down at his watch, frowning when he realized it was later than he thought. "Oh, I guess you're home on time." He said. "I must of lost track of the time..." He smiled weakly. "So...been standing there long, luv?" He asked, trying to be nonchalant.
Willow shook her head, rolling her eyes at his attempt to act casual. "Nope, I just got home." She lied breezily, walking into the room. "Whatcha been up to, Spikey?" She asked teasingly.
Spike shrugged. "Nothing much, pet. Heated up some blood, watched the tele..." He trailed off, his eyes darted over to her face to see if she was buying his story.
"I see." Willow said, nodding solemnly, her eyes wide and innocent.
Spike pulled her into his arms, kissing her soundly on the lips. "Missed you, baby." He murmured, nuzzling her neck.
"I'll bet." Willow murmured. "Dancing by yourself and all..."
Even with his vampiric hearing, Spike hadn't been able to make out what his love had said under her breath. "What was that, pet?" He asked, getting nervous again.
Willow giggled, smoothing back some of his hair that was sticking up. "I said, your hair's kinda messy..." She told him, smiling innocently at him.
"Oh, yeah, my hair." Spike replied, sounding almost relieved. "I did some working out, practicing my moves, you know." He told her, keeping his arms wrapped around her waist. "I must've tossled it a bit then."
"Your moves. Uh-huh." Willow nodded. She cocked her head, looking at him consideringly. "When you went by William, did anyone ever call you...Billy?" She asked, smiling sweetly, a hint of mischieviousness in her green eyes.
If possible, Spike grew even paler. He gulped, his blue eyes widening as he looked at her. She had seen him. She knew his secret. Oh, bloody hell. "Pet, listen, about what you saw, it's not what you think..." He said desperately.
Willow shook her head. "Oh, It was exactly what I thought it was." She grinned evilly, a chilling grin that made Spike nervous.
"Luv, let me explain..." Spike tried again.
Willow shook her head, giving him the same evil grin. "I know exactly what I saw, Spike." She practically purred. "And I'm telling everybody."
"Telling everyone what?" Spike asked, a feeling of dread overcoming him.
"All these years, you've said it was Sid Vicious, but now I know the truth." Willow told him, smiling smugly. "I've had my suspicions, Spike, but today I got my proof. I should of known! The hair, the clothes, even the sneer!" She shook her head in wonderment, unable to believe she hadn't seen it sooner. She looked at him, and giggled gleefully. "You want to be Billy Idol!"
"I do not!" Spike gasped, before narrowing his eyes suspiciously. "I'm telling you, it's Sid Vicious!" He exclaimed, doing his best to sound convincing. He looked over at her as he remembered her earlier words. "And who exactly are you going to tell?" He asked, almost warily.
"Everyone!" Willow cackled. "Buffy, Riley, Giles, Xander, Anya, Cordelia, Angel..." She giggled again. "In fact, I think I'll just call them right now..." She sing-songed, going over to the phone.
Spike used his supernatural speed to reach the phone before she did. He shook his head, smiling at his love. "Ah, ah, ah, luv." He teased. "I don't think so."
"That's fine." Willow shrugged. She turned and walked a few feet before bolting out the door. "There's a phone downstairs!" She called back over her shoulder, giggling.
"Bloody hell!" Spike cursed. "Red! Don't make me come after you! I'll tie you to the bed, and you won't be calling anybody!" He warned, smiling slightly, rather liking the idea.
"Gotta catch me first, Spikey!" Willow called back. "I'm dialing..." She sing-songed.
Spike smirked, and his eyes flickered with lust. "Oh, I'll catch you, baby..." He murmured, growling playfully as he shot out of the room after his mate. A few seconds later a delighted squeal was heard, followed by more growls and happy moans.

Buffy Summers picked up the ringing phone. "Hello?" She answered, frowning when no one replied. "Hello?" She tried again. All she could hear was some song being played, her Slayer hearing having no trouble picking up the slightly muffled song.
If I looked all over the world
And there's every type of girl
But your empty eyes
Seem to pass me by
Leave me dancing with myself
So let's sink another drink
'Cause it'll give me time to think
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
And I'll be dancing with myself
Oh dancing with myself
Oh dancing with myself
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
If I had the chance
I'd ask the world to dance
Shrugging, Buffy hung up the phone and walked away, whistling the catchy tune under her breath.
