~Part 1~
Drusilla looked at the blindfolded doll curiously.
"What was that, my sweet?"
The doll was silent.
Dru smiled softly. "A prezzie for me? In the park?"
Again, the doll did not reply.
"A new friend for me? And a Princess for Spike? A
fire goddess?" She nodded. "That sounds lovely. I will
have such fun with this Princess. We shall have tea
parties, and she'll like my Miss Edith, yes? I will
teach her how to hunt, how to kill. We shall have
cake!" The raven-haired vampiress cocked her head.
"She is waiting? Then we must not waste anymore time.
Let's go fetch the fiery flame, shall we?" Dru scooped
up the doll, and headed out into the night.
***
Willow threw the small glass vial of Holy water on
the snarling vampire. It hit him square in the chest,
and within moments, he was engulfed in flames.
Willow grinned, pleased with herself. "Take that,
mister bitey-vampire-guy!" She brushed herself off,
and continued on her way to Giles' house, hoping to
see Buffy, Xander, and Cordelia. Maybe her boyfriend
Oz would be there. Willow blushed slightly. She always
got butterflies in her stomach when she thought of the
sometimes wolfy guitarist.
Suddenly, a pair of strong, cold hands gripped her
waist. She shrieked. She felt herself spun around, and
was nose-to-nose with the still smoking, still
obviously undead, game faced vampire whom she had
doused with the Holy water. The vampire snarled, and
bent to take a bite out of the hacker. Willow reached
into her pocket, and pulled out a stake, swinging
wildly at the vampire, imbedding the stake just below
it's collarbone. The vampire roared, no longer
interested in dinner, just wanting to kill the girl
who had injured him so. He flung the redhead down, her
head hitting the ground with a sickening crack. He
knelt down, ready to snap her neck, but a noise next
to him stopped him. He looked up slowly. He saw a long
brown dress, dark hair, and the angry eyes of an elder
vampire. "M-Mistress Drusilla!" He stammered.
Dru glared coldly at the minion. "You mustn't touch
this girl ever again, for she is Spike's."
The minion nodded frantically, hoping to escape the
female's legendary anger.
Dru smirked. "Good. However, you hurt her, and you
must be punished." Before the fledgling had time to
react, Drusilla ripped his throat out. She watched
disdainfully as the body fell to the ground and faded
into dust. She knelt by the small redhead. Miss Edith
told her it was the right girl.
"You were right." Dru murmured to Miss Edith. "She is
a fire Princess."
"Oh, you're hurt!" Dru cooed to the unconsious girl.
"My poor lamb. I'll take you home and fix you right
up!" Dru hoisted the small girl over her shoulder, and
headed back to the lair.
***
"Dru, did you have a good hunt?" Angelus asked when
he sensed his insane childe enter the lair.
"Oh, yes! Daddy, you and Spike must come see what I
found!" Dru said excitedly as she laid the unconsious
girl on the sofa.
Angelus entered the room, followed by Spike. They
both stopped short when they saw the redheaded hacker.
Angelus looked suprised, and Spike's eyes darkened in
lust and possesiveness when he saw his obsession, the
girl who haunted his dreams, and called to the demon,
lying on the sofa. He had followed her, watched her,
on many different occasions. He noticed Dru grinning
widely at him, and scoffed. "This it, Dru? You
kidnapped one of the Slayer's little cronies?"
Angelus snickered, seeing the way his childe eyed the
redhead. Spike scowled at them both.
Dru turned to her sire. "A bad vampire was hurting
her." Spike growled. Dru looked at him for a long
moment. "I saved her." Dru said proudly.
"Why?" Spike asked flippantly, trying to disguise his
relief at almost losing the redhead.
Dru glared at her brother. "The stars said to. So did
Miss Edith."
"Here we go with the damn doll and the damn stars
again." Spike muttered. "Just stake me now."
"Okay!" Dru said, smiling sweetly.
Angelus placed a kiss on Dru's forehead. "Sweet, why
did the stars tell you to save her?"
Dru smiled. "Because-"
"Bloody daft bitch." Spike snarled hunder his
non-exsistant breath.
"Because they said she was for Spike." Dru finished.
Spike perked up. "Really?" He grinned.
Dru nodded. "Yes. She is Spike's Princess, his mate.
She will be my new friend."
Spike was smiling wickedly, imagining all the naughty
things he would do to her. "Damn right she's my
Princess!"
Angelus sighed. "Dru honey, Willow's a friend of the
Slayer's. She isn't going to want to stay here."
Dru pouted.
Willow opened her eyes, and Dru went to sit next to
her. "Hello, lamb."
The redhead looked confused. "Who are you?" She
whispered. She noticed Spike and Angelus. "And who are
they?" She asked.
~Part 2~
Spike's jaw dropped open as he heard Willow's
whispered question.
Dru took the girl's trembling hand, which Willow
quickly drew away. "I-I don't know you." She
stammered.
Dru smiled, trying to reassure the girl. " It's all
right. My name is Drusilla."
Angelus and Spike stared intently at the redhead,
looking for a spark of recognition. Seeing none, they
exchanged a brief glance.
"Do you remember your name?" Angelus asked her
softly.
Willow looked up at him. "I'm not sure..." She
whimpered, near tears. "I, I think it's Willow?"
Angelus nodded. "Yes, your name is Willow. Willow
Rosenberg."
Willow nodded, accepting that. "Who are you?"
"My names Angelus, but everyone calls me Angel. I'm a
friend of yours. We, uh, met through one of our
mutual... friends." Angelus lied. He motioned to
Drusilla. She went over and stood next to him. "This
is my mate, Drusilla." He pointed to Spike. "That's
Spike. He's Dru's brother."
Willow looked at the blonde. "Spike? Is that your
real name?"
"No, pet." Spike chuckled. "It's a...nickname. The
name's William, but I prefer Spike."
"Oh." Willow nodded. "Angel says I am a friend of
his. Was I friends with you and Spike too?" Willow
asked Drusilla.
Drusilla giggled. "Not really. We...knew of each
other."
Willow looked confused. "Oh."
Spike sat down next to her. "Do you know where we
are?" He asked her softly.
Willow paused, thinking intently.
"Sunny...Sunnydale?"
Spike grinned. "Yes!"
"Drusilla was walking in the park, and she found you
knocked out. She recognized you, and brought you
here." Angelus said.
"Well, what about my parents? I remember them.
They're always...gone." Willow said.
"Yes, luv, your parents travel alot." Spike supplied.
"We've been friends for a few years, and I've only
seen your parents once." Angelus added.
"I remember school." Willow stated.
Angelus grinned. "You always were the brainy member
of the group. You live for school. You're a junior in
high school."
Willow nodded. She scrunched up her face, deep in
thought. "This town. It's different. It's evil." She
was bombarded with many images (memories?) that seemed
familar, yet not. "There's demons. The mouth of Hell.
Vampires." She murmured. "A Slayer kills them. A
Watcher guides the Slayer." She looked up at Drusilla
in confusion. "I-I think I remember demons, but,
demons aren't real, right?"
Drusilla didn't reply.
"Right?!" Willow asked again, an edge of hysteria
creeping into her voice. Dru took her hand, and
looked at Angelus.
Angelus nodded, understanding in his eyes. "Willow,"
he said softly, "I'm going to do something okay? Don't
be scared." He vamped out.
Spike watched his sire and the kind matter in which
he treated the redhead. He realized that the redhead's
friendship, and acceptance must of meant alot to
Angel, and the demon itself. Spike turned to see
Willow's reaction.
Willow just looked at the game-faced vampire,
slack-jawed. "Whoa. Are you, a-a vampire? Are all
three of you vampires?"
The trio nodded. Spike was impressed that the girl
radiated no fear, only curiousity.
She shrugged. "Well, as long as you don't eat me, I'm
fine with it. You saved my life, after all." She
smiled shyly.
Dru giggled. "Miss Edith was right! You will make a
wonderful friend!" She grabbed the redhead's arm. "We
shall introduce you to Miss Edith." She led Willow out
of the room.
After the two females had left, and were out of
earshot, Spike turned to his sire. "Angelus, we can't
lie to her!"
The dark vampire raised an eyebrow. "We didn't lie to
her. I *did* go by Angel, Drusilla *is* my mate, you
*are* her brother. Nothing we told her was a lie."
Spike scowled. "So, what are you going to tell her
about the Slayer? You can't possibly tell her the
truth! She'll run to Slutty, and the blonde bitch will
stake us all!"
Angelus smirked. "We won't lie to Willow. We'll just
point out some...interesting aspects about her
'friends' she didn't notice before. Her loyalties will
lie with us, and she'll despise the Slayer and her
groupies."
"Then what? You'll kill her after we've turned her
against her friends, just because you want the blonde
bitch to suffer?" Spike growled, not wanting to think
about the witch's death. "Because if that's your plan,
Angelus, I'll just as soon stake you then let you kill
Red!"
Angelus laughed. "Calm down. I have no intensions of
killing Willow. When I was Soulboy, I watched out for
her. Even now, I feel...protective of her. I won't
hurt her."
"So, what's the plan? We turn her against the cartoon
gang, then?"
Angelus clapped Spike on the back. "Then, Spike my
boy, you get your mate."
~Part 3~
Spike looked up from the television at the sound of
shoes clicking on the hardwood floor. Willow smiled
shyly at him. "Hi."
"Ello, pet. What have you been up to?"
"Drusilla and I had a tea party. Um, she said she had
to punish somebody. One of her...dolls?"
Spike nodded knowingly.
"Well, I mean, is there something...wrong with her?"
She realized how that sounded, and hastily tried to
correct herself. "I mean, I like her alot, she's
really nice, but something seems..."
"Off?" Spike supplied. Willow nodded. Spike half
smiled. "She's like that. Very...eccentric."
Angelus chuckled at Spike's description of Dru as he
walked in the room.
Willow turned to face Spike. "Could you tell me about
them? About my friends?"
Spike looked at his sire. "Angelus knows more about
them than I do."
Angelus cleared his throat. "Well, Willow, you hang
out with the Slayer, and her friends. You help her
slay demons, save the world, things like that. Your
best friend is Xander Harris. You've known him since
you were children. He's dating Cordelia Chase. You and
Cordelia have known each other a long time, but you
aren't exactly friends. Then there's Buffy. She's the
Slayer. Giles is her Watcher. Then there's Oz. He's a
werewolf, and your boyfriend." Angelus finished,
shooting Spike a glare when the blonde growled at the
mention of Oz.
Willow's eyes grew wide. "I'm dating a...a werewolf?"
She scrunched her nose in disgust. "Eww."
Angelus snickered. "Yeah. He's in a band."
Willow stared at him. "You know all about my
friends?"
Angelus grinned. "I used to help out, until the
Slay-until Buffy decided she didn't want my help
anymore. I may be dead, Willow, but I care about my
friends."
Willow frowned. "Buffy wouldn't let you help? You'd
think she'd want any help she could get."
Spike nodded in agreement. "Yeah, you'd think that,
but she's always been a stubborn little wench."
"Why did she decide she didn't need you?" Willow
asked the dark-haired vampire.
"Well, Buffy and I became...involved. Intimately. I
had been with Drusilla before, but we had some
problems. Dru came here with Spike looking for me. We
worked out our problems, and Buffy got mad that I
still had feelings for Drusilla. She tried to stake
me, and Dru. Spike too. She came after us on many
different occasions."
Willow looked at the two males. "She sounds nuts."
Spike smirked. "My thoughts exactly, ducks. A
complete loon."
Drusilla walked into the room. "Willow!"
"Speaking of nuts," Spike muttered, looking pointedly
at his sister, causing a glare from Angelus.
Drusilla ignored the blonde. "Willow will stay here
with us." She announced.
Willow looked at the trio. "Oh, no. I can't. I should
head home..."
Spike chuckled. "Luv, you don't know where 'home'
is."
Willow frowned. "Oh, yeah."
Dru grinned, and took the redhead's hand. "Let's go
fix up a room for you." She led the redhead up the
staircase.
"'We worked out our problems?' 'She's come after us
on many different occasions'?" Spike repeated, raising
an eyebrow skeptically.
Angelus shrugged. "What? Dru and I did have problems.
Me having a soul type problems. And the Slayer has
tried to stake us. The Slayer and her little friends
don't deserve her. You should've seen it, Spike. They
take advantage of her. Slutty and her little friends
dump all the work and research on Willow. Hell, the
Watcher does too. I never heard any of them thank her
once, and she's saved their worthless asses more than
once."
Spike shook his head stunned. "You care about her."
Angelus nodded. "She accepted me, demon and all. As I
said, I still feel protective of her."
"She has darkness deep inside her soul. The fire
burns..." Dru's lilting voice sing-songed. "She will
make a wonderful neice. Slayer doesn't deserve the
Princess."
"Darkness, love?" Angelus asked his insane childe.
Drusilla grinned, and twirled around. "She is pure,
but is tainted, deep down. She will be magnificent. So
evil. A true Princess. She is Spikey's mate. He loves
her."
"Where is she?" Angelus asked.
"Upstairs. She sleeps." Came Dru's quiet reply. "She
dreams."
Spike smirked. "I have a feeling things are about to
get pretty interesting."
~Part 4~
Willow had woken up early, and was out wandering
around Sunnydale. Nothing seemed familar to her. She
stood in front of a clothing store. The clothing in
the window was very trendy, but daring. She looked
down at her clothes in distaste. A fuzzy sweater and a
jumper, and sneakers. She made a face. "Yuck. I can't
believe I wear this stuff." She reached into her
purse, and pulled out credit card that had her name on
it. She grinned.
***
She emerged out of the shop two hours later, with
three bags, and wearing a cute powder blue slip dress
and blue cardigan, and strappy sandles.
"Willow?!" A voice asked in disbelief.
Willow watched a small blonde girl walk over to her.
"Willow, what the hell are you wearing?!"
Willow tried to remember this girl, but couldn't. She
rolled her eyes. I'm wearing clothes."
The blonde grabbed her arm, and dragged her down the
street. "I'm taking you to Giles."
"Huh? Why?" Willow asked the girl.
"Because you've been possesed!"
***
"Giles! Giles!" Buffy screamed as she dragged the
redhead through the Watcher's front door.
"Buffy, there is no need to shout. What's the
matter?" He paused as he saw Willow. "Hello, Willow.
We missed you at the meeting last night."
Willow was confused. "Meeting?"
"She's possessed!" Buffy blurted.
Giles glanced at Buffy. "What?"
"Look what she's wearing!" Buffy exclaimed. "She
looks like a skanky ho!"
"Hey!" Willow said, drawing her arm away from the
blonde. "I do not!"
"Hey guys!" Xander called as he walked in. He paused
when he saw Willow. "Wow. New look, Wills?"
Cordelia followed him in. She stopped in her tracks
when she saw Willow. "Willow. Glad to see you ditched
the baby clothes."
Willow looked around the room at the people. She
didn't remember any of them. She thought back to when
Angel told her about her friends. She figured the
dark-haired, goofy looking teen had to be Xander. The
blonde was Buffy, the Slayer. The older British man
had to be Giles, Buffy's Watcher. The snippy brunette
was probably Cordelia.
"See! Everyone else is suprised too! This is not a
Willowy thing to do!" Buffy pointed out, trying to
convince her Watcher the redhead was possessed.
"I am not possessed." Willow scowled.
"It looks like Willow finally got some fashion sense,
and decided to quit wearing her Sears rejects."
Cordelia replied.
"But..." Buffy started.
Willow had had enough. She didn't like this annoying
blonde girl. "Look, Slayer! I am not possessed!"
Willow exploded. "Now get your hands off of me!"
Willow picked up her shopping bags and left. Everyone
was too shocked to move.
"Did...Wills just yell at us?" Xander asked
incrediously.
"She, she called me Slayer. Not Buffy. Slayer." Buffy
murmured. "Weirdness."
"I don't blame her! If you talked to me like that,
Geekgirl, I'd be pissed too!" Cordelia told Buffy
snidely.
Xander rolled his eyes. "Guys, stop it. Wills is
fine. I'm sure of it."
Buffy nodded slowly. "I guess you're right. I
overeacted. Besides, she'd tell us if something was
wrong, right?"
"Right." Xander nodded.
Buffy grinned. "Who wants to go to a movie?"
***
"Hey, where's Red?" Spike asked. "It's five o'clock."
Angelus shrugged. "Beats me."
"Sister is sad." Dru's lilting voice said softly.
"Slayer was mean to her. Sister doesn't like the icky
old Slayer."
"Why? What did Slutty do to her?" Angelus asked his
mate.
"Made her angry. Hurt her feelings. Called her horrid
names. Doesn't know Willow-pet doesn't remember."
"That bitch!" Spike growled.
Drusilla smiled serenely. "Anger fills her. She will
be so delightfully evil." Dru giggled. "She will kill
so many. Bathe in their blood. Soon, she joins us,
forever."
