~Part: 1~

Willow sat up in bed her mouth hung open in a soundless scream, she took a deep breath willing her heart to beat in its normal rhythm. She glanced at the clock on her nightstand. 11:00 pm it glowed. She flopped back down on the bed and tried to recall the nightmare. But no matter how hard she tried she couldn’t remember. She groaned softly, there was no way she was going to get any sleep now.

Throwing the covers off of her she reached under the bed for her slipper, grabbed her dressing gown and wondered down stairs to the kitchen.

Making herself a hot chocolate she turned on the TV in the living room and flicked through all the channels.

“Over 20 channels and nothing interesting.” She grumbled. Finishing her drink she looked at her watch. 11:13. She shifted her position on the couch and fought the restless desire to wonder outside.

She got up and opened the front door. She hugged herself while staring out at the inky blackness. Its highly unlikely that Angelus and Spike would be watching me, she thought to herself, they were too busy trying to discover new ways in which to successfully kill Buffy. It should be safe enough to sit on her own porch.

She unconsciously bit her lower lip while uncertainty showed in her eyes. She knew the danger of stepping outside at night…alone.

She took a deep breath and stepped outside. She walked over to the side of the porch and sat cross-legged on the ground. Now that she was outside her restlessness seemed to disappear and she was able to breathe a little easier.

She felt a cool breeze ruffle her loose hair. Closing her eyes she gave herself to the gentle ministrations of the wind. Her eyes started to get heavy lidded and she finally felt she could go back to sleep.

Before she could get into the door a strong pair of arms grabbed her around the waist and pulled her towards a cold hard body.

“Willow… my sweet little Willow.” Said a familiar accented voice in her ear.

She raised her foot and kicked back as hard as she could. Spike released her grunting slightly in pain.

She ran for the door once again and slammed into another cold hard body. She glanced up in shock, her green eyes clashing with Angelus’s dark brown eyes. She backed away from him. Only to feel a sharp pain on the back of her head before everything went black.

“How hard did you hit her?” Angelus asked, cradling Willow’s limp body in his arms.

“Not bloody hard. This’ll be fun.” Spike smirked, as he and Angelus disappeared in the dark of the night.

Willow turned in her sleep, slightly awake. For the first time in ages she felt completely safe and protected. She unconsciously moved closer to the two vampires in the bed. “Don’t ever let me go.” She mumbled in her sleep, not quite sure who she was talking to.

The two vamps just stared at each other, faces mirrored in shock and confusion. Then they grabbed her they had both wanted to have some fun, maybe torture and a snack and leave the body for the slayer. What they hadn’t expected was a feeling of possessiveness and protectiveness. Willow now belonged to the both of them and she was not going anywhere!!!

No one had ever trusted Angelus before. Buffy may have loved him but she never fully trusted him. As for Dru, well she was too crazy, too insane most of the time to even trust either of them.

And here was this slip of a girl placing her full trust in both of them to keep her safe, even if she was doing it unconsciously.

It will be interesting to see how she feels when she wakes up, thought Angelus. With the three of them he felt whole, complete, and he’d do anything to keep this feeling.

Anything…

Spike woke up to the sound of a human heart beating. He turned to stare at Willow as he remembered last night. He had heard Angelus get up and go after she had asked them for her protection. He felt as confused as his sire over the effects that this redhead was having on him. He reached out and softly touched her hair before gently stroking her cheek.

“What the…” She started as she scrambled from the bed and as far away from him as she could. “Uh…uh…No way…this is not happening.”

Spike smirked and slowly crawled towards her  with a cat’s graceful predatory movement.

Her shocked gaze followed his every movement, her mind trying to convince her that this was some kind of nightmare. Or was it? How often do you see a very handsome vampire crawling towards you with desire in his eyes? Her gaze travelled downwards…Very nice...What! Bad thoughts…bad bad bad! Gotta get out of here. Her thoughts were going around in circles confusing her, but when she looked up into his eyes she knew she had to escape.

She closed her eyes and reached into herself for the magical green fire that was a part of her. Grabbing a strand she mentally threw it at Spike, giving him a quick flying lesson. And then transported herself to safety.

Angelus heard a thump and wondered up the stairs and into the bedroom. His disbelieving gaze found Spike suspended in mid air, his legs and arms flailing around…and no Willow. He arched an eyebrow and said with some amusement. “I see our little tree has some interesting thorns.”

“Bloody hell Angelus!!! Get me down!!!”

Meanwhile Willow found herself pounding on Buffy’s front door.

When the door opened without warning she tumbled inside. Looking up she saw a very confused and sleepy Slayer.

“Are you OK? What happened?”

Willow dusted herself off. “It was Angelus and Spike. They were chasing me!”

Buffy’s eyes widened in disbelief. She put a hand on the petite redhead in concern. “It’s OK you can stay here for as long as you like.”

“Thankyou. I might stay here…just for the night.”

Buffy nodded and led her up to the spare room. “G’night” And left the redhead.

Willow smiled softly and settled herself in bed. Suddenly she remembered how she had left Spike. She reached for her magic and released him. She knew that both of them were going to be really pissed off!

Spike grunted when he hit the floor and looked up at Angelus’s amused features. “This wouldn’t be funny to you if you were the one on the floor.!!!”

Angelus nodded his head and a small smile settled on his face that made Spike’s spine shiver. “She will have to be punished for this. Just as soon as we bring her back.”

“Morning Wills. You feeling better?” Buffy asked her friend, handing her a nice hot cup of coffee.

“Safer.” She mumbled, drinking slowly. “Mmm.”

“What happened last night?”

“I felt a little restless and stepped out onto the porch and they grabbed me. The next thing I know I’m sharing a bed with Spike. I threw him in the air with magic and I took off. I guess I’m lucky I made it out alive.”

“You can stay here for as long as you want.”

“Thanks but I do need to go home. I’ll take today off school and use it to finish homework.”

“Are you sure you’re going to be OK?”

“What could go wrong? They won’t be getting an invite from me.”

Willow sat in quickly in bed, not quite sure what wake her up.

“Willooooow!” Cried a familiar voice out side.

She walked down the stairs, not bothering with slippers and a dressing gown, and opened the door, careful not to step outside. Standing opposite her were the two vamps.

“Hello Red, mind if we came in.” Spike said sweetly.

Willow rolled her eyes in a sarcastic manner. “How stupid do you think I am. You insult my intelligence!!!” She snapped. “I have school tomorrow and I need some sleep! So unless you have something useful to say I suggest you annoy someone else.” And with that she slammed the door.

A second later and they were pounding on her door. She frowned in exasperation and opened it again.

“Now is that anyway to speak to your nearest and dearest.”  Angelus inquired charmingly.

“Go find someone else to play with!!!” She retorted. “I need sleep!!!” She repeated.

“I can help you.” Angelus said suggestively.

Snorting she muttered, “I bet you could.” Slamming the door shut once again she yelled, “GO AWAY!!!.” She waited a few minutes and when there was no banging on the door she walked back up to her room and tried to get some sleep.

About 30 minutes later, just as she was getting back to sleep she heard banging at her front door.

Muttering angrily to herself she flung open the front door, once again finding the vamps on her doorstep.

“For heavens sake! Go home! I’m not coming out!” She said through clenched teeth.

“We’ll make it worth your while pet,” Spike replied with a sexy grin.

“Why are you annoying me when you should be out trying to kill Buffy…” She held up her hands, “not that I want you to kill her of course…”

Angelus held out his hand in an inviting gesture, “Come out and play and we won’t have to kill the Slayer.”

Willow, getting seriously annoyed, yanked out a strand of green fire and threw it at both of them, not enough to hurt them, just enough for them to go flying a few meters landing on their butts. She walked outside so she could look down on them.

“Leave me alone. I may not be all slayery but I can defend myself.” She growled furiously, standing with her hands on her hips.

They slowly got up and Angelus turned to Spike. “I knew she had fire in her.”

Spike smirked and looked at Willow. “I knew she’d come out to play.”

Before Willow had a chance to think she found herself pinned down by two  very good looking vampires.

“You need to be taught some manners luv.”

Willow spat at him, trying to get free. Her mind was in such a panic that she forget she had her magic.

Angelus leaned down and gave her a chaste kiss on her forehead. “Don’t worry little one, we’re going to have so much…fun.”

She didn’t really like the way he said fun.

Angelus knocked her unconscious.

Her world went black.
