Facts:

Spike's Crypt has been a safe haven for Joyce and Dawn on countless times.

He has a fridge where he stores his blood.

He watches tons of television including Passions and also Dawson's Creek.

He has been with Harmony, Dru, and Buffy in it.

It's where Clem stayed when Spike went away and Clem watched TV in it including "The Wedding Planner".

The crypt has two or three levels, the bottom was where he stored his Buffy obsession. (Photos, Sketches etc)
