MR. GORDO. Buffyverse Term/Concept/Idea/Intratext.

Buffy Summers' pink, stuffed pig. This stuffed animal is seen twice and mentioned once. He is first seen in "What’s My Line," Part 1.  Angel is wandering about Buffy’s room, notices the pig on a shelf, then picks him up.  Unbeknownst to him, Buffy enters the room through the window behind him.

Buffy: Just dropping by for some quality time with Mr. Gordo?

Angel: Excuse me?

Buffy: The pig.

During the first episode of season 4, "The Freshman," Sunday and her gang steal Buffy’s belongings.  Buffy looks on as the vampires toss around Mr. Gordo (who has been replaced by a stuffed cow at this point).

However, in a subsequent episode, "The Initiative," Mr. Gordo is once again referred to as a pig, and not a cow.

Willow: She has a stuffed piggy named Mr. Gordo.
