A room in The Initiative, much talked about in the Demon world (as Ethan Rayne tells Giles in "A New Man"), in which Dr. Maggie Walsh completes her secret project to create the demon-human hybrid Adam. In "The 'I' in Team," a newly awakened Adam kills his "Mommy" Dr. Walsh in 314.
It is in 314 that Giles, Willow, and Xander perform the Conjoining Spell that enables Buffy to transform into ÜberBuffy and defeat Adam in "Primeval."
