Fraternity house on the UC-Sunnydale campus. Among its residents are Riley Finn, Forrest Gates, and Graham Miller, all commandoes in The Initiative, which is located beneath Lowell House, accessible through a clandestine elevator.
Earlier in its history, Lowell House had been an orphanage, run by a Ms. Holt, and is still haunted, as we learn in "Where the Wild Things Are," by the sexually-repressed spirits of its abused residents.
