Greg Forster a senior research associate at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research. His dissertation was on religion and politics in the thought of John Locke, but he now studies education reform. He draws inspiration from Buffy's groundbreaking work in this field in the finale of Season Three, when she demonstrated that even the most appalling schools can be dramatically improved.
