Carolyn Korsmyer is Professor of Philosophy at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. She writes in aesthetics and related fields and is the author or editor of several books, including Making Sense of Taste: Food and Philosophy (1999) and On Disgust (2003). She herself lives over a hellmouth and visits there on occasion to use the oven. |
