Buffy Scholar/Critic

James Lawler teaches philosophy at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has written a book on Jean-Paul Sartre and one criticizing the biological explanation of IQ tests, and is currently working on the relation between metaphysics and ethics in the philosophy of Kant. In his spare time he likes to shop and hang out and save the world from unspeakable demons.
