Wendy A. F. G. Stengel is pursuing her MA in Communications, Culture, and Technology at Georgetown University. Ms. Stengel received her bachelor's degree in literature from American University, and is active in the Popular Culture Association. Her research interests focus on relationships and gender roles in science fiction and fantasy. In the real world, she works as the assistant production manager for electronic media at the weekly journal, Science.
