Gina Wisker teaches at Anglia Polytechnic University in the UK. She is the author/editor of numerous books, including A Critical Introduction to Post-Colonial and African-American Women’s Writing (2000), Fatal Attractions: Re-Scripting Romance in Contemporary Literature and Film (1998), Empowering Women in Higher Education (1996), It’s My Party: Reading Twentieth-Century’s Women’s Writing (1994), Black Women’s Writing (1993).
