FULL MONTY. BtVS Intertext/Allusion.

In "Beauty and the Beasts" Xander and Willow engage in the following awkward exchange as they discuss what to do about Oz the morning after a night of werewolfing.

Xander: Uh, no worries. I can handle the Oz Full Monty. (smirks) I mean, not 'handle' handle, like 'hands to flesh' handle.

Willow: nods) Mm, okay. (with lots of nervous gesturing) Well, it's not for you. It's for me, 'cause I'm still getting used to half a Monty.

Full Monty was a popular 1997 film by Peter Cattaneo about a group of down-on-their-luck unemployed, middle-aged British steelworkers who become male strippers, willing to take it all off--to go "full monty."
