UZI. BtVS Intertext/Allusion.

In the episode, “Bad Girls” in Season Three, Mr. Trick complains about the fact that the Mayor’s bodyguards insist on using swords, “It's called an Uzi, ya chump! Could have saved your ass right about now.”

The Uzi sub-machine gun was developed by Uziel Gal for the Israeli Army in the 1950s. Lightweight, compact, reliable and accurate, the Uzi is one of the most recognized guns in the military, police and film industries. Still standard issue in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force), IMI (Israeli Military Industries) presently manufactures Uzis in four different sizes (standard, pistol, micro and mini-) and sells them internationally.
