(1948- ). American actor and director, son of actor James Whitmore, Sr. He directed five Seasons Two and Three Buffy episodes and has worked on Angel as well. Active as a television director since the mid-eighties, working on a wide variety of series: 24, Enterprise, Witchblade, Roswell, Providence, Charmed, Dawson's Creek, Profiler, The Pretender, Wiseguy, JAG, Strange Luck, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, The X-Files, Melrose Place, The Commish, Beverly Hills 90210, Quantum Leap, 21 Jump Street, and Hunter.
