Nicholas Brendon nato il 12 aprile del 1971 a Los Angeles è sposato con Tressa Di Figlio.
Il suo ruolo in Buffy non è il primo, infatti ha all'attivo numerose partecipazioni in film e telefilm.
Se non avesse avuto un incidente al braccio avrebbe potuto avere una brillante carriera nel campo del baseball.
Ha avuto molte esperienze in teatro, e ha avuto un ruolo ricorrente nella soap "Febbre d'amore".
Ha girato una puntata di Buffy insieme al suo gemello Kelly.
