Drusilla
in 1860, Drusilla was a young girl living in London, cursed with 'the sight'.  That is, until Angelus spotted her and she became his latest obsession. Angelus set about visiting every torture he could devise on her, including posing as a priest in the confessional and telling her she was evil, and killing all her family.  He finally drives her mad and to a nunnery, on the day she takes her Holy Orders he raids the nunnery, killing it's inhabitants and cavorts with Darla in front of Drusilla before turning her into a vampire.  Her madness makes her a very special kind of evil when turned into a vampire and she stays with Angel and Darla, though she soon gets lonely for a male companion of her own and finds herself a young man to sire, who becomes Spike. The pair are as much in love as two vampires can be, and as a foursome, Angelus, Darla, Dru and Spike rampage about London.  Angelus is the first to leave the group and at some point Spike and Dru leave Darla and set off on their own adventures.  These include a visit to Prague, where they get caught in an angry mob which almost kills Dru and leaves her much weakened.  Looking for a cure, Spike and Dru, head for the Hellmouth and here they find that the a ritual involving Drusilla's sire will restore her health. Fortunately, Angel is in the neighborhood and the ritual, though interrupted works restoring Dru to her full power.

Her first act as a strengthened vampire, Drusilla throws a party and gets an old powerful demon, The Judge, as a present.  With the help of the newly de-souled Angelus, she and Spike unleash The Judge on the world, hoping to rid it of the plague of humans.  Their little plan is interrupted by the Slayer and so Dru is mightily pleased when Angelus comes up with another plan to destroy the world, raising the demon Acathla.  Spike is not so keen, however, and betrays both Angelus and his beloved Dru and helps the Slayer save the world, then he and Dru hot foot it out of Sunnydale.

Dru, however, is unable to forgive Spike for spoiling her fun and, with her gift of sight, she can see that he is obsessed with Buffy before he can.  Drus soon leaves Spike and goes of with a Fungus demon and a Chaos demon, leaving Spike to return to Sunnydale.

When the evil lawfirm, Wolfram & Hart, resurrect Darla as human, they track Drusilla down and bring her to LA in order to turn Darla back into a vampire, which she does.  The pair going on a little massacre in LA and start to gather themselves an army, but Angel spoils their plans, kills their recruits and sets a trap for them which results in them being badly burnt.

Licking her wounds, Dru returns to Sunnydale to find Spike, but she finds him chipped and in love with the slayer and, although she gives it her best shot, she cannot persuade him to go back to his evil ways and she leaves Sunnydale again.

Inca Mummy
500 years ago in Mexico the Incan People would chose a beautiful teenage girl to become their princess, the girl aged just 16 was sacrificed and mummified. Encased in her tomb in a state of living death the mummy was bound by a seal clasped between her hands and assigned a body guard to ensure she did not escape.  When the mummy was discovered in modern times, she was toured around the various museums and landed in Sunnydale to coincide with Sunnydale High School's student exchange week.

After a school visit to the museum, one of the students tries to steal the seal, freeing the mummy.  In order to survive, the mummy must suck the life from other humans, the student thief becomes her next victim.  Ampata Gutierrez, a South American student supposed to be staying with Buffy, is her next victim, and the mummy takes his place.

As the scoobies try to solve the case of the missing seal, 'Ampata' forms a relationship with Xander, while the body guard becomes one of her next victims. Of course, the scoobies soon solve the puzzle, (the body in Ampata's suitcase is a big clue) and the mummy is destroyed before Xander can fall victim to her, but not without a fight.

Ethan Rayne
Back in his college years, Ethan Rayne was a friend of one Rupert Giles, then known as Ripper.  The pair, along with a group of friends would meet and dabble in the occult.  One of the things they 'dabbled' with was the summoning of a demon names Eyghon, the ritual involved one person going into a deep sleep and allowing the demon to inhabit their body.  The group split, when Eyghon got tired of their games and permanently possessed one of the members.

Whereas Giles reformed his ways, Ethan continued to worship chaos and one Halloween he finds himself in Sunnydale.  Here he opens a costume shop and, with the help of the god, Janus, causes the persons wearing his attire to turn into their costumes.  Of course, Giles tracks him down and breaks the spell, ordering Ethan to leave.  Whether he leaves Sunnydale or not is unknown, however, when the demon they raised together, Eyghon, comes seeking his worshippers, Ethan appears once more in Sunnydale.  The demon has killed the rest of the group and has come looking for the final two, tracking them by The Mark of Eyghon tattoos each has on their arm.  In an attempt to avoid certain death, Ethan lures Buffy to him and tattoos her with the mark, removing his own with acid.  The scoobies, of course, come to the rescue and while, Giles,Buffy and Ethan retain their lives, Ethan manages to escape again.

Again it is unknown whether he leaves Sunnydale or not, but his sorcerers ways come into play again when The Mayor wants a little distraction while he gives the demon Lurconis his tribute of babies.  To this end Ethan enchants chocolate bars which when eaten by adults makes them return to their teenage selves.  Once again his plans are thwarted by Buffy and co and once again he manages to escape almost unscathed.

On his final appearance in Sunnydale, however, he is not so lucky, seeking some fun at Giles' expense he spikes his drink with a potion that leave shim with more than just a hangover in the morning, it turns him into a Fyarl demon.  Believing something has murdered her watcher, Buffy is soon hot on the tail of both Giles and Ethan, and this time he doesn't get away.  With a little help from Riley and his Initiative friends, Ethan is towed away and taken to a secure facility somewhere in Arizona.
