I thought this would be an interesting idea. We can choose a situation Buffy, (or any other character for that matter) has been in, the speculate on what we think Faith would have done. Some situations would be interesting such as if Faith was Buffy in Becoming part 2, would she have killed angel?
just a thought for a neat topic  |

Hmm, I think Faith would kill Angelus at that point, if she hadn't done it before. Early on, Faith was a very eye-for-an-eye character--like she told Willow in Choices, "You hurt me, I hurt you." Given all that Angelus did to hurt Buffy and the Scoobies, it would make perfect sense if Faith were in Buffy's position.
What Would Faith Do if...she were up on the tower with Dawn in The Gift instead of Buffy?

Ooo, thats a toughie. If she had the same sisterly relationship with Dawn as Buffy had, then I think Faith would jump.
However, if it was just 'Buffy's little sister Dawn', I reckon Faith would let her jump.
It all depends on the relationship Faith has with her.

I personally detest Dawn, so if Faith had been in Buffy's situation, I'd hope that she would literally toss Dawn off the platform.

Well to the Angel/us situation, yes. She absolutely would've killed him. I actually don't think Faith would end up in that situation though. Faith slays vamps, it's what she does and enjoys/loves. I tend to think Faith would not have dated Angel if she were in the same situation as Buffy. She's not into vampires the way Buffy is. I think she had higher standards - especially being so new to it all in S3. Also, she was very black and white then (something I always loved about her). There was no room to operate in grey areas. Faith saw a vampire Faith slays said vampire. There's no way she would've dated Angel and no way she would've not slayed him.
As for Dawn - Faith's not stupid. It totally depends on her situation and relationship though. If she knew Dawn, she probably would've taken her place - just as Buffy did. If she didn't know Dawn at all, she wouldn't have. It's that simple. lol Although I'd pay to see her indifferent attitude if she didn't know her. "Yeah kid - Go ahead, jump. We'll remember what ya did for us.' |
