I'm no Hollywood player, but I know that if I had a career based on being small and sort of nerdy and my latest project involved me playing a porn-addicted loser I might think of getting a new agent. But Seth Green soldiers on anyway, even after the utter humiliation of Without A Paddle, a movie too fluffy to actually qualify as bad.
His next role is a starring one (and the guy is funny and personable in real life and on film, so he deserves a big role for sure), but it's as the aforementioned porn-addicted loser. In the film, The Best Man, Green's character tries to help his best friend win the woman of his dreams.
Seth, look - take a couple more indie roles. Play grittier characters. Get Joss Whedon to get you a series based on your werewolf character Oz. Just do something besides lightweight comedies oriented to 17 year olds on dates.
