Television's vampire slayer, Sarah Michelle Gellar, recently had a bizarre experience when she arrived in Japan to film her latest movie 'The Grudge,' as the only English that the director of the Japanese flick knew was the bit that he had picked up from the 'Star Wars' series.
The 'Cruel Intentions' actress revealed that when she first arrived at the airport, the acclaimed director, Takashi Shimizu, said to her 'My Lady your destination has arrived,' and she was left completely foxed as to what he meant.
Gellar then hired a translator and by the end of the movie, the director and she had developed their own sign language. "We used a translator in the beginning but by the end she joked that she was worried she was going to be fired," Female first quoted her as saying.
