# While Xander is locked up in the book cage, Willow watches a documentary about hyenas on the computer monitor. The first clip shows a pack of hyenas, but all the following clips depict African Wild Dogs, as proven by the white tufts of fur at the end of their tails.
# When Buffy is fighting the Evil Zookeeper at the end of the episode, you can tell Sarah Gellar was switched with a stunt double because the actress never lifts up her head and her hair/wig is constantly covering her face during the fight scene.
# When Xander and the others first go into the hyena place and the hyena's eyes light up, the light completely misses one of the hyena's eyes and is lighting up below it.
# Xander is unable to do any damage to the "cage", however one of the other of the Pack comes in and bends the corner on the first pull. Wouldn't they all have around the same strength, at least to bend it or damage it all all? Xander bangs on it without looking like he could do anything to it.
# Rhonda's hair is shorter in the opening zoo scene than in the rest of the episode.
