David appeared for the first time on Angel, in the season two episode Reprise as one of the goat sacrificers. He again appeared as Gregor Framkin (the puppet creator) in the season 5 episode Smile Time.
As we all know (hopefully ;)) he's also known as the Mustard man over on Buffy from the season 6 episode Once More, With Feeling. He reprised this role in season 7's Selfless in Anya's flashback (although only as voice over singing about the mustard on his favourite shirt).
