Repost: Slayerverse US is looking for a new webmaster!

You didn’t misread that – the American site of Slayerverse is publicly offering the top position in Buffy fandom.
Slayerverse US has had two webmasters so far: first, there was Faith and secondly, her successor Dana. Now we are looking for a new webmaster.
What are a webmaster’s duties?
 First of all, they should be good at writing, have a talent for organisation and love the website. Brilliant English skills are an obligation.
They should have knowledge of HTML and should be able to spend 3 hours per weekday working for Slayerverse.
They have to be able to lead a team of 5-6 news writers and to take care that the newest infos from the Buffyverse are posted on the US page every day.
At the same time they should be open to new visions and concepts and to talk these through with the owner of the page and, of course, to implement them (e.g. new categories, new specials, etc.).
It would also be favourable if they had experience with websites and had already administered a medium sized website (this can also be a website of another series).
The most important thing, however, is that they have to be creative enough to breathe new life into a written off series like “Buffy” and to offer a unique experience to our users day after day.
There are no instructions for the application. However, as the post is a high profile job we ask for innovative applications.
A simple “I’m the best because I’ve done that and that already…” won’t be enough. We want to see proof.
The application e-mail has to be sent to webmaster@slayerverse.org and has to include a copy of an ID card of the applicant, because it is important in this matter to be able to establish trust between the people working for the site.
The new webmaster will be selected by the Slayerverse Admins of the German site.
Of course we will present interesting news as usual until we find the new webmaster. We have been working without a US webmaster for almost 8-9 months. During this time the news writers of the German site took care of the US site.
