For this KANE Acoustic Concert and Meet & Greet to raise money for The Lied Animal Shelter, only 60 tickets will be sold.

On Sunday, April 23rd at 9:00pm in The Rio Hotel's Wine Cellar, LA and Nashville based country-rock band KANE will perform an acoustic concert followed by a special Meet and Greet. Tickets for this special intimate concert event are extremely limited. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Animal Foundation, which operates the Lied Animal Shelter.
At The Animal Foundation, which is the regional animal shelter for Clark County, The City of North Las Vegas and the City of Las Vegas, no animal is ever put down because of a lack of space or time. The Animal Foundation is committed to changing the way the community cares for its homeless, neglected and stray animals by teaching responsible pet care, spaying, neutering and saving the life of every healthy adoptable animal by finding them a caring home. Since its founding 1989, The Animal Foundation has performed over 185,000 spay/neuter surgeries and have adopted out over 80,000 animals into loving permanent homes. Through The Animal Foundation's groundbreaking and innovative programs, they hope to set an example that can be duplicated in shelters nationwide.
Both Christian Kane & Steve Carlson ("KANE") are accomplished songwriters and guitarists whose passion to create and share their special breed of "outlaw country" is a Los Angeles phenomenon. KANE have worked and played with some of the most talented and creative musicians in the business. Recent trips to Nashville have resulted in discussions to sign the band to a major record label. Christian's songwriting talents were recognized in 2004 when EMI Nashville signed him to a publishing deal. KANE has received airplay from #1 country music station KZLA and been voted the winner of the 2005 Country Thunder Young Guns Contest. KANE have also played to rave reviews with artists who include PAT GREEN, BIG & RICH and BROOKS & DUNN at venues like The House of Blues and The Viper Room.
An actor as well as a musician, Christian Kane has a starring role in Jerry Bruckheimer's hit CBS Friday night drama "CLOSE TO HOME". Christian is further known for his featured recurring role on television's "ANGEL". Christian has also appeared in numerous movies including "LIFE OR SOMETHING LIKE IT" with Angelina Jolie, "JUST MARRIED" with Brittany Murphy & Ashton Kutcher, and the acclaimed TNT miniseries "INTO THE WEST", executive produced by Steven Spielberg.
Benefit concert tickets are just $75 and will also include a meet and greet with band members Christian Kane and Steve Carlson.
