Without a doubt I'd have to say Buffy the Vampire Slayer, end of Season Two. Joss Whedon's classic series comes to life when Buffy has to send her boyfriend to hell after he turns evil once she finally sleeps with him. Funny how that always worked in high school. The episode then ends with Buffy leaving town on a bus while a haunting Sarah McLaughlin track plays in the background. I still get goosebumps whenever I think about it!
