Episode 2.01 - Where We Were [Airing September 18]: The gang tries to help Marshall get over Lily. Barney takes him to a strip club, and Ted takes him to a Yankee's game. Marshall finds a credit card trail that leads to Lily's hotel in the city, but the guys try to keep him from going to see her.

Kristin Veitch: Okay, but without the caps, it sorta reads like you want to bone my mother. Anyway, I'm told that Marshall's definitely going to have a hard time adjusting to the single life, although the boys do their best to help him through it. I hear something about strip clubs and lap dances. But I also hear something about an altercation with an angry Yankees fan who wants to kick Marshall's brokenhearted butt! Lily has problems of her own, too--especially since one of the first new guys she meets turns out to be an identity thief who steals her credit card. I think I dated that guy once, too.
