To sell the original Buffy series to The WB network, Joss Whedon filmed a rough draft of the first ever episode (Welcome To The Hellmouth), with a tiny budget. The script is a little rougher, and there is very little background music or post production special effects. Keep a look out for the huge museum style school library and the actress playing Willow, who was later dropped in favour of Alyson Hannigan.
