Post NFA, au, Spike bites himself in alley, Buffy moves in early on, sex in abandoned building

Okay I really hope someone can help me out here. It's a fanfic (possibly unfinished now that I think about it) set post NFA or at least post Chosen, somewhat in the future. I believe Spike is living on his own and he and Buffy run into each other, he invites her to stay with him. She isn't sure. I recall a scene where a moving van pulls up in front of his apartment building and he rushes out to carry her inside, they have sex on the couch, a neighbor barges in just when they finish because they were so loud or something. Buffy smiles and introduces herself. Then another scene I know Buffy gets her period, and Spike is having trouble not biting her, one night he goes out and gets stuck in an alley to hide from the sun because he was out for too long, has to bite into his own arm to eat. I also remember Buffy has to go comfort Dawn at some point because her engagement broke off (I think?), and while she's away she and Spike have a naughty phone conversation (on a payphone from his POV). Finally, the last scene I can remember is somewhere in the middle/towards the end, Buffy leaves Spike a note telling him to catch her and he hunts her down via scent to an abandoned castle or factory or something (i think the building has cells, so maybe a prison?) and they have LOTS of rough, strenuous sex for HOURS. Also just remembered, when Buffy gets back from seeing Dawn, Spike and her have sex on a train.

This is a very porny fic, kinda dark feeling and I'm almost certain it's written by Herself, but I cannot find it and I think I've looked everywhere she posts?! Can anyone recall the name of this story??
