Spike goes through therapy/ Spike has other friends

I recently read Therapy with the Undead by DeamonQueen and loved it, but it's not finished. So i really would love to read some that are actually finished that deal with the Scoobies and Buffy's treatment of Spike. I've already read A Penny For Your... by Jackofspikes.

Another one i would like to read is one where Spike's life doesnt revolve around the Scoobies and helping them.
