Tara doesn't die and escorts Spike as he goes looking for Warren.

I read this ages ago, it may have been part of a series but I think it was a long fic. I seem to remember that the chip had been removed (maybe by Anya) and he was hunting Warren because Buffy was injured not sure if Willow died or didn't heal Buffy. Any ideas?

I just reread it this week. Tara doesn't die, and as Spike's leaving town after the attempted rape, Warren captures Spike and tortures him. Buffy finally figures it out, and there's some saving of each other from Warren by each Buffy and Spike. Anya does remove the chip after a vengeance wish by Dawn.

No I've read Saving Grace several times cause I love DreamsofSpike's work. This fic I'm sure had some crossover with Angel and I remember that Tara was on the motorcycle with Spike as he was looking for Warren and I'm sure now that Buffy was in the hospital.

Could it be Spike's Will Be Done series by TalesofSpike? It's a series of about 10 stories with many of the installments fairly long. It begins in S6 (which is when the trio is running amuck). Spike gets de-chipped. There's crossover with the AI team in LA. And most of all it's the only storyline where I remember that Tara rides a motorcycle (even learns to ride it on her own long distances).

No it's not this one either, I just re read it because I thought it might be.
