Spike injured (the head almost completely severed from his neck) post series

I'm looking for a fanfic I read a few years ago, Post series, takes place in Los Angeles, after a battle, Buffy and slayerettes found Spike injured on the ground, they want to move him to protect him from the sun, but Angel says it's dangerous because he has the head almost completely severed from his neck, then cover him with a blanket and then transfer him to the hospital safely.

If I remember correctly both Buffy and Angel give to him their blood in order to heal. When he finally wakes up, he finds Buffy and Angel sleeping together on a sofa ( or something like that) next to his bed and misunderstands the situation, so runs away from the hospital. When they wake up, no longer seeing Spike, understand what Spike believed he has seen and what may have thought and they do everything to find it because he is still in mortal danger.
