and the tension rises...I like the part of Spike putting his scent on Buffy's clothes--marking his territory, and all that ;-) So Angel's head of Wolfram and Hart--that would be fifth season Angel, aka the alleged "8th season" of Buffy...okay, I'm just confusing myself, I'm gonna stop trying...

Loved the angst, mischief, and debauchery in these two chapters- it was fabulous. I can't wait to read The Race, and I'm really hoping Spike will win...and Buffy can be his reward:)
