Buffy Summers has led a sheltered life. She works with her father, lives at home, and lives by a certain set of very simple rules. When she meets a shy and handsome stranger, she thinks nothing about letting him into her life. She soon discovers that nothing is ever as it seems, and that looks can be deceiving. 

Buffy is thrust into a world she doesn't know, and doesn't understand. A world some will claim is her birth right.
