My husband and I run a small commercial cleaning company that we started 11 years ago after getting out of mainframe computer careers. Both of us are BtVS and Angel fans but I was bitten with the writing bug thanks to the character Spike. RIght now my life is mostly work, sleep, reading and writing. The good life I guess.
All but a couple of my stories are Beta'd (oh yea, you'll be able to tell). My Beta is Scarlett2U (Mary) one of the best people on the planet and the finest editor I could ever hope to have. |

| There’s a glitch using those Ghorah eggs as a surprising result develops from Dawns attempt to bring back her mother. Those developments both thrill and horrify Spike as the scoobies and Buffy discover the man behind the mask. Can a mothers love heal and bind or should the past be left in the grave?
Setting: Season 5 mid episode "Forever" going AU from there. Liberal changes made to the ritual Dawn uses for the resurrection spell.

The true "PTB" have given William the surname of Pratt. For the purposes of this story I researched my little heart out on that surname and chose a prominent branch of Pratt’s (adding my own fictional portion). Thus I offer my apologies to those actual family members who might not appreciate my little addition. Spike’s immediate family (father and paternal grandmother in particular) are purely the construct of my imagination.
