| Revised Summary: ROMANCE Picks up at the end of "Never Leave Me" and goes AU from there with some spots of canon. Spoilers through season 7, but I'll be flying pretty loose on the continuity. (A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do) Will be a crossover with alternate season four of AtS as well as the Wolf Lake-verse. As I said, I'm flying really high and loose with continuities and pairings. Will eventually be NC-17, though it will have to work up to it. Please read and review.

Summary: Written as a birthday pressie for my delightful, beta-shaped Goddess, Oracleholly! Part of the Moving Backwards-verse, but can be read as a standalone. Set sometime after Spike and Buffy's initial meeting. During a routine patrol, the Slayer happens upon a scene that leaves her breathless. So caught up in things that she knows she should not be witnessing, Buffy doesn't notice the creature behind her. What results will change the Slayer's life forever.
Rated NC-17 for Smut, smut, a tiny bit of non-plot, and oh, yeah, more smut! Contains: Nudity, some semi-harsh language, and, you guessed it, smut! (And no little amount of voyeurism.)
WARNING: Buffy is sixteen in this. Depending on your views of what constitutes 'underage', you may or may not wish to continue. I'm just covering my bases here and going with a general warning. Also, because of her age, there is nothing too graphic.
