| Well, Xander only sees the danger that Spike represents, and wasn't there to see the fight. Buffy, however, has seen Spike in a different light. |

| Although Sandy wrote that this is basically a PWP, don't let that throw you off if you like plotty stories. There really is a plot and it is a surprising twist and actually rather sweet. I'm glad she wrote a sequel since the ending is rather sad! |
| Thanks, Chris. And, yes, I did end it with Spike leaving although deep down he longed to stay, but the story just wouldn't leave me alone, and I had to bring him back to Buffy. I'm very glad you enjoyed the story. |
