Thank you for a fabulous update. I love the communication and connection that Buffy and Spike have, and her excitement over him asking her to ‘marry’ him and his nervousness when he realizes that in human terms that’s what he did. And I love how they both admitted their feelings for each other and that she said yes. I’m looking forward to the next update.  |

And the way you are doing it is not out of character, as far as I can tell, for anyone so far. Angelus/Darla - some might say that Angelus is so calm - but in your reality, he was never souled. Spike always said that the Angelus that came back after the resouling wasn't the same. Yes, he was a sadistic bastard, but not insane. |

| Awesome chapter. Feeding club, you say? Sounds interesting. I love how Spike is the one she went to when she needed comfort. I hope that Angelus doesn't take except to it. I think it is cute that Angelus and Darla both noticed the little exchanges between Buffy and Spike even if Buffy and Spike don't realize them themselves yet. Look forward to the next chapter with baited breath. |

| Interesting angle on Joyce. She was indeed intolerant of the idea of her daughter as the slayer in canon, so it makes sense. I'm glad that Dawn at least is okay with it.
I love the little hints that Darla and Angelus are aware of the attraction between Spike and Buffy. I do hope they'll be supportive.

| Very nice chapter! It was great that we got to find out more about Simone. I’m interested to find out how this is all linked to Buffy and what exactly happened to her that night. Spike’s concern for Buffy is so sweet, and Angelus noticed it as well. |

| Okay, so that was really intense! The ritual was really well described and I could picture it in my mind perfectly so kudos to your writing. The scene itself was incredible. I almost felt bad for Penn! And now Angelus is her sire. Well, I hope Buffy will be okay in her new life, or un-life as it were! |

| Very nice chapter. I liked Spike’s attempts to calm Buffy’s nerves, the joking around about Angelus, and the mini history lesson at the end about the painting. I’m sure more of that will be explained soon! |

| Ugh I'm really upset at myself, I could have sworn I had left you reviews on the earlier chapter but apparently I hadn't and I've just written one but I pressed the back button and lost it! Anyways, I'm really intrigued by this story- I think it's bold, daring and refreshingly orginal. I can't wait to see where you go with it, you've got some good stuff here! =) I like the way you're characterizing, and especially Penn- even though I understand he's what brought our two lovers together, I still dont like him for what he did- but you made his persona seem likeable to the point I could very well sympathize. I can't wait to see what you come up with next, and how this story unfolds. You can gurantee I'll be here reviewing throug the end (no more little mishaps) and thanks for the update! |

| Wow, GO Buffy! This chapter was quite intense, feeling her demon take control and protect itself for the first time. Beautifully written. The Master chuckling at her growl when she first saw Penn was great! And then to top it off with Spike being in her hotel room to take her back, well it was great. |
