It's nice seeing Angel and Spike like they are now.

| Great chapter update. So glad to see more of this one. I wonder what Spike has to say to Connor. I'm glad that they have their memories back. I wonder who is going to bring that up with Angel or if he will confess how they went away in the first place. |

Oh...I thought the Powers gave them new rings as gifts when Buffy decided to come back as a vampire? Am I confusing this series with another story? I could have sworn it was here...

Buffy doesn't remember? I'm having a hard time believing it's that easy.
Familiar confrontation with Illyria, and the name, too. Interesting how Gunn isn't blamed so much this time. It's time to go intercept Blue, kill Knox, and give Illyria another option after she sees her temple is toast.

Yeah, poor Connor... but Spike will be there, and the two will come to rely on each other.
As for Buffy, no it won't be that easy, as will be explained with the next chapter. She's a tad inquisitive, our Slayer.
I never understood how Gunn became the scapegoat with Illyria. There were a lot of factors that made it possible for her return. |

Whoo! Finally...she's going to be in rough shape, if she remembers what she's been up to all this time.
And it's time Sam and Dru were taken care of permanently. There's enough to deal with, now that Illyria has taken over Dawn.
Did they leave their Gem of Amara rings at home? Would have come in handy for Angel and Spike to search for Buffy while she was asleep. |
| Well, like every other time, she's not going to remember. Doesn't mean she isn't going to ask, however. Sam & Dru will have a different fate. And the Gem was destroyed, they did go out, but it was hard to search for Buffy in the daylight hours since she was most likely sleeping - and our boys needed to rest too. |

Quite a chapter! I'm on pins and needles.
Buffy, Buffy....don't know how she's going to recover from this, when she's back to herself. She's so good at giving herself guilt trips...
Loved the part about Angel's smiling being disturbing...and the further bonding between the vamps. They're not just family in blood anymore. And about time he gave Cordy a big kiss. She's going to be tackling him, for sure, when they get a minute. |
| Buffy may have an out... remember, when she had her episodes before, she came back to herself not remembering. The big thing is: will she ask and... will they tell her? |

| Wow ... freaking awesome Kat! So sad about Willow. It brought a tear to my eye. Very original idea on the whole scythe/Slayer power transfer. I liked how you looked at it. Excellent chapter. I hope they get Buffy back in the next one. Loved his goodbye to the evil law firm. Hope they get to Connor before the law firm does. |

| Eventually, yes. Both our vamps will sense Angel's childer. Not making for a good reunion, unfortunately. Angel has a bad habit of staking his own. ;) |

They'll have a little problem getting to Buffy, considering she's with Dru and Dru's latest toy. Ah, Buffy....guilt will be your friend once you've realized what you've done, killing all those people. Her soul will take it very hard. She'll want to touch the scythe, though, at least to knock it from someone's hands.
Can't wait for Spike and Angel's reaction to sensing Dru. They're not going to be happy.
Good that it didn't take a whole lot to get Angel to leave W & H. Surprised Wes put up a fuss at all, since he always had doubts about being there. Gunn was the one afraid of losing the lawyer skills. I don't think the SPs will let it be that easy to leave, though. They're all going to be in danger. |
| I thought so too... and I think the allusion to Tara helped a bit. Buffy with Dru and Sam is going to be a problem. And, yes, major issues once the boys realize who she's with. (Especially Angel.) Wes was coming to enjoy all those resources he had at his disposal, it was why he was a tad hesitant. Maybe he'll smuggle a few out... |
